Unbelievable customer service! I brought in an old 1978 Dodge rv that I have been restoring. Regardless of the countless hours I've put into the interior, the exterior is still kinda well.. Let's just say it isn't the sleek fancy rv's seen today.. Nonetheless, the staff at Discount Tire gave me the warmest welcome anyone could ask for! Not one, not two, but 3 technicians went out to the farthest end of the parking lot to give their analysis! It's been a long time since I've seen this type of service and assistance. Truly greatful and just had to give this review.So if you're driving a Rolls or an old- beater like me, you can bet the employees at Discount will get you rolling in the right direction. I always have a great experience at Discount Tire! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I appreciate how quickly and efficiently they get me in and out. Definitely my go-to place for all things tire-related!

I am incredibly thankful for Discount Tire for taking care of my Lincoln MKZ quickly and professionally. Scott my service advisor greeted and welcomed me with a smile and took the time to understand my concerns and preformed a walk around to ensure my car tires were safe and shared with me that my Windshield wipers are soon due for replacement, I knew that I needed to get them replaced and had them changed same day for a fair price. Thank you for getting me in as a walk-in. I will continue to be a repeat customer and always taken care of with respect and a welcoming atmosphere. Also, I was happy to know that I was able to use my Synchrony Car Care Card.

5 stars is not enough!!! Scott was absolutely phenomenal. Having a flat is the world s largest inconvenience, but he took a bad situation out of my hands and made it one of my best customer service experiences I ve ever had in my life! I will never do business elsewhere!!! Thank you so much Scott you don t know how much this means to me!

Alejandro helped me with my Chevy HHR 4 tire change today :) Everyone was very nice and hard at work. Alejandro helped me find the best suit for my car at the best price. He was very kind! My car is now running smoothly with no tire issues! I will definitely go back to this location for any major issues.

I made an appointment online. Show up 10 min early. They ignored me for several minutes and didn t even look up to say hello after finishing with the people at the counters. I finally get to counter and tell them I just need a flat fixed. He takes a few more minutes without saying anything. Then tells me it will be almost two hours to get it done. Since there are a bunch of online appointments ahead of me. I can clearly see that there are only two appointments on his screen that say online the other 10 said walk ins . So I ask what the point of making an appointment online is. He says it only moves you up 15 minutes and I still need to wait . I walked out and went down the street to a tire shop that fixed my tire for 15$ in 15 minutes. Don t waste your time people.

Always had good experience at this location and I suggested to my dad he come here made an appointment (which is pointless) was first customer there I gave him a ride so he didn t have to wait.. we got breakfast bought me parts for my car oil changed my car and did brakes on it almost 4 hours latter the car wasn t even finished and was told they were training I m not too upset cuz as a tech discount and jiffy make us look like all stars as it is but I m upset and embarrassed I referred my dad too you guys BOY WAS I WRONG

First time I have driven on a "doughnut". Went to this location for the first time (been to two other locations before).Scott showed up after I got out of the car. Told'em I had a appointment. He checked my tread depth on my Tires, and went inside afterward to get the job started to see if the Tire could be fixed. Found out later on, Scott showed me the Tire puncture. Unfortunately, the Tire couldn't be fixed, and he suggested about obtaining a new tire. However, Scott also made mention of having another new Tire for the same axle.I told Scott, just have'em put a new set of four (4) Tires.Scott rang me up for the purchase, and later on I drove away on my "Mr. Feelgood's" (MICHELLIN's).

Hi nate duran. Pls call me wen u can. I was waiting for an air check for 12 mins, a perspective customer arrives, the guy with the glasses proceeds to help her first. He proceeds to walk away i yell HEY, is there any1 at the air check? He says some1 will help me soon. 5 min later i come in the store-- he doesnt even look at me or acknowledge me. I ask for ur name. And as soon as i leave, the guy proceeds to jump on the air check machine.Im a busy person, and i dont appreciate the passive aggressive form of cust svc; especially after i get all my michelins with u guys and refer business. PLS CALL ME

"Make an appointment to save you time"2 1/2 hours to change a tire? I dread to think how long I'd have to wait if I hadn't made an appointment. Thankfully it was only one tire, I wouldn't have a week to wait to repair them

Worst location I've went twice to tires fixed and both times they say my tires need to be replaced when my tires aren't even three months old. I've also taken my mom's car which is brand new and same thing they say she needs new tires all the way around. When her car is a 2023 and she's had it for 6 months. They try to make people feel stupid and act like they know more than everyone.

The fact that this happened today (08-05-2022) while getting new tires is not so much the bad part. The awful and disappointing part is the Tire Technician knew that he did this to the wheel by accident and failed to let me know it happened. Now I have a damaged wheel to no fault of mine. I don't even know what can be done to remedy the now damaged wheel.

I'm loving the Discount Tire by my house. It it so convenient. This morning I went before they opened to make sure I got my tire fixed before going to work. All the workers are very helpful especially Joseph V. He made sure I got it done as soon as they could. He was honest and knowledgeable. Plus he was running around like an Energizer bunny making sure everyone was helped. Great team.

Had to order 2 new tires for my truck. After a mishap with shipping delays they got my truck in fast and got me taken care of. Great service from all the staff I delt with.

They removed all the bolts from my tires while all tires where touching the ground very inexperienced crew was told ny car was ready and they still made me wait another hour while it was worked in

Waited for 15 minutes before anyone seen me. All I wanted was to have a tire fixed. After they got to me, it still took them 15 more minutes to fix my tire. They weren't that busy. Workers were standing around talking to each other or horse playing. I was the first one in line. Bays were open but they were too busy talking.

These guys are great! I just needed some new TPMS sensors installed on my truck. They were more than happy to get it done and correctly in a timely manner. Other places refused service to my truck due to it having a lift kit with aftermarket wheels and 35 s. Highly recommend Discount Tire at Las Estancias

GREAT SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION FROM THOMAS AND HIS HARD WORKING TEAM!!! I PURCHASED TIRES FOR MY DAD'S VEHICLE TODAY, THOMAS HAD THE VEHICLE ROAD READY BEFORE I COULD RUN ONE ERRAND!!! SUPER GREAT JOB GUYS!! DAD IS NOW SAFE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
