I ve bought a lot of vehicles from dealers but E&B is one of the best experiences I ve had! I live about a 5 hour drive from the dealership but they worked with me for easy pickup and resolved a couple minor issues before I arrived so I could just hit the road after purchase . All very much appreciated!!Super nice folks, easy to work with, honest! I plan on buying another vehicle from them when needed.Love the vehicle I bought! Felipe

I can honestly say this dealership has amazing people who go above and beyond to help you out. A huge plus for me is that they are not neck breathers and no pressure was applied. We got to take our time and look around we asked a million questions and got all the answers we needed. We left to look around else where but ended up right back to get the suv we originally test drove and we are beyond happy. The whole process was smooth and far from stressful unlike most car buying experiences I've had before. Thank you E & B Auto Sales we love our vehicle and got an amazing deal

I wanted a high end vehicle but didn't want to pay the high end dealership prices. This place delivered. Got the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. The staff are awesome to work with and made us feel like family. Thanks again E and B Auto!! Please check them out.

We bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from E & B autosale. They had decent priced cars and only 1 car in our budget. Other dealerships didn't have any. So we went back to E & B to buy the Elantra. I love the new car. They were honest with us that there was some damage to the car that was repaired. And all things we were able to see on Carfax. When we bought the car we got the warranty. Afterwards we took the car to a mechanic to see if there is any other issues with the car. Turns out there were however that is the risk you take with a used car not knowing how the previous owner to care of it. So we called Eric who is one of the owners and we told him our situation. He then told us to bring in the car and he will take care of the repairs free of charge which the repairs didn't fall under warranty. Now I'm driving the car with no issues and full satisfaction. Eric Christina and Chris are the ones we worked with and I highly recommend E & B Auto Sales. Everyone there is so friendly and they don't push you to buy something you don't want like other dealerships will. They have a strong belief of not forcing someone to buy something they're not going to like. And the place is ran by a family and you definitely get the family vibes there. If we ever have to buy a car again hopefully not soon LOL then I'll definitely be going back to them.

They were great! All of there cars are reasonably priced and in good condition. Christina was so good about answering my messages and phone calls as soon as she could. Definitely recommend buying from them.

I recently was in the market for a new used car. Based on the reviews I read online, I decided to shop at E&B Auto. Boy am I glad I did. Found a great car at a price that was very reasonable. The people at E&B were very helpful throughout this process. I highly recommend E&B when you are in the market for a new used ride.

Anxious about buying a car from a dealer s car lot on east Central Avenue in Albuquerque? So was I, but I saw a lot of nice cars advertised by E & B Auto Sales, especially Mercedes. so I decided to take a chance and go look. Very glad I did. I don t like pushy sales people and I can tell pretty quickly when someone is dishonest. I met Eric, Christina and Chris. They re genuine and honest. They ll let you walk their lot without hovering and let you test drive the ones you pick out. The cars are priced fairly to start with so none of those haggling games some dealers play. I really liked two of their cars, so I bought them both. Drove them for a few days and discovered a few things that you wouldn t notice on a test drive that needed attention. Eric took care of those things right away at his expense. I didn t receive any special favors or pricing and I don t write reviews, but this once I thought I should, because I like to see to young people doing things the right way, succeed in their endeavor. So don t worry about east Central Ave, E & B Auto are great people with some great cars ( like my Mercedes).

Hidden Jem off of Eubank! I am glad I came across this dealership. Chrissy has been amazing to work with! Started the sells over the phone, and walked in as if we knew each other for a lifetime. Checkout their website weekly!! Vehicles come and go quick!! I was lucky to snag my Jetta ( Was told they got it the week before I enquired which I did not allow them to get full pics of it lol)

We have now bought a total of four cars from E&B over the past 3 years. Every time the buying process is quick and easy, and the cars are solid with no issues. I truly can t say enough good things about these guys they always know how to put a smile on my face and send me on my way with a dream car. Bought 7 cars so far in 2022 and many in the past, working with dealers all over the state. I wish i would have found Eric and his team along time ago.I can say we will be coming back and recommending them to all our family and friends. I have been nothing but satisfied with E & B Auto Sales! I have got 2 cars from them already and have not had one issue! The one thing I had an " issue " with it was resolved asap! I would 100% recommend buying from them!! Will definitely be buying all my future cars with them as long as I can.

Very happy with the quality of my new vehicle. It was spotless and felt like a new car even though it was a 2016. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, family run which made all the difference in trust! Wish I could have negotiated a little on price but still happy and would recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend E & B Auto Sales for your next purchase. Chris listened to what my wants were and was very personable and professional with a great deal of knowledge on all of the vehicles in stock. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes and and I am beyond satisfied with my whole experience.This was the most enjoyable and pleasant experience I have ever had in the purchase of a vehicle. E & B is a very respectable and NO HUSTLE or haggle Auto sales company. Eric is a man of his word & offered the best customer service I ve ever experienced in any dealership. I flip my cars out every two years & already know where I will get my next car in 2025. Christina & Chris both added in my experience so it was a well rounded experience. If you re looking for a reliable vehicle accompanied with great customer service I suggest you do what did and make your way to E & B. May God bless your endeavors

So today I walked away feeling so grateful that a wonderful salesman cared about my purchase. Chris at E&B auto was authentic and dependable from the start. He was honest and wouldn t stop working hard until I was satisfied with my purchase. As I drive away, I think about how manners, respect and dignity played a part in the decision to purchase a beautiful Mercedes. Chris is a family man that cares about his customers. We need more people like him at dealerships.

Here at E&B Auto Sales is such a amazing experience I got approach by Chris and he showed me 6 different cars even though I came in just to look at one I ended up with a amazing Audi that I won't believe I can get into.
