Staff is very friendly, helpful, and thorough! I requested a quote online which was provided back to me the same day. I was able to schedule my appointment easily and the work came out great! Rough area in ABQ, but absolutely worth it for the craftsmanship and the price point! Will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

What an amazing and compassionate group of people that work here! They went well above and beyond to help my daughter when she was in an accident recently. I couldn t be more grateful to them. Such an honest and wonderful group of people that work at this shop.

We would highly recommend this body shop to anyone. From start to finish they were professional and knowledgeable, and so incredibly nice. We dropped off my daughters car when they were ready to work on it, and they only took a week to complete. Her car looks amazing and like new condition. Auddi is so sweet and gave us updates throughout the week she even FaceTimed us so we could see the updates. Honestly, Auddi is the reason we ended choosing Duke City to do my daughters car, and they did not disappoint. We highly recommend Duke City they re professional, knowledgeable, and have incredible customer service. Thank you all for your beautiful work you did on our daughters car.

This was my girlfriends vehicle after searching around for a good auto body shop we decided on these guys. Unfortunately this was the wrong choice. It took 3 weeks longer than expected, not because of anything out of their hands. We were told they just overbooked themselves. The pictures weren t everything wrong with her brand new car (6 months old). The hood is still rough to the touch, sounds like sandpaper when running your hand over it. They forgot to wet sand it. When replacing the hood, they forgot to hook up the windshield washer tube. The entire engine bay was cooked with blue wiper fluid (huge fire hazard as well, as wiper fluid is 50% methanol). TONS of clips missing in the wheel wells for the wheel well liners, I had to straighten the hood for her. Horrible customer service and the work performed was a mess. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I m sure they re going to say something about their lifetime warranty, but if the work performed was done correctly the first time, there wouldn t be a need for me to bring the car back to them, right?Live and learnServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Exterior painting

Juan was polite and helpful, so was the lady who answered the phone the first two times for a quote. I didn t drop the vehicle off on time but they were still able to get it done by the date I needed it. Even helped me out and let me get it after hours to fit schedule. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP. They asked for money up front for parts, stated they would not begin work without payment even after receiving a partial check from my insurance only to find out they ordered parts without my authorization and now want payment for them before they release my car since I'm moving it to another shop. They charged me for storage on my vehicle when it took them almost two months to provide me with a status on my vehicle. First it was a total then it was not. I honestly don't know what happened to this body shop. In the past I have had two vehicles repaired without issue I even recommended them to others who were in need of repairs. Its been nothing but a nightmare. I've made contact with the Attorney General I'm so done and extremely disappointed. At this point I feel that what they are doing is illegal!

I recently had my Audi there and they did a terrible job. Proceeded to lie to me. I told the gentleman that he is either a dishonest man or just doesn't know how to do his job". I was correct. The hood of my car is covering my headlights and after I pointed it out he still proceeded to say that's how they are. One, I know how my car supposed to look like. Two, the Audi dealership said the same thing. They attempted to fix it twice which was still left with wet paint on it btw. Never met the time limit and still "missed and forgot some parts". They tried to charge me for parts which I was not aware of. First attempt they messed up my hood ( not aligned correctly and covering my head lights), dash lights were still showing and plastic under the tires were not melted. Second attempt still couldn't fix my hood, made them replace a part the insurance paid for which they did not install. At this point I gave up. This people either don't have pride in their work or simply don't care. I don't think they realized they were talking to a family of mechanics and good friends with people from a dealership. I had the car inspected multiple time to see all the disasters they did. Unfortunately this place was I only option at the time since I was stationed somewhere else. I truly don't know how this man can say he is honest when he didn't even bother to look at the work he "finished".

Before I get the response from the owner " we have never done business with you " LOLMy company has and it has been awful. Please listen to the other reviews & stay away. Please contact the attorney general & the better business bureau.Funny how they can keep up with their reviews but not the statuses of vehicles in their possession.Something is very fishy here like they are in financial trouble.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHILE try Harold's body shop!

