I have been searching for the perfect Tundra for months. Called Karen at Doral Motors and asked her some questions about their listing and booked a flight to buy the truck. The Doral Motors family is warm, welcoming and very professional. They made purchasing the vehicle from out of state with my own financing a breeze. I cannot recommend them enough for your next vehicle purchase.

The girl in the front desk with black long hair (don t know her name) had us waiting for like 30 mins for her while she knew we were there waiting to hand her over the application mean while she was in the back talking about the Halloween party she s going to. Very unprofessional and seemed like she didn t even wanna attend people.

They are very friendly and have been very helpful and are giving me a great deal for it being my first car. Come buy from them they will work with you. They filled up my tank and paid for my emissions test. Would 100% recommend coming here to get a vehicle

This place is absolutely the best.. The customer service and employees that work in this place are honest and upfront and I respect that the most they will also do whatever it takes to help you. I recommend everybody to buy a vehicle from this place.. I purchased a lot of cars from different dealerships and once again this one has been the best 1 out of all the new cars I've ever bought

I have had the pleasure of doing plenty business with Doral Motors and never have I had a complaint!!! They have a very friendly staff with Omar, Carlos and Arely and great inventory. I noticed a complaint on here about a a vehicle not being washed, dent and a scratch the vehicles are not brand new! Even if you go to a big name dealership and buy a used vehicle you will noticed some imperfections because it is a used vehicle! I know because I have done so myself in the past! At Doral you get more bang for your $, a great vehicle and great service! Thank you for years of pleasure doing business with all of you and to years to come!

We got an amzing deal on a 2017 Camaro SS. The owner and all the employees were very nice. They worked really hard to get us an amazing interest rate from Sandia Lab CU. We love the car and it was a great experience.

Bought a car for my son biggest mistake to deal with them. They give you a run around for a every thing . Never called to inform us that plates are in. The lady that works for him. Her name is Arley is rude not hep full at all. Seems she rather be rude than trying to figure out a way to solve a problem with a customer. What a waste. Will be reporting it to better business.Don t bother going here.

We purchased a very pretty blue Ford F -150 on a Saturday. Signed paper work and drove off lot . Check engine went on and heater would kick on and off , being winter well we need a heater. I noticed the vehicle had a funny smell like dog or I don't know what . When the truck would accelerate it would get bogged down and then all of a sudden speed up. My husband checked all the fluids and it was missing oil and it had no antifreeze. When we would power on the vehicle it's would say "oil change" . My husband put antifreeze and we called one of the finance people there. He said to bring vehicle in. I was in my lunch break and took the truck in. My husband said if they could check it anD the man made a list of concerns. The man right off the bat told my husband if he wasn't content he could return the vehicle. And that they always inspect their vehicle. Apparently not this one .The point was not that we didn't like it , we purchased it but we wanted it fixed. We were going to pay a pretty penny for a vehicle so it should at least work right? And not light up like a Christmas tree with all these alerts and smell funny. I borrowed a vehicle and left back to work. In afternoon the man said they no longer could finance him and that we would not be able to take truck because it needed work . So all I am saying is beware our first impression of this place is not good. The Deals, prices and vehicles are some what a good deal BUT , the customer is not right and they don't have the patience or time to make it right. Buyers beware.

My husband and I have been to this place twice. First time they were somewhat friendly. Today, they made us feel unwelcome. The owner is sarcastic or at least was to my husband. Great cars but customer service is extremely poor!

Excellent customer service, reasonable prices and they stand behind what they sell. You can't say that about too many car dealers. We will be back when it comes time to buy a new car and refer all of our friends and family!

I was there last week, l did bring all type of paper that they need to run my aplicaci�n and lm still waiting Ana seems like she just ran aplicaci�n for people that she like, on my personal opinion she s not professional but well some times it just happens. Mi pregunta es si el due�o del dealer sabe lo qu� pasa .es muy f�cil decir no o si pero parece que para ella un cliente no le importa ! Thanks D�ral Motor for all the help that u having given to all the peope that the just need a little push to get up!

Sold me the exact car I wanted and could afford, and when they could not find the car that my wife wanted, checked the one we did find, for mechanical issues and helped us get a great deal the there as well. Would not let me pay for that extra service! They are now family!

We were referred there by my brother in law. Carlos is really good and relaxed. Je let is onow what we were approved for. We took a few cars oiy for a drive. But fell in love with a Camero!. We got a good deal and fair financing. The car needed a thermostat which Doral took care of and gave us a loaner until it was ready. Ive had no more issues and i continue to refer people to him!

I purchased a vehicle from them paid cash for it. Was told that when I pick it up they would have a full tank of gas in it and it would be washed. Went to fill out all the paperwork work, now since I was buying it out right it took a little longer then if I was financing it which I understood. But what I didnt understand is that while I was filling out paperwork that the vehicle was not washed and had not been filled up with gas but not one of the 3-4 other guys there went to get it done while the salesman and I filled out the paperwork and on of the kids that were in the office is the one that pulled the vehicle up for us to take it home. Not even to fill the gas tank. I had another person drive it home as how am I gonna drive 2 vehicles home. So I didn t find out till the morning when I had to take my daughter to school and see it in the day light that it was never fill up and that the vehicle was never washed as I was told it was gonna be and after further evolution of the vehicle it had a scratch and a dent in the bumper that wasn t there when I test drove it. And the Specs they listed on their own website the vehicle did not have. I figured when I went to pick up the title I d let them know that the tank was empty and it hadn t been washed. So I got there to pick up the title and the salesman wasn t there so one of the guys that barely speaks English is the one that took care of me that day. After I can only asume was 1 of the bosses saw me and told him why I was there cause he didn t understand what I was there for. The boss never came out of his office to talk to me about it and they gave me the title after I looked at it and said ya that s it, it was a rush to get me back out the door and didn t give me a chance to till them that there wasn t a full tank like I was promised or that it was washed (the wash wasn t my main concern). This was the first time I bought a vehicle out right and without a parent with me as the last time I bought a vehicle from a dealership was 17 years prior to this one. And to be honest the paperwork wasn t bad but the follow thru of promises of this dealership is not there.

I went here specifically to buy a red ram truck my friend told me about they wanted 5k for. Spent 15-20 minutes looking at it because it was open. No ond ever came to talk to me. When i went inside it was like i was a ghost too so i just left. Bummer it was high mileage but would have been a fun builder
