Someone stole things out of my car. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. When I received a call on Friday in regards to my vehicle and its location, I was told I'd be given 72 hours to gather my items. My car was picked up, while I was at work, 3 hours after that phone call. I go to get my items out of my vehicle today (Monday), and I get a text saying they are ready to assist me. I stand at the counter for 30 minutes waiting to be assisted, and when I inquire about the wait, the woman who originally called me said she had to do something first. Okay.... why couldn't you tell me that, or get one of your coworkers to assist me?I finally go to get my items from my vehicle, only to find out that my front and rear dash cam have been stolen from my vehicle. They immediately blame the tow truck driver, and say they can't see the dash cam in the photos, so there's nothing they can do.I'm absolutely furious about this entire experience. I hate that I was given no choice but Copart for my vehicle to go to. If you have a choice, do not go here.

Do yourself the biggest service, DON'T DO BUSSINESS with the Albuquerque branch. This is one of the worst locations. I have been waiting for over 6 months for once title to be sent to me. Anytime you call them they leave you on hold and eventually just hang up on you. This locations managers as well and general manager refuse to answer emails regarding missing titles being lost from this location. I am beyond fed up waiting for MY items to show up. There's no way to contact this location at all without being hung up on. Overall, save yourself the time and don't buy nor do business with this location. If this keeps up a lawsuit will be the only choice I will be left with.

Absolutely the worst!!! Girls in the office do not care about the customers at all!! They spend most of the time chatting and flirting with the yard employees. I should know. I just spent 5 hours waiting in the front lobby watching the useless girls in the office doing absolutely nothing to help the customers. The young male "manager" in the office is even more useless!! I literally saw 50-60 frustrated customers come in and wait. And wait. And wait. To top it all off they have no restrooms! No restrooms for 50-60 customers that have to wait for 4-5 hours!! The counter girl told at least 15 customers to drive 1.5 miles down the road to a gas station to go to the bathroom. She actually seemed to enjoy telling customers this! For the amount of money this company makes, you would think they could hire quality people! They need a professional manager in the front that cares about customers to keep things moving. All the employees I saw today should be fired!!

If you're a pro, do yourself a favor: Don't buy here.Docs take way too long to receive from this Copart. If you are buying cars with the intent of being profitable, avoid this branch. The office is constantly have issues with keeping track of titles, and they are horrible at communication.I've spent days trying to let them know that they've sent the wrong title, or the FedEx label that they created 10 days ago hasn't been received by FedEx, or that we requested mail out on a title 50 days ago, and it still hasn't been sent.By the time you make contact, the title is lost and you're waiting for the duplicate, which is 6-8 weeks from when they actually order it.

I ve been waiting for 3.5 hours and still no sign of my vehicle. What s the point of appointments if you guys are just going to take whatever time y all feel like it. There shouldn t be any excuse for this much waiting, wort part is that this is has happened to me many times here at Copart.

First clue that Copart is going to do customer harm, and doesn't honor their agreements:They refuse to give you your name.I have a great insurance company, and they contracted Copart to pick up my vehicle.Pickup was promised to be Friday 1/26/2024 or Monday 1/29/2024 according to CSM. I made it very clear that I was at work and couldn't clear my belongings out of the vehicle until this evening, and the battery was dead until this evening.I got a text as I was walking in with a client that the vehicle was being picked up. Today, Thursday 1/25.That would have been theft of belongings.I had to bail on my client and neighbors helped me retrieve all my items while the Copart subcontractor tried to drive away with the vehicle as we were unloading.10 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went to collect my belongings from our car today and the license plate was gone, as was the personalized license frame. Copart insisted the car arrived without the plate but we followed the tow truck from the accident to Copart and the plate was on the back of the car.I think they are selling plates from totaled cars to people who cannot afford or have the right to register a car in New Mexico.Another customer overheard my conversation there and told me they lost his plate as well. Very suspicious.I am reporting the plate as stolen to NM DMV.

Appointments to schedule a vehicle pickup are a week out. They charge storage fees the entire time you cant even pickup your vehicle.

Expect to sit around for over an hour after being checked in while the customer service reps sit around and take their time doimg things. My timer said expected wait was 30 minutes, 30 minutes later, it was 5 minute wait, for about 30 minutes, then it went back to 18 minutes. F this place.

This is how the employees of this company will destroy the car you buy at their auction. Damaged front bumper (value of zero usd) that could be attached to the body with for ex. adhesive tape, thrown inside the car, destroying its interior.

