2018 Dodge Grand Caravan GTCarlos at CT s Transmissions came highly recommended by a co-worker, and I'm thrilled with the results. The quote for rebuilding my wife's minivan transmission was not only thousands of dollars cheaper than other options in the Abq and Rio Rancho, but also proved to be accurate. Carlos's communication was exceptional, and he delivered on time, even bringing the van to my house on the west side of town. There were no hidden fees, and the van now runs and shifts better than it did brand new. I m now a lifelong customer, and I will be recommending CT s Transmissions to everyone I know.

My truck brokedown coming from Arizona by overloading it I burned the transmission, Carlos and his team took my truck inmediately and checked it out, got it fixed and now I'm on the road happy! I am talking about the customer service and how clean their work is, they make me feel really comfortable in time of being so stressful for me. My husband and I took our YJ to CT's for transmission work. They did an excellent job with the transmission! The YJ runs perfectly now! Carlos at cts transmission is a ok guy dont get me wrong but when it comes to what matters like price, time, and honesty hes not so much. My pump went out in a 700r4. It took him over 2 weeks to get back at me and on top of that he replaced specific parts with other ones and now my transmission wont fit. Oh yeah he charged me over 2000.00 with a 500 deposit. I highly recommend calling another shop.Service: Transmission

I was very impressed with Carlos He offered me a very fair and affordable price to service my transmission and even Upon finding it needed a transmission mount was very fair in those Services as well I did not feel like I often do leaving a mechanic shop that I had been taken advantage of on any level he even got me a ride from work to pick up my vehicle from his shop
