I always have a good experience here. I bought new tires here once. I didn t even know that the services like rotation and balancing and what-not were free. I can do my shopping while they service my tires. The service is fast and friendly. I love Costco.

I made a tire appointment. When I arrived for the appointment Costco required that I stand in line for 30 minutes with all the people that didn t make and appointment.

I went in with a nail in my tire. I had been somewhere else and they took a half glance and told me it was unfixable and tried to sell me 4 new tires. When I came here, they actually took the time to look at it. They were able to repair the tire, and it was all covered under warranty. I did not have an appointment and they still saw me same day. They were super helpful, kind, and professional.

It is worth getting a costco membership just for the tire center if nothing else! The technicians are knowledgeable and do the job right. Everyone I spoke to there was professional and kind and even fit me late in the day on a Friday. Thank you

This would be less but there is no half-star option. They took 4 hours to put on the tires when we bought them. Then they took THREE hours to rotate the tires when we went in to rotate them (even though we had an appointment). ANOTHER three hours to simply repair a tire (with no appointment) the next time we went in, and then the last straw was their refusal to honor their warranty for today's appointment because we had used a can of fixaflat.I will NEVER buy tires at this place again. EVER. Tires may be slightly cheaper here (and that's debatable) but the service is atrocious. I'd rather pay a few bucks more to not have my time wasted like this and leave every so-called "appointment" grinding my teeth. Just not worth the aggravation.

Had all 4 of my tires replaced here today and couldn't be happier with my experience. Each person that we interacted with were kind and caring. I needed some of my lug nuts replaced due to a manufacturing issue and each technician made sure to inform us and direct us where we could get them even though they don't carry them there. They made what is normally a stressful experience a pleasant one and I am glad I gave them my business. Very nice people and professional service.

Costco tire was able to repair my tire for a reasonable cost (under $12 including tax) in about an hour when I arrived as a walk-in customer with no appointment. Some of the other tire places I called were offering me an appointment almost a week out. Thank you Costco tire service center!One thing to know, you do have to pay in advance for the fee, and they say that you are still charged the fee even if the tire is not repairable. I thought this was pretty reasonable because they they still have to take the car into their shop, get the tire off, test it, etc. You do need to be a costco member!

Tire prices are close to Discount Tire. Installation and this and that fees make Costco the better buy. They are much less expensive. The guys in the Costco tire shop are great.The problem is FedEx shipping. My installation appointment was today. I didn't find out my tires were not at the warehouse until I arrived at Costco. Looking at tracking on my order, 6 days after I ordered, Costco in Houston loaded my order on a trailer. Three days later FedEx started wandering across Texas with my order. For three more days the order has migrated slowly across Texas. It looks like the order may get here tomorrow. Nope didn't happen, the FedEx truck took 12 hours to get 30 miles north of Amarillo. The next morning the delivery date was updated four more days, and the tires were north of Denver. Then a 24 hour weather exception happened. I'm a pilot so I checked the weather. All across Colorado was clear with calm winds. Not sure where the FedEx driver found alledged weather. This morning the tires were here.The guys at the Costco Tire Center are great, and the service is awesome. The Costco Company needs to look at thier contract with FedEx. If FedEx provides poor service it could and does reflect on Costco.

Great place to buy tires. Husband wanted to buy tires that are warranted for 3x the mileage I put on & they suggested a less expensive set that are more in line with my driving but still quality tires.

NOT a walk-in and get serviced operation. You need to buy tires (perhaps online) THEN schedule an appointment. Acceptable selection of tires for standard vehicles. Don't waste your time showing up early as instructed; place won't open until 10AM.

Bad trained and unprofessional sales crew. They wanted me to sign a waiver saying that the tires might damage the car if I don't buy all 4. That information was not shared the moment of purchase.

Know nothing about tires. For our mercedes we odered a tire within 3% threshold 255/40 vs 265/35 (don t make 265/35 in run flats). They refused to install the equivalent tire even though its within companies own 3% limit. Told my wife she knows nothing about cars and it would destroy her transmission. 1) the tire size is within industry limits to be considered equivalent and even equivalent under costco policy. 2) Anybody that thinks a tire can damage a transmission has no experience or knowledge and should not be changing tires.

Got tires tires almost a year ago & one of my sensors was replaced a day ago now its on again but have been busy running around to go back ..wished they had someone to take you where you need to go like the car lots dealer just saying