This place is a scam. Buy a car but you cant get it picked up because there are no appointments available. Then they charge you storage fees. Stay away.

If I could get this place zero stars I would The customer service representative there Jessica is the meanest and rudest person I have ever spoke to My car has been ready for pickup for almost a week I have no vehicle from my insurance company until copart picks up this car they have not bothered to pick up the vehicle in that time frame offer to drop it off was told that's not allowed this is just as bad as getting involved into an accident goes around in circles and nothing gets done

Extremely unhappy with my visit at Copart today. I went in there, queued up and they told me it was a 10 min wait, after 30 min, I call them telling them that the wait time kept rising and they told me it was innacurate and wasn t going to take that long, they served me an hour later, and when I was serviced, the lady didn t explain everything well I felt like a lost puppy, so when I left I called them again and the person said something completely different and they still didn t explain it well, so I had someone else call them and they told me something completely different than the last two people, overall horrible experience. Ps: still confused, waist of my time, would not recommend, would rate the experience negative if I could.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. I sold my car to a different party and copart was their vendor. There was a few issues with communication between companies. However the tow truck driver Cesar and Customer service representative Emily were amazing. They were wonderful at communicating, ensuring things got fixed, and just overall professional. 10/10 recommended based on these two employees.

To receive assistance at Copart, visitors must use a smartphone-based queue system. My wait time between joining the queue and being called in to speak to a representative was 23 minutes. After entering the lobby as instructed, I waited for an additional 15 minutes until I was actually helped by the front desk. The employees were friendly, but very slow. The customers around me seemed confused and frustrated with the wait time. Additionally, I received an update via text that my request had been completed before I even spoke to the representative. Try to visit only if you have time to spare.

Waste of time making an appointment, this place runs on slow-30. Sat all afternoon and was told the loading is going slower then normal! (Several hours late is normal?). place is unorganized and customer service is nonexistent. Watched local towing companies come in and out being serviced without appointments. I see the reason for the slowdown now...

Stay away from this company and their app. There are a lot of hidden fees and charges. They will nikle and dime you to death. They charge environmental fees, internet fees, storage fees, document fees, and transaction fees. The price you see is never the price you pay. Eventually, this will catch up to them through word of mouth.

I called the local phone number and got transferred to out of state locations when all I need is customer service for New Mexico. Someone transferred me to a New Mexico office (I think) and waited on line for another half hour before I got tired and hung up. I don't understand how this company can have so many 1 star reviews and nobody in the company even cares enough about where they work to try and change it for the better. It says a lot about the owners.

They will rip you off sooner than later! I sent a transporter to pick up the vehicle and the title for the van I purchased from Copart Albuquerque. Title was not available for my transporter. Days later, when I called the auction they told me that they have the title ready, but they will charge me mailing fee. I don t think this is right! It is not my fault that they had no title ready for my transporter. Another thing, it took couple of calls to reach the office. Unfortunately, I don t see improvements with Copart corporation regarding customer service. All they care is the corporate earnings. It s a sad reality

Horrible customer service. I come here 3-4 times a month, and the girl in front has to be the rudest person on the planet. I was treated like a criminal, and ignored when I asked for a manager. Unfortunately I'm here on what I thought was a professional understanding between two recovery companies. Not happy today.

Absolutely unprofessional and unorganized company. I was forced to use them through my insurance and i had so many issues. Their wait time on check in said 5 minutes then after waiting 15 minutes the app said 30 minutes wait. Then they finally called my number and when I get to the counter they are on the phone with someone else and I had to wait another 5 minutes. They need more staff. The poor girls working need more help.

Paid an annual membership with Copart on their website. Got with a broker and paid them, too. Show up to look at a couple of vehicles I was interested in bidding on and they charge me $25. I get out to the yard and one of the lot attendants asked me what I am looking for. I tell him and he says that I can't look at these on my list because they are further in the yard and I can't go out there. I need to tell the people at the desk which ones I want to look at and they are brought to the front of the yard. Nobody bothered to tell me any of this at the front desk. What an abysmal experience. At least I know how the place is run, now. It is just like the DMV.

Just like all the other locations they have you wait in line for 15 to 30 minutes sometimes an hour to 3 hours to tell you oh now you have to come back tomorrow cuz it's past a certain time oh and yeah we're going to fee you too. They tell you the car is cleared to pick up and then when you go to pick the car up there's all these hidden fees that appeared out of nowhere and I always tell you one thing on the phone in a different thing in the office.
