Excellent service, but it took nearly three hours for a scheduled routine servicing. This was my first service ad as such, it was complimentary. I found the staff very polite, but I think the young man who I dealt with was understaffed. He was doing everything the best anyone could. He tried to keep me updated as to the completion time.He was great.Also, I really appreciate the free service and car wash.I'm enjoying my KIA SOUL and will continue having it serviced at Fiesta Kia. Maybe next time, I'll use the free shuttle service, now that I know how long it can take. No complaints.Live and learn.

I dropped my car off in January of 2024 to get it worked on and was told it should take about a week, maybe 2, to be fixed. It is now April and I still don t have my car back. Justin Williamson is the service advisor that has been working with me . However he has done an absolutely terrible job of doing so. I have called him multiple times only to leave a voicemail that is never returned. I have called other advisers working alongside him and been told that Justin will call me back but he never has. Finally I went into the service department in person to get some answers as to when I can expect my car back. Justin s customer service was tasteless. No apology for not calling me back, but instead he felt the need to be rude and defend himself. After our conversation another advisor finally checked and told me my car should be done by Monday (today). I did not receive a call with an update so I called at 3:00pm and of course Justin did not answer. I left a message and hoped for a call back. After an hour I did not receive a call back so I called again and was told he was not currently at his desk but the man assured me that Justin would call me back today. Well, it is now 7:10pm and their office is closed and I still did not get a call. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I will never recommend Fiesta Kia to anyone nor will I be taking my business there in the future. Justin Williamson, you should be ashamed of yourself.

David was wonderful. It was a very quick and easy process, he s very informative, honest and truly cares about what he does. If you re ready to purchase a car ask for David. Dealership was very clean and accommodating. There s water, snacks, a beautiful fish tank and even a kids area. 10/10 would recommend.

William Davis was my service advisor and did a great job communicating and coordinating a recall, and also advising on an alignment, which I knew I needed and which was priced fairly enough for me to get done. William was friendly, respectful, helpful and all around very professional and efficient at his job. He even had the alignment double checked - which took longer but I appreciated.I rarely have taken my cars to dealerships for service but this experience was so good- including wait time, waiting area, etc., that I will reconsider that with my Kia.

We enjoyed doing business at Fiesta KIA. Our salesman Ralph was amazing. He went above and beyond to assist us, he made sure we were comfortable in the vehicles we were interested in. He thoroughly answered our question and gave us the absolute best deal on our trade and purchase!! I highly recommend purchasing your next KIA at Fiesta!! While I absolutely love my car, and I was so excited to get it, I left feeling way too stressed. We were blatantly lied to by the sales rep (who originally said they will accept our outside financing, then changed his tune come time to actually sign things). We were completely backed into a corner on our finance plan for this car and now we re in a huge hassle with the bank. Not to mention it took way too long to have the car keys in hand. (Arrived 9am and left 2:45pm) the detail on the car is definitely not detailed either. Smudges on the windows and hard water spots everywhere.I m so unbelievably disappointed in our car buying experience.

So far I ve been in twice and I have to return again. The guy Justin that works there has some of the best costumer service I have ever experienced. He s made both of my visits easy, quick and understandable. I sure hope he can help me keep this visit the same. I went to Pitre Kia prior to these visits for service and I was brushed aside like trash and the guy there wouldn t even check my car for the issue I had with it. This is why fiesta Kia is always booked out for weeks and I am going to continue to come here for service

My experience at Fiesta Kia was pleasant. My sales associate was Ralph Navarro. He explained all of the features of the vehicle I wanted along with the different options of the other vehicles/packages. One of the features came in handy when I was re-parking the car in my garage. Knowing what that feature was and how to use it helped me in that situation. Along with being informative, Ralph made the experience pleasant.

Day two same results @ FK. Be cautious of where you choose to do business. I will find one that wants my business. Thanks Josh for trying to help me. Nothing moved forward unfortunately. I followed up and still nothing. Thanks again.Day ??? Actually went in today 20240302. Many sales people in the building. A few cars being sold. Not once was I offered assistance. FK I hope your customer service improves. I wasn t wearing a suit I get it and that shouldn t matter.