My wife had been in an accident and busted up the front bumper and headlight pretty bad, but these guys took it in, and in short order fixed it right up, like new, and they also took the fog off the headlights.A wonderful customer service experience, excellent craftsmanship, and the hood actually closed back nice and snug.We highly recommend this shop and believe their honesty and price are some of the best I'd every seen. Duke city has been our go to for years on any type of auto body needs! There s a reason we stay committed to them and it s because they do quality work and truly care about their customers. If we happen to need something in the future, they ll be the first ones we go to and if our friends or family need something done, we ll tell them to come here!To new a few things they ve done, we ve had a rear end car accident and they repaired the car beautifully, they ve painted some rims black and saved us thousands vs buying the new black rims, another small rear end incident that they buffed out and you can t even tell anything happened now! Wish I could give them 10 stars! Duke City Auto Body is very kind, helpful, professional, and skilled. They not only repaired the exterior damage that I brought my car in for but also detailed the interior all in the timespan they estimated.And then when someone dinged my car a week later, they helped touch-up the scratch. Got into a car accident and the front passenger side of my vehicle was pretty smashed in. Duke City repaired my vehicle quickly and it looks better then the day I bought it! I love the work they did and received compliments from everyone at their shop about my car! Very friendly and awesome work!

My Kia couldn't have been in better hands. Duke City Auto Body was so great they allowed me to free up space in my garage for almost 5 months ( car taken to shop Nov. 19, 2021- car finished? April 8, 2022). The first time I was called that my car was ready was March 15. This ended up being a courtesy call so my husband, and I could go down and point out all the repairs that had not been done. Since we were there, I asked if I could meet the owner, only to be told by the receptionist (Auddi) that she did not know who the owner was. Oh well, it must have slipped her mind. After all, I can only assume it is hard to keep track of all the excuses I had heard up to this point. Fortunately, Patti Garcia (part-owner) was found, and when we did speak she seemed to want to uphold their 4.6 rating. LOL 4.6 rating, I would believe this if it was on a 10 point scale. Needless to say we were beginning to feel like family, invited down once more on March 22 with our adjuster this time. Wow, this shop is incredible. Some repairs that were not done on March 15 were fixed in just enough time for the owners to see. Unfortunately, the receptionist was out on March 22, too bad I could have introduced her to the owners. I was hopeful that the third time around all the repairs would be fixed. Also, someone should alert the authorities, because Patti Garcia has once again gone missing. After texting with Patti on March 21, Patti has yet to respond to a text sent to her on March 29. Finally, I received a call on April 8 that my car was ready. My husband, and I had already decided we would take the car regardless of the fact that there could still be work that was not done properly. Of course we found things to not be repaired correctly. Now I understand why they advertise a lifetime warranty. Well my car in now back in my garage, but not in the condition we were led to believe advertised on Duke City's Website. "We have a dedicated standard to absolute quality and make sure that each and every vehicle, no matter what size or condition, leaves our facility in its original, pre-collision capacity". If you don't look too closely, you can barely notice that the finish used on the damaged rims does not match the original powder coated black rims. Who needs to rotate their tires anyway! So if you don't need your car, and don't care about it being repaired correctly in a timely manner, then Duke City Auto Body is your place. #supportlocalbusinesses

Took my car here for rear bumper repairs due to a car accident. I spoke to Audi upfront, she was very friendly and helpful. They dealt with the insurance company. They estimated it would be fixed in two days and sure enough I got my car before the end of day two. Very easy, professional and straight forward repair. Work looks great! Would recommend.

Duke City Auto Body is an extremely fast and reliable body shop. Excellent customer service!! Our son is in the Air Force and stationed in New Mexico. He had a car accident and I needed a trustworthy business to take care of him considering he is so far from home. We live in TN. I went online and researched many companies. By far, Duke City had the best reviews and customer service. Patti called me several times to keep us updated and praised my son for his manners. Job well done!!!

