My service coordinator Branden Aquino was awesome and assisted me with getting back on the road. My vehicle had to stay in the shop for a long time and Branden set me up with Uber rides and a loner vehicle. Branden also let me get items I had stored in my vehicle while it was in the shop. So happy to have my jeep back.

I am tired of dealership service centers, but this one has reached a new low.Even with an 8:30am appointment that I arrived 15 minutes early for it took 75 minutes to drop off my vehicle and when doing so I was assured that my vehicle might be serviced that day.In addition to the service initially requested I asked for prices on two more standard maintenance items. Couldn t even get a quote until technician saw the vehicle. These were not confusing items but rather drain and fill front and rear differentials.I also asked specifically if they did an overall checkup for which I was assured they would do and I would get a full accounting of the condition of my truck.Upon picking up my truck I found that even though they had it all day for 2-3 hours work, my service advisor was unaware it was gas and not diesel, which potentially could cause major issues in work and pricing.I did not receive the vehicle condition report I asked for and was assured I would get. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with they re lack of attention to detail and question why I paid inflated dealer prices and still did not receive dealer quality service they got defensive, never taking accountability for their failures.I left angrily and rudely and then got a follow up call explaining that I was no longer welcome at the dealership. I guess I m the problem??? I wonder if the sales department or general manager has any opinion on this?Service: Auto maintenance

They provided a quick diagnosis of my primary issue and made a totally satisfactory repair. The second issue was to inspect the seat belts for functionality. The timeliness for the service was very reasonable. My only comment for improvement would be to have an agree or disagree button on the email reminders. This would simply be more efficient for the use of your time.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection

First time using LH Miller service department. The service was easy to schedule and the service guys honored the appointment time, starting and completing the service within the time frame promised. As I was new to the facility I went to the wrong counter, however, the people I encountered were very friendly and helpful in getting me to the right individual. Once the work was complete, the advisor was very thorough in reviewing the work and the charges, as well as covering the best way to arrange my next service. The vehicle was washed and in great condition upon completion.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Scheduling an appointment to service my vehicle was easy but Genevive from the service department is a rude lady. I had scheduled my oil change and mentioned a recall to another rep and she said someone would call me to schedule that. Genevive called me to schedule it and failed to mention my oil change was on that day as well. Well I got an email reminder of my appointment and called them to verify I only had one appointment instead of 2. Of course she answers and is super rude. I clearly asked is the recall and oil change on the same day and she said no. Then i asked so i do have an appointment tomorrow? She said no not in this dealership. I read off the email giving her the name of the dealership. She said I only show one appointment for next Saturday. I said okay so I have a question, are they going to do an oil change and recall check that day and she said yes. That lady has no customer service and is very confusing. Should of scheduled with the other dealership!

I got to give my service advisor a 5 Star rating, as Howard was on top of things. He kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle, and would respond to my text messages in 15 minutes or less. The only reason I gave a 4 Star is due to the reason that I had a 9:30 am appointment and My truck was not looked at until after lunch. Even when I go in just for an oil change it takes 2 to 3 hours to complete. They have always done good work on my vehicle so I give them a 5 Star rating on workmanship.Service: Auto maintenance

My cousin and I went to purchase a vehicle yesterday and our salesman Chris Quinones was the best salesman that we have ever delt with our whole life. He not only gave 100 customes service he also was courteous, friendly, and made sure that we got exactly the deal we wanted. I give him a A+. I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks Chris you rock.

It was about a 2 week wait to get my vehicle in. I am understanding they are busy so not a big deal. The mechanic never called when it was ready, never told me it had other issues and then when I got in it the check engine light was on. Brought it in and he told me I would have to leave it for a couple days when the repairs they did caused the check engine light to come on which it had never before been on. So now I have to drop it off again so they can try to get to it when they can. Overall a miserable experience and I would say never take a vehicle thereService: Auto maintenance

Service was great and car is running well. However, they do not listen. I told them at least 3 times that we have a service warranty for this vehicle. When I picked it up, the gentlemen told me he knew nothing about a warranty and no way could he apply it since the invoice had already been created. He quickly grabbed the key and during the conversation to make sure I could not take my car without paying. I had to pay with credit card and was told to call the issuer of warranty to ask for a refund. Very rude and very unprofessional.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is our first time taking my Daughter's 2017 Jeep Renegade to the Larry H Miller Jeep dealership for a Oil Change. They were very friendly and helpful, they made the process of scheduling a appointment so easy. Upon arriving we were greeted and were ready to work on our vehicle. I was really impressed when we received a text message of the recommended maintence services and price of the part and installation. They brought out vehicle washed and dried. They have gone above our expectations!!Service: Oil change

