Did emissions test today. John was very pleasant, easy going. He told me the price right up front and had me in and out in about 10 minutes. I make a point to come to this location because I've always had excellent service here.

It was quick but the lady that helped me seemed a little agitated when I arrived, like I was bothering her or something. She didn't greet me or have a welcoming attitude. She just said, "Has your car been running for at least 15 minutes?" And I replied yes then she said, "Okay go ahead and get out." It was intense. I was just standing by my vehicle while she did the inspection/test. While the test was running, she started to sort of realize that she was being rude and started to make small talk with me. Ended on a good note/good conversation. But definitely my first impression was intense. You should always greet your customers with a positive attitude. First impressions mean a lot and not all of us know exactly what you guys are doing/need to do. (This was only my second emissions test ever so I had forgotten prices/process and had questions that she seemed reluctant/bothered to answer. Almost like I should have known what she was doing/needed to do.)

I just went there because it's convenient for me I live right around the corner but the customer service this young lady has was outstanding and friendly. I am happy I was in and out in less than 15 minutes thank you again for your services even during this dreadful summer heat.

I went in today- no wait! Plus, I had a lovely conversation with the lady working today (didn t get her name). She was extremely friendly while being efficient. Very inexpensive and updates automatically if you are renewing your registration online. She was also very knowledgeable about the process of online registration. I even had a nice conversation with Matt when I called prior to heading over. They will always have my business!Service: Emissions testing

I just read review by Sam Schaff. I felt the same experience. Women doing the test has issues. Been going there forever. If she is there next time I will back away. You could see her talking to herself while she was watching me leave. Scary.Service: Emissions testingService: Emissions testing

The inspector name Betty she was rude and mad all time when I m confused about the sign. She yelling me why my trunk open ( I accident open it) and keep said something in her mouth . I come to use the service and pay, but with her look like I m coming and bother her life or I just a jerk with her. 35 year on my life I never upset like today. I regret Should leave when she did that to me . One time and never come back. God he know what she did and I wait some day she pay for it. The owner business no worry I will never ever using your service of any 5 location you have . Service: Smog certification

Very rude and disrespectful lady who whispers and expects you to hear her barking orders. Not sure what her malfunction was, but she kept turning vehicle on and off several times, putting wear and tear on my starter. I knew my car would pass emissions so I just ignored her hateful attitude. But you can bet I will never return to these Micky Mouse stations. Got a rude response from the owner a mark k, he couldn't handle the truth. I always tell the truth on these reviews so Good Riddance

I had no idea what to expect from an emissions test as it was my first but I was blown away by the knowledge of the person who helped us! He was kind and respectful, nothing more I could ask from someone performing a service. He was rather helpful in pointing me in the right direction to get my car registered, and his recommendation ended up being spot on! Super glad to now have the insider knowledge that he imparted on me! I d be happy to recommend this place to absolutely anyone, it truly doesn t get better than this!

Great experience! The gentleman that took care of me was so friendly. He spent time talking to my dog and gave him a treat and telling me about his dog.It was the fastest emissions test I've ever gotten. In and out in about 10 mins. Don't forget a tip cause you'll want to tip like I did but had no cash on me.

Dude who helped me was awesome! I believe his name was Danny. He got me in and out what felt to be 5 minutes. In reality it was about 15 minutes which is still not a long wait time! 10/10 customer service!

I've been here twice (registered first car after moving here form CO and again after getting a new car) and my boyfriend has been here once. Both of the people we've dealt with have been friendly and professional and we've been in and out within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!Service: Emissions testingService: Emissions testing

The people here are so rude. I ask a question and she started chewing me out on how i was tester her at her job and how long she has been doing this for 20 years her job she dont have. I got out of there fast. Quick and painless! The tech was very helpful and professional. The site was for cleaner than you would expect anything to do with auto work. And you had to get a kick out of the chandelier that was hanging there.

Emissions test was as expected, so no problems there. My issue is that the posted price is cash only, which is not disclosed until after the testing is done unless you happen to notice completely different pricing posted inside on their wall. Why would you expect that there is different pricing than what s posted outside? Credit card costs extra. I don t have a problem with the different pricing, but consider it unscrupulous not to post it outside so you know ahead of time. When I questioned it I was informed that it s not required by law. I m not an expert on that law, but I guess it s okay to be unscrupulous if the law supports it. Be aware and avoid them if you don t like to be surprised after the fact with different pricing.Update 7/11/2019, I tried FasTest again because of the new General Manager and updated policy. Great experience, nice, friendly, helpful technician, and one of the better prices around at $20 total cost. Took a credit card without any issue or increased cost.

Horrible experience A month ago went to do emissions test and the lady who was there was extremely rude !! I spend my hard working money in this place to get treated horribly? No way! This place needs better staff or better training!!!

Being new to the state, I didn't know what to expect from these weird emissions testing places that all look like they are fronts for other more scandalous businesses. I chose this one based on reviews. The process was easy, fast, and cheap. The gentleman who did my test was very professional and friendly, welcoming us to the town and offering insights on things to do in the area. Nothing janky about it after all!

The employee was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend a young women going alone. I felt very uncomfortable. Thankfully it was fast (10/15 minutes) but next time I will look elsewhere, even if it takes longer.

Ended up here because the guy at the Quik Check on Juan Tabo/Lomas was a jerk. This place was way cleaner and the guy was super kind and helpful. Took 5 min, I even gave a tip.

Jeff turned an annoying task like emissions testing into a breeze. He gave me great advice on how to get my second vehicle tested after the battery died... I never knew you needed to drive it to reset the computer between a new battery and an emissions test.He also has an adorable little Yorkie named Penny who uses his tips for her treat habits. :)Will be taking my second vehicle back when it s ready and telling everyone to do the same, thanks Jeff!
