I bought my new 2024 Jetta here with Lucas as my salesman. Fastest car buying process EVER!!! Gave me options and helped me get it at an amazing price that University couldn't come close to. The managers Charles and Tyler were friendly and very easy to talk to as well. Not once did I get looked down on or feel like I was taken advantage of.All in all it was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back!

I don't feel that I was given helpful or novel information on the car I bought. I was an easy sell. I knew what car I wanted and I'd done some research. The sales person was friendly but did not do any more than they needed to do and I was left with a lot of questions that were not at all addressed during my car buying process. I had, and still have, many questions about the digital interface technology, buttons on my fob, why I don't have the rear hatch thing that covers my cargo, etc. Rather than having time to ask questions during and after the purchase, I was taken into a room with some man who was trying to sell me exterior coats, extended warranties, etc. I did not want any of this. I wanted time to sit and ask questions about my car with my sales person after buying it. Also, the sales person could not readily answer my question about the gas milage on the car I wanted. Simple things like that should be easy to answer. At the end of the day my car buying experience felt like a money grab and not like my needs or concerns as a customer were prioritized.

The staff was friendly but didn't ask the proper questions. I showed them my credit score, I have a job at which I have been several years. They said I would be able to qualify. They promised 0%APR 0 Down. After they actually ran my credit they said they had not realized I had never had a car payment. My vehicles are paid off. They knocked off points and I still didn't get the car. Disappointed.

I am a teacher and on Easter Sunday, during Spring Break, my engine light came on and an oil pressure light. I panicked and went to Fiesta VW early Monday morning. Alec, in service, provided me with great customer service and got my car sorted for me. I was given a Lyft home and back to get my car. Now, I am back on track and the car is running like it did when I first purchased it. Great job, Fiesta VW! I will be back soon!

Fiesta Volkswagen have knowledgeable and professional staff who take the time to explain services recommended for your vehicle. Alec Scogin in the service department was particularly helpful. He took the time to show me pictures of my vehicle before and after my services were performed and explained exactly what it all meant. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this location.

I had an amazing experience at Fiesta Volkswagen dealership! They helped me find my dream car and made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. Kyion was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond by finding my car at another dealership and even drove it from another city to me. His exceptional service made the whole experience exciting and filled with happiness. It's hard to believe that you can have a pleasurable experience buying a car, but it was true at Fiesta Volkswagen. There was no "hard sale" the salesmen were very knowledgeable and explained every part of the car and the electronics also. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Was on the lot for a bit before someone approached us, which was okay at first but just a little too long because I had some questions about the various vehicles, but overall a very good and positive experience. I loved working with Brittany, and she had great knowledge of vehicles, in general. She heard my concerns and was patient with me in my decision to purchase the vehicle I did.

We just bought a used Nissan EV from them. The only issue we had during that process was the sales person we test drove it with said it would come with the charger (it wasn t in the vehicle at the time and she said it had been pulled out and we d get it). We forgot to get the charger before we left, and when we asked them afterwards over text, they said they checked with the previous owner and it didn t actually come with one. I went back expecting to have to fight to get it, but instead it was zero problems. Upon me bringing it up, the finance guy we previously spoke to walked to the back, spoke to some people, then the GM came out and said he d look into getting an OEM charger, but if it was too expensive, we d at least get an aftermarket one. They ended up getting us an aftermarket one within the week, they said the OEMs were in the range of $2k (which checks out from what I personally found)Overall very satisfied, and when they made a mistake on their end, they made it right without a fuss.

Alec Scogin was superb, and provided more information about what had happened and why and what needed to be done, and why, and what to expect, than any person at Fiesta we have ever encountered. His knowledge and sharing of that knowledge is impressive, and appreciated. I will recommend him to anyone, anytime. I would give him a 10 of 10 if that was offered.

Stay away from this dealership . The manager , the finance guy Dan and also Lucas cannot keep their word . Very unprofessional & unethical . They don t even communicate with each other . After the purchase of my suv no one could find my plates and Lucas took his word back on covering the tint on my car . Dan at time of signing took notes but failed to execute on what we spoke about I regret buying from here don t let it be you as well . I called Charles and he failed twice to call me back all they care about is the sale then forget to come back on their word . I will be placing a complaint with the better business bureau & also getting ahold of the attorney general . To top it off Dan talked down on me and he was discriminating against me. I do not appreciate it what so ever . STAY AWAY !!

So Saif had wonderful customer service skills, and kept me informed while I waited 2hrs for a headlamp change. I fault the mgmt for not ensuring he knew how to navigate and use the computer system. He was alone mostly on a Saturday with several customers waiting and waiting. He couldn't cash me out and it was my birthday. It was painful to stand around and have someone come in for 15 seconds to help him, and then watch them run off without ensuring he knew what to "click". It was clear Saif was trying to figure the system out with no success. I was patient for a LONG time and then began to get frustrated when it was clear the computer was causing a 40 minute hold up. It makes me NOT want to return for additional needed work.

I found it easier to stop by the dealership to make an appointment than to play phone tag to make an appointment. When I dropped my car off, I was told that your dealership does not typically give loaner vehicles for warranty work. They were able to find me a vehicle, but when you have someone's car for warranty work for almost 2 weeks, not giving them a vehicle to drive is unacceptable. For that reason alone, I don't know that I will take my vehicle back to Fiesta VW for work.

