Took car on Saturday for oil change i keptcalling main line then service and no answer. I hit "1" sales to see if maybe someone would answer and a person answered. The person was rude he asked me if my car was a Lincoln or Volvo I said no it is a ford. He didn't want to transfer call to service said i couldn't talk to a supervisor and spoke loudly over me. His name was Joe. On Monday I send and e mail to owner and he never responded.
