Dubs is one of, if not the best, mechanic shop I've ever been to. Gary and Connor both go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met, your cars needs are met in a top-notch quality fashion, and your wallet won't cry (their prices are beyond fair). Dubs has a nice waiting area with x2 universal bathrooms, self-serve coffee and water, and everyone is incredibly friendly.These guys can do just about anything!

These folks LOVE German cars and it shows. Extremely competent and knowledgeable. They really try to do what is best for your car within your budget. I really appreciate that they work very hard to understand your needs and then deliver exactly what you both agree to, as scheduled. If you want a group who cares for your car as much as you do, I highly recommend Dub Motorwerks!

I would give zero stars if I could. We were quoted $1500.00 and have spent almost $5000.00 and our Mini Cooper is still doing the exact same thing we took it in for. They charged us for parts and labor in a part that they forgot to do. We have taken our car back 6 times. Every time we leave a few days later or sometimes the same day the same problem happens. The owner Gary seems to have no clue what is going on in his shop. We got our car back Friday and on Sunday it stopped working again and now they won t answer our calls. I was put in hold for 10 minutes and then hung on. Now I can t get anyone to answer the phone. I highly suggest not to trust this place if business. I called 8 times from my phone and no one answered. I called from a friends phone and a woman answered who had zero answers for me and hung up on me.

Do not trust with your air cooled vehicles with these guys. This shop is a joke. February of 2022, I paid about 2.6k for 3 repairs on my Audi B8 S4. They fixed all of them just fine but they tried telling me I needed a new power steering pump (which I did not need it and it s still good till this day). They also put my intake manifolds on wrong which caused a check engine light and made my car idle jump up and down They tried telling me that the check engine light is there because I needed new MAP sensors and that it was like that before I brought the car in, so they were not going to take the blame for it obviously. So a month goes by and I finally just pull the supercharger off myself and find that they installed some stuff the wrong way. I never tried going to get my money back because I assumed they wouldn t take the blame for it since I put it back the right way on my own but just know that these mechanics are probably not the best options out there, they are kind of expensive and don t do honest work Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance

Worst place to ever go to in Albuquerque. the owner Matt agreed to work payment options with me to service a forward arm control repair on my Audi Q5. He quoted me 3 different prices everytime and when it came to a down payment for a part he stated it would be $400. I brought $400 into the shop in September for the part to be ordered and was told a call would be made to me when the part arrived. However no call was never made to me to service my vehicle. Mind you the total amount for the service came out to $1400. I went in early November to give the remaining amount of $1000 and to set an appointment he was suppose to contact me about, which never happened and I had a gut feeling something was off due to the miscommunication. So I got my $1000 back and asked for my $400 cash I took in September and he than told me he would contact me when he has the $400. The owner Matt never called me and this has been 4 months and still no answer. As a business owner you would think he would accommodate his customers needs. Don t waste your time on this place, he ripped me off. Before he tries to deny any service on my vehicle I have receipts of the quotes and proof of the 400$ I paid.Service: Oil change

Outstanding Service! Attention to detail, wasn't afraid to physically show me concerns on the vehicle and explain to a point I could understand. For being a very busy little shop they did their best to get my vehicle worked in and taken care of. Even took the efforts when I was expecting my vehicle by end of day to reach out when they where not satisfied with results and offered to stay past hours to create perfection and have it ready by opening hours next day. The guys Gary, Matt, and Rich are the guys I expect to see doing this for a long time and they will continue to Service my vehicles If youand help me build my dream car. As always there are good and bad experiences with varying establishments. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and I m glad I did with Dub Motorwerks. The shop owner and his team are great at what they do and when my suspension was replaced they did a great job making the annoying noise and dangerous vibrations at highway speeds disappear and I could safely and comfortably drive my Audi again. After several weeks the strut mount made more noise again and they warrantied their work showing responsibility and character. I value their pricing and willingness to stand by their work and products. Before shunning people and businesses perhaps try to talk things out and I m sure these guys can make business with them pleasurable.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change

We Brought in our tiguan and one question was should we fix it or sell it? It needed a lot of work. New quieter muffler, one coilover failed at the sway bar end link. The coilovers lowered the car to where the tires rubbed the wheel wells and the front tires lasted 6 months. It had an oil and antifreeze leak. The AC is not operating. Gary diagnosed the need for an intake manifold by a code on his computer. He said all the warning lights would be off.Gary was very confident he could repair it, gave us a price and it would be ready in a week. We live 3 hours away and having a pickup time was important. Gary proclaimed it would be ready after 5 days after the initial date. We drove 3 hours and had to wait two additional days.The new muffler was not quiet at all. The entire tail pipe fell off the car a month later. His response was all they did was replace the muffler and did not touch anything else. It was not attached with a v clamp which should have been obvious since it was next to the muffler. The warning lights were still on and he was puzzled that the manifold replacement had not taken care of it. He said it may be the tune. The oil still leaked. The drain plug gasket had not been replaced. The AC was not fixed. We thought he was replacing the splash guard because he talked up the metal one that he uses.When picking up the car he said he thought we needed a new engine soon. A bit late.My summary is Gary is charismatic and can communicate his knowledge about vehicles. He talks a lot describes that needs to be done but does not do it. He falls short on quality work and estimating the time it takes. He did not stand behind any of the repairs he made. He did not even offer to look at it. He offers many reasons for not getting work done.

DO NOT I repeat do not use this place. (That is unless you re car looks good in pictures for his Facebook Then he will work on it) 02 tdi went in for timing belt and head replacement. Was told a couple weeks. A month later I asked update on car and got the run around. This excuse and that excuse. He ruined another head by not setting it properly. Burned up a starter and ruined a battery cranking it. Told I was getting a new head 10 days later asked for update and I happened to write him right as the company shipped it (or so he said) 10 days later asked for another update and some reason the head was at a shop getting redone( never got the new head I was told it was a friends instead he said) then 13 weeks into the process I was told car was ready to be picked up but wasn t running cause it needed an injection pump and he didn t have time to work on it. He ruined more stuff then fixed. And constantly had excuse after excuse. Have screen shot of every excuse he had..... so again don t use this shop or backyard mechanic. Worst experience I ve had. I was lenient on it and he jumped on the opportunity to abuse it.

The guys here are the best. So knowledgeable and fun to work with. They ve done a ton of work on my BMW. Big jobs too. I appreciate them so much. Definitely trust and happy to recommend them!

RIP off ! Wouldn't recommend! Got charged for a diagnostic twice ,didn't replace what he said he replaced , never fixed the low oil pressure issue after charging 1700 dollars for that 1 issue , after owning my vehicle for 8 years I suddenly have a power steering pump leak that I never had before , I'll be seeing this guy in court