Highly recommend! Call and ask for Auddie! My experience from the first phone call to getting a copy of the invoice was absolutely outstanding! This place was amazing. I was in a hit and run and brought it in and they worked with me and my insurance through out the whole time. They made the time I brought it in to the time I got it back stress free. They would call me with updates on what's going on and we're very polite. When I got my vehicle back. I was very please with the results. I am very thankful for the hard workers in the shop and the lady who handled the paperwork from the start. Keep up the good work.

Came here to get body work done as well as tint and glass repair. Taking my vehicle to this business was a huge mistake. For starters I called asked if they could cover my back window being that it was busted and rain could ruin my speakers. The lady told me yes it s covered but I was outside and looking directly at my car and it was not covered. Second it took a month to make the repairs. After I received my vehicle back I took it to be washed. When I did so there was water coming in threw the back windshield. I took it back they said they fixed it and now once again water coming threw the same place. I will do more research on where I m taking my vehicle for repairs. $4000 later and work still wasn t done the correct way. Now that i left my review i get a very nasty response pretty much saying how I could have took my vehicle some place else. being that this is the response from the "owner" shows the type of people u will be dealing with. regardless of who paid the $4000 dollars, the company was paid and job wasn't done correctly the first or the 2nd time. if I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE OWNER RESPONSE!

One of the best Auto body shop in town! Very good customer service. everyone is freindly outgoing and respectful. awesome and quality work. love their paint jobs, from standard paint jobs to flat paint jobs to candy paint jobs. Duke City Auto Body and Collision is the place to go to no doubt. very good body work as well. give it two thumbs up :))

Duke City Auto Body and Collision Center provided me excellent services. They are friendly and fixed my car in a professional manner. Additionally, they drove me to my house after I dropped off my car at their shop. Furthermore, they drove the car to my house after they completed fixing my car, so I did not need to go to their shop to pick it up. I will ask them when I need their help with fixing my car. Thank you so much!!

Duke City Auto Body is AMAZING!!! <3I had a HORRIBLE experience with a "Selective Service" that my insurance referred me to go to. (Little did I know, I didn't have to go thru them.) They screwed me over. I went to Duke City the very NEXT day and they took my truck and got me into a rental immediately. The lady in the office handled everything for me. Everyday no joke, I got a call from Duke City notifying me on my repairs, where my parts where at, EVERYTHING. & When I got my baby (08' Trailblazer) back I was sooo pleased. Everything I needed done, was done and done the CORRECT way. They are amazing. Very good hearted people, I wil never go anywhere else for my baby's repairs anymore. And I am PROUD to say I am a first time customer. They are about QUALITY, NOT production, This is hard to find. Thank You To EVERYONE at Duke Citee Auto Body! :D

Hands down, the best auto body repair service I ve ever had. The job I needed done was small, but they didn t speed or gloss over it. It was done quickly, efficiently, and the work was high quality. No one ever wants to be in a position where they have to get body work done, but if it happens to you, I d highly suggest going with Duke City. I know I will. Thank you guys very much!

Worked with the folks at Duke City Auto Body for a door repair. Audi and their staff are top notch in regards to professionalism. I had backed up against a pole and sustained damaged to my passenger front door. The car is in otherwise good condition, but old, so I opted to have them order a door for me. They were able to find a good door, same color with minimal wear and tear. The door was installed, buffed and ready to go in short order, hard to believe how horrible it looked when I dropped it off several days ago. Would definitely use agin.

These guys saved my life! I had closed the garage door on my wife's new car - with the trunk open - and the bar on the door cause deep scratches on the lip of the trunk. Needless to say, my wife was none too happy with me! And it wasn't covered by insurance - so was going to be an out of (my) pocket expense. I saw Duke City Auto Body & Collision listed in a review, naming them as one of the top ten body shops in ABQ - I had 3 different places on my list, and they were the first, so I took it for an estimate! They were able to buff out the scratches there and then - and it cost me less than $30!! They could have easily told me that the whole trunk lid would have to be repainted and I wouldn't have know the difference - I was fully expecting it to cost me hundreds - but they gave me an honest opinion and were prepared to test out the buffing solution to see if it would work! Am hugely grateful! Lovely, friendly people - I cannot recommend them highly enough!
