I am very disappointed with the service I received at this particular location. I went there to get my tire patched, but when I got my vehicle back, I noticed that the rim was dirty and had scratches that were impossible to remove. To make matters worse, they charged me $20 instead of the $10 they had quoted me over the phone. On the other hand, I have always received respectful treatment for both myself and my car at Pacific Tire Shop on 4th street. I suggest you go elsewhere for your tire needs. Thank you guys for permanently scratching my rim. I know you care less, you made that very obvious.

I was referred to going to them. I was told they are good at what they do. I'm not speaking for all of them but the guy that "helped" was no help. Charged me for my rotors and didn't do anything I saw no one working on my car and when I went to go wait in the waiting room he was done. My car still is the same. They took my money and didn't fix nothing. Sad they take advantage of people. The costumer service was horrible!

Although my knowledge of cars is nonexistent, I can't with good conscious recommend this place to anyone. They returned my beloved Honda Rousey back to me in less than acceptable condition. Arrived needing an oil change, left needing a whole new vehicle.

Not professional at all!! Deserves NO STARS. Worst place on earth! and in Albuquerque!!! Run!!!!!! the other way! This place does not deserve any stars. My original lug nuts were taken off my car and switched out for different ones. Mine were all black and they gave me silver. Keep your eye on all the workers, they do the bait and switch and look at you like they don t understand. Fishy fishy place. Go to actual REAL professionals! Worst place on earth as I said.Buyers BEWARE!!!! Don t go inside the office until they are done with your vehicle. Watch your vehicle the Entire Time! Record them saying the first price, because they like to switch it at the last minute when you have to pay.

Best car place in town, hands down! The service is amazing the staff is nice. I walked in for the first time yesterday and I was greeted nicely and my appointment went as planned. This is my new place to go for all my vehicle maintenance. A+++

Not honest. They quoted me twice a price for everything I needed and time to pay it's way more than the price we set and they didn't even do all the work I needed for the 3 and half hours waiting as my car just stayed parked and maybe 30 mins getting work on it. The estimated time was way long as well..

They don t know how to balance tires . Bought new wheels and tires here , was shaking at 75+ mph . Came back 7 times to get it fixed even bought new tires thinking the old ones were defective . Got tired of the truck shaking and brought it to Alberto s tire shop to see if they can fix the issue. They immediately showed me uneven tire wear from improper balance . They rebalanced my tires and issue is gone . Screw this place.

Buyer beware. I called this tire shop because I had a blowout and no one carried my tire size except for this store and they wanted to charge me $200 for one tire when I asked, why is it so expensive the person said he didn t know in a rude manner without any explanation, I would not recommend this place at all!!!

Do not trust them. Tried to rip us off a few hundred dollars for an alignment. And switched the tires we chose for junk ones and tried to pass them off as new. So glad my husband caught that and confronted them about it. Would never go there again. Bad bad experience with this place. Very rude as well when confronted.

The owner Jose is a great guy. He went above and beyond when I was looking for a set of wheels and tires for my new Chevy Silverado. He mounted up several different tire and wheel combinations, just so I could see what looked better on my truck. Once I made up my mind, it only took about 30-40 minutes to swap out my TPMS sensors to the new wheels and tires and mount them on my truck. His crew are extremely friendly and professional . They took great care to not damage the new wheels and treated my stock steel wheels like they were custom as well. Price was outstanding. Jose gained a loyal customer in me and I would recommend his shop to anyone in need of any type of service. He has newer, up to date equipment and his alignment machine probably cost more than my house and truck together!! If you need wheels, tires or service, I can t recommend El Vecino enough!!! Top notch!

After calling several places to find tires for my wife's car El Vecino had what I was looking for. None of the Wal-Mart locations had the correct tire sizes. A couple of other places claimed to have them but didn't actually and another locating closed early on Sunday. They were fast and reasonable with their prices. I would recommend this tire shop to anyone looking to get new or used tires.

This is my new tire shop. $50 for a really good used suv tire. Quick service, in and out in less then 30 min. Friendly staff

Bad experience with this place. Cheap tires and cheap work. Guy's dont take responsibility for their bad work.

I've known Jose for over 3yrs and has helped us in our needs for 3 of our Vehicles needs .Friendly, professional. Sometimes we have a language bearer- I don't speak the Mexican language, but we always manage to get the job across & get the job done right. Thank you Jose.