I want to start this review with what may sound negative, as my experience started that way but ended with a 5 star review! There was a miscommunication when I first dropped my car off. I didn't realize there was a disconnect between what I asked to be done and what Kia was going to do. So when I came back to pick up my car, and something else was done, I was upset. However! The staff here, realizing the mistake, owned it, didn't charge me for the extra work, and then addressed the problem for the cost of parts only. The team, realizing the disconnect, kept a level head, didn't get defensive, and worked with me to come to an agreement. I've never seen a maintenance department or a mechanic do this before and was pleasantly surprised.This is a level of professionalism and maturity that you don't see in business much these days and this team deserves praise for it. More businesses need to be managed and operated like this, hence the 5 star. Kudos to this team.

Had a great experience taking my car in for scheduled maintenance. I easily made an appointment and the Service staff were helpful and answered all my questions. Plus, they offered me a ride on Lfyt to and from my house so I didn't have to wait around.

EDIT: A manager contacted me and profusely apologized for the incident. The next time I came in, they took care of my service for free. Excellent customer service, and wonderful staff.I went in this past Saturday for a system update. The guy at the front desk was very nice. They said it would probably take less than an hour, but it took 2. No big deal, I assume they are as understaffed as everyone else.I came to pick up my car, and my new license plate was bent at a 90 degree angle. The man said it was probably from the car wash. I've never seen a car wash cause something like that, but oh well. He bent it back, but it is still damaged. Also, on my way home, the hood of my car flew up and nearly caused me to crash my brand new car. They never closed my hood, which is a major concern. Thank goodness I (or anyone else) wasn't injured.They got the job done, but I would definitely do a full visual inspection before leaving if your car is serviced here. The staff was very kind and professional, but there was a clear lack of concern and attention paid, which is a serious concern when it comes to belongings that are so valuable.

Communication was great leading up to and during the sale. Had a floor mats order and kept waiting for communication when arrived Tried to keep in touch with salesperson but was ghosted. Went down to dealership mats had been there for a few days Finally got new plates and hope the Sportage will be a good purchase for us.

Worst customer service. When i bought my car in May 2023, it was great. Now the paint on all my door handles is chipping. They told me it would take a few days to get the paint in, and they would call me. That was 2 months ago. I call everyday and never get a call back. A brand new 2023 car shouldn t have this problem, and it also should be a priority for the dealership to fix it. Clearly they do not care about their customers. I paid a lot of money for a nice car, and i wish i would have picked a different dealership.

I don t usually write reviews, but I m going out of my way to warn others about the service department at this location. I learned through this experience that not all dealerships are professional.I came in with a check engine light a month ago with a diagnostic code about a cold start issue from autozone. Fiesta Kia service department proceeded to tell me it was the alternator that would need replacement, and I trusted them. For the next couple of weeks, I would call daily for updates and either get hung up on or transferred to a full mailbox. I couldn t get a hold of anyone and it had been a week since the date they had promised to finish the repair. I got so desperate for any kind of update that I asked my neighbor drive me up there to see what was going on. The person at the desk said the car had been done for days but could not confirm whether the service was complete stating if it turns on it s probably done, right? I got my car back and the check engine light was still on. I took it back to Fiesta Kia and they said it was the throttle body that needed replacement this time and promised to call me the next day to schedule an appointment. I never got any kind of apology or explanation for the unnecessary repair or total lack of communication. It had been a week since my second visit and I couldn t get a hold of anyone yet again, leaving voicemails asking if they were able to do the repair.I took the car to ABQ quality automotive today for evaluation and they pulled the same code as autozone and said it s a software patch that the dealership can do (a Google confirmed this). But, the dealership had broken the wires leading to my alternator that they replaced unnecessarily so I had to pay to fix what they broke.I didn t have a car for three weeks and had to pay for repairs I didn t need, for a service that could have taken five minutes. One of the worst service experiences of my life. Steer clear.