I was greeted promptly by a sales person and told her what I was interested in. We looked at a Taos and after she went over the specifics and went to the car she explained what we had went over, I decided to buy it. I was introduced to the General Manager and we agreed on the deal. Everyone was courteous and I was treated very well. Volkswagen makes very good cars and this is where you should go to see for yourself and have a great experience doing it.

I appreciate Fiesta Volkswagen, since day one they ve been helpful in getting me into a brand new vehicle. When I have issues that are quick to answering my questions. I had a check engine light on my vehicle, when they got me in for diagnosis they quickly found the solution and Alec was so knowledgeable. He helped me a lot and was very sweet and helpful. I had questions on settings in my car and he went out of his way to describe the modes in my infotainment screen. I appreciate him and will always call him with questions! 10/10 recommend Fiesta Volkswagen always, but most importantly the service professional Alec :)

The whole set up was wrong. The reason I came in was because they said the part they'd ordered had arrived. I had three things scheduled for service. They only did one. The guy at the counter was at least honest about those facts. He told me they'd now have to order the part they'd already told me they did, and they'd call me when it was in to work on it again. Then, after I left, I discovered my window's easy open access was disabled, unable to fix via dashboard. I don't even want to call them to fix it, because it'll be at least three months out to schedule, and then when I take it in, maybe something new will happen. Honestly, it's been a great car, and a terrible experience with the dealership.

I love Fiesta VW! Everyone there is kind and they do an excellent job! Rick the Service Manager and Tyler one of the associates, treats me like family and they hear me out when I have issues. I have been to several VW service departments, but this one is my favorite. I highly recommend Fiesta.

The staff I dealt with were nice, though inconsistent with information. I had received a missed call notification, but no voice mail, the staff member stated they had tried to call to let me know they needed to order windshield wipers for my car and stated that my phone wouldn t let him leave a message. A second staff member stated that their system was server-based and I would probably receive a delayed message. A small thing, but it doesn t make sense that a VW dealer wouldn t have a basic item like wiper blades available especially when I noted that I wanted to replace them when I made the service appointment. Also, it took about 3 weeks to receive confirmation of my appointment through their system. Lastly, the staff offered me a complimentary car wash so I said sure that would be great. I can t say if they actually washed my car, but the trunk wash covered in dirty water spots and my passenger side mirror was so dirty I couldn t actually see out of it as a result of the complementary car wash .

This service department lost a long-time customer. Upon checking in, I was greeted with a scowl from the service tech and was told they really don t like to work on cars older than 2005 . That was the first time I was ever told that in the 12+ years I ve had them service my car. I received push back for wanting to use a service coupon that Fiesta VW emailed to me. At my last visit, I was told I could order a part and they would replace it. However, during this visit they made the service seem like an ordeal and told me every reason why the repair couldn t be done.I was extremely frustrated by the lack of customer service. I immediately made an appointment with a local specialty VW repair shop. For the record - they were able to make the repair (stress-free andno issues) that Fiesta VW did not want to do.If you have an older car, don t waste your time or money at this dealership. The service dept. has gone downhill since it changed hands from Uptown VW.

I had a great experience working with Fiesta Volkswagen! I took my Tiguan in to the shop for a few services, and was well taken care of. Alec, the advisor I worked with, did an amazing job communicating with me throughout the entire process. He constantly kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle, took my finances into account, and provided a reliable timeline for when the services would be complete.Everyone I interacted with in the dealership was very friendly and kind.When I picked my car up, all the issues I had previously were fixed, and everything was in great condition!Thank you!!

Never go to this dealership for VW repairs. They had my car 14 days for f uel pump replace. Gave it back to me w/no gas, disconnected the fuel icon, dont know when I am out of fuel! Awful

I have a 2015 TDI Passat with 48k miles that sets a check engine light for DPF even with me running a correct procedure for a regen and Fiesta VW can t seem to get it fixed! I ve been back twice with no fix!

I went in for oil change.I was told we needed a transmission service when I took my vehicle in for service. I had to call them they did not call me once. From 8 am - 5:30 pm. I was told I needed coolant service , I approved that when I made 2 calls for update. But they didn't do it even though I gave my approved.

We bought a $40,000.00 vehicle, a Tiguan, two years ago. We left with one key Faubourg, with the promise that they were ordering the second one. Two years later we are still waiting. Alex in service supposedly ordered one 6 weeks ago. With a 5 to 7 day promise of arrival. After 7 days we call, only to find out it was never ordered. Now they don't have an eta. I am thoroughly disappointed. What kind of business model are they following? I believe they hoped we would give up. I am not even sure it was ordered. So a big shout out to the GM, thanks so much for nothing. At least have the courtesy to call us. Alex has my number.

I ve always had a good experience with the service department but yesterday was different. I scheduled a service a month in advance and had a family drop the car off at 8am. The service department called me at 4pm and asked to keep my car overnight because they ran out of time and couldn t complete everything I had asked for. According to the person that called me, only an oil change and break inspection were completed in the 8 hours that my car was there. I explained to them I live near Farmington and leaving the car overnight was not an option for my family member who had waited all day. They offered no explanation or suggestions nor did they offer to reschedule another service.
