I came in for a headlight restoration because my original lights had become yellow and hazy from our intense sunlight and high altitude. The first go-around wasn't perfect, but company took it upon themselves to make it right and I couldn't be happier with the end results. The restoration brought new life to my car and I love the look! Nice job guys.

Initially, I was very happy with Crown Coachworks. They gave me a fair price and did the repair work beautifully. So that's the good part of the review.When I picked up my car, I asked if I would need to have my camera recalibrated. They said "no", everything was fine. But when I got home, the camera was inoperative with a message that said to go to the dealership. So I went. The dealer told me that the camera was not connected and charged me $400+ (It's a late model Jaguar., and they apparently had to remove the bumper to connect the camera and then recalibrate it.)So I went back to CC and asked for just a partial payment for what I had just spent. The service advisor guaranteed me that the camera had been connected--three techs verified that. I asked them to contact the dealer, and they later said they had tried twice with no response.To shorten the story, I went back and forth with the owner of CC and the General Manager of Jaguar, both guaranteeing me that they would "investigate" and get back to me. No one ever did. So I'm just walking away feeling that both were not honest with me. The sad part is that I was only asking for no more than $200 (half of what I paid the dealer) and would have be okay with less. But I got nothing but the run-around.So I'm on the fence as to whether I will ever recommend Crown Coachworks to acquaintances or return to them myself.

Crown Coachworks repaired my 2018 Honda Civic EX-T and when I picked it up, the fog lights were not mounted flush with the bumper cover leaving about a 1 inch gap between the lights and bumper cover. When I pointed this out, I was lied to and told that they never touched those lights. This led to more lying by telling me they did remove them, but that they were correctly installed. I had to take pictures of another 2018 Civic EX-T to show them and prove that they were installed incorrectly. There were also imperfections in the paint that I had to point out so they could buff them out. I had to leave my car with them for an extra day to get these issues corrected. I was lied to again by being told that I wouldn't have to pay for the extra day on the rental, but I got stuck paying the extra day on the rental car as a result of these issues. This is the first and last time I will ever do business here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

2nd time we've had cars repaired here. Always extremely professional!Always communicate status and know how to navigate the paperwork. They do exceptional technical work as well...my car (2021 Infiniti Qx80-sensory) is a very hard color-match...they did a perfect job! They are honest and caring and my car was finished just in time for the holiday! We can't say enough about Crown Coachworks, except they are awesome!!

Took my Alfa Romeo for a respray to repair some rock chips and scratches. The work looks great! My car looks brand new! The turn around was under a week. If you want professional, prompt, quality service this is the place to go.Service: PaintingService: Painting

If you need collision repair this is the place to go. This is one shop that does it right from the start. If you notice they don't have an insurance agent stationed at their facility. There are no deals made with the insurance companies. They don't work with or for any insurance company, you are they one they work for. They do the repairs with the right parts they don't want an insurance company dictating to them how to run their business. This is a great place with honest and great morals.

By far the best body shop experience I've ever had. I still can't get over how well these guys can paint match. Place like Car Crafters might be faster but you get a car back that is two different colors. These guys are well worth the extra day or two it might take!

I've been told their work is good however, their customer support when I took my vehicle in for an estimate is horrendous. They made excuses from our receptionist is gone, to insurance companies are a problem, and were understaffed. Ended up taking my vehicle to another shop to get its estimates and the work started. Maybe your luck will be better.

I have been trying to get estimates for my car all week. All I get them them is they need more photos and my car info. And I have sent all that over and NO REPLY! they were even referred by Garcia Subaru. I'll be taking car elsewhere for repairs.

I was referred here after someone hit my car. Everyone was friendly and efficient. They kept me informed about progress on my car and gave great advice about dealing with the insurance company. My car looks like new!

I have been taking my cars to Crown for over 30 years! They are extremely honest, trustworthy and do the best work I have ever seen! I used to be in the car business , we used Crown Coachworks, and I would never use any one else!

Going to be neutral about this place as I'm sure they do great work. Hadn't had any done myself but went in for a quote. Go to this place for insurance quotes they are on the high end price when it comes to repairs.

Terrible place. They lure you in with one price and then when they get your car they tear it down and then double the price then hold your car hostage. If you go to this place just remember that you have been warned

Buyer beware. $50.00 per day storage. What away to screw you out of an insurance claim that wasn't your fault.

I called ahead for an estimate and was told to come in. I get there and wait no one ever greeted us or even spoke with us. Looks like I'll be going to carcrafters.
