Where do I start.....first starting off by offering much Aloha to Mr. Bob, Michael, and Mr. Ron. True Aloha is just that- being present with the breath and the team at Cox Tires did just that! Mr. Bob is so very gracious to help through the entire process by offering all of what a true man of the spirit has to offer- integrity, honor and a helping soul. Thank you Mr. Bob for offering all the comforts to help get our coach back on the road and while we waited. Thank you Michael for ALL of the great care you showed to replace the entire under carriage, the extensive lines to the engine, the radiator and the biggest of it all- the fuel tank braces to keep us SAFE!!! Mahalo nui loa to you Mr. Ron for the conversations we held together to ensure that we left knowing our connection will always be valued and honored..stay true to your spirit as I do appreciate bond!! To the man Art- you are full of culture and knowledge to dig into issues to find the problems and offer true solutions. With all the team at Cox Tires helping to get us back on the road my wife and I are much appreciated. The above and beyond from Mr. Bob and Mr. Ron was also when our radiator sprung a leak (defective plastic housing cracked) 200 miles out and they both helped tirelessly to ensure the NAPA peace of mind warranty absorbed the expense for the repairs. Remeber, if you want good quality work you will pay for the service as nothing in life comes free...with the exception at Cox Tires as they all offer free connection to be GENUINE, SUPPORTIVE, and above all Men of HONOR which is priceless!!Excellent work Mr. Bob and Michael for running a business that is inviting and lead by your spirits from a higher divine!!Much Aloha - Kamakakoa

The only place I trust! I love this place! I have trusted the mechanics at Cox Tire & Automotive for over 10 years and never want to take my car anywhere else again. The owner, Bob Cox, has always been very kind and his staff has impeccable customer service. Anytime I would take my vehicle somewhere else for location convenience, it would cost me more and the job would not be done, nor did they check everything. I would rather drive all the way across town to have Cox Tire & Automotive get the job done right!

Terrible experience. Ruined my tires due to way over inflation 80+ psi. (Mind you I didn t ask to check tire pressure) Now I m forced to pay 1000+ due to incompetence

This is the best place in Albuquerque. Had issues with my nucamp trailer tires and they had my barings and tires fixed same day. Wonderful service and some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I've met on my cross country adventures.

Arrived in Albuquerque in PM on an afternoon a couple weeks ago with front tires making strange noises after 2500 miles on trip . Cox managed to get us in to assess the situation and they were able to order the replacement tires we needed for the following morning . Got us in the next day to replace the two tires and do alignment and get us on our way in early PM to get on the highway before the snow started . So we were happily on our way home to Minnesota . Most places in town willing to sell tires but don't do the essential alignment needed on a D350 class b rv to insure safety . Good guys , no hype not pushy , fair prices . Wish they were in Mn too!

I will go no where else for my tires! Cox tires is the BEST! Their customer service is excellent. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. They are personable and a joy to work with. Their prices are fantastic.

Just a place work sent me to get the tires replaced on the work truck. It's a fairly clean environment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There's a place for you to wait and watch TV and they have a snack and soda machine.

My car was making a loud noise while driving, I took it to a we'll known mechanic in town who suggested what I should do to fix my car, and charged me a high price. I then brought it here, and their friendly staff suggested something else that would fix my car, and quoted almost half the price. I agreed to have the service done, and the problem was fixed! It was such a relief to have found this mechanic, and I would highly recommend them to others.

Every time I go here it is something weird. I bought tires 1 time. It popped within 600 miles they said my tire was too old and out of date to warranty. They sold me a 2012 tire in 2015. I gave them one more chance and they failed again. I won't be back

The front desk guy was very nice and courteous. I just needed my tire pressure checked, but they finished in 20min max.

I needed to have 3 fuel tank straps replaced on my tractor which is a dealer item only , International . Cox tire ordered them from local International dealer . Dealer price for straps is around $430.00 each for step strap , and around $200.00 for the plain strap .. Cox Tires charged me $863.00 per step strap and $354.00 for the plain one . Almost a 100 percent mark up . And $400.00 labor for 1 and a half hour. Very greedy shop , never again

Brought it in for a quick check of my front end. Did not tell me that the work would incur an $88 inspection fee till they gave me the estimate. Not happy.