So I came in around 8ish for an oil change. Turns out I needed much more. I certainly don't mind paying for fixes towards my vehicle, HOWEVER! I do prefer being TOLD about these repairs. It took almost 2 HOURS before I had to go and talk to someone to tell me what was going on. I can understand if it was an hour wait before they told me what was going on, but 2 hours AND I had to go ask what was happening? That to me is just bad customer service. The service itself was fine. They warned me that my tires were REALLY bad and needed a tire change. And they were right about it. My tires were awful and needed to be changed. I just wish that I didn't have to wait 2 hours to ask what was going on before finally finding out what happened.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Vehicle maintenance, Oil change

Do not use this service department unless you absolutely must. We have an ongoing issue with our stereo and 2 new issues. Josh, our service technician, asked us to leave the vehicle with them for several days so that they could try to replicate the stereo error. We left our van with them for 5 days while we were out of town. Josh was off, so we were told to talk with Brandon, the service manager. We explained the issue to him when we dropped the van off and again over the phone. When we picked up our van, there was a scramble to figure out what was completed on the vehicle. We left several voicemails with Brandon over the next few days and still have not heard back from him. A minimal amount of work was done to resolve the stereo issue we have had them working on for over two years with no resolution. Only 1 of the other 2 issues was fully addressed. Our warranty just expired on the van, and we will not be going back to this service department again.Service: Auto maintenance

Our car was not working properly when the engine light came on. We took it to the service department. Even though it was very late in the day they checked it out and Howard made an appointment as quick as possible. (holiday week-end) Got it repaired on the first day after the holiday. Very efficient, helpful, and courteous.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

The service was performed with professionalism worthy of the Larry H Miller franchise. All my concerns were addressed. The Advisor explained in detail and clarity every step of the process. I was shown pictures from the Tech of vital recommendations for my vehicle and explanation of why and when I needed them, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. My Jeep was done quicker than I anticipated and was given back cleaner than when I drove in. Friendly sincere and some of the best time Management skills I have ever experienced, is the reason I will return again!Service: Oil change

Got my oil change done. The service was provided. But if we factor customer service, there was none. From start to finish, I must have inconvenienced the staff for daring to take my car to the dealership for maintenance. But I didn't go there to make friends so the job was done and I left, after 2 hours. They did what I needed them to do.Service: General repairs & maintenance

On my drive through Albuquerque to Phoenix, I picked up a large piece of metal that punctured my tire. I am not real familiar with Albuquerque but I had purchased my Cherokee at Larry H Miller in May of 2021. After AAA had changed my tire, I called the service department at Larry H. Miller on Lomas Blvd. Thankfully the parts department had a tire for my car. The service department was booked and short staffed but they worked my in. I expected to wait several hours but was back on the road in 1.5 hours. The service department treated me like I had an appointment and kept me updated on the progress. My leaking punctured tire was my problem and this service department made sure they were the solution to my problem. Thank you so much!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Realized that I needed an oil change at the last minute. Dan in the Quicklane was happy to help me even though I didn't have an oil change. They got the job done quickly, were very thorough and even identified an oil leak before it became a major issue. I commute regularly so any downtime with my vehicle is a threat to my livelihood. I was very grateful to have such competent and professional people looking out for me. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle maintenance

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, rotation of tires through your call center (Taylor) on 2/24/22. I called back shortly after I spoke to Taylor and spoke to another female (did not get her name, but I am sure your calls are recorded), and asked if a wheel alignment was part of my MOPAR package because I needed an alignment. She first said no. She then said yes, it is called a balance. Therefore, I reiterated to the female that I wanted the alignment (balance). When I arrived 2/25/22 and checked in, I was not told any different. So, I assumed I was going to get the alignment (balance). On 2/25, I was in the service department for three hours. When I checked out, I was told that the alignment was not done. Whether it was part of the MOPAR package or not, I should have been notified, allowing me to make the decision of paying for the alignment (balance) out-of-pocket.Service: Oil change

Prepaid for oil changes and tire rotation. 3 times they failed to rotate tires. 100% positive they did not rotate tires due to tire markings. Asked staff to have work performed, staff ignored me and after asking for update they would have to reschedule service. This happened to me three times. Not very happy , do not want to return to dealership, very poor customer service. Just wanted what I paid for nothing else.Service: Oil change

The appointment was scheduled by a somewhat rude individual with no personality. I had to drop my vehicle off the evening before my scheduled appointment and was rushed through the process. I had no communication the following day and had to track down my service advisor. When the problem was finally diagnosed, I was quoted a price that did not include the warranty. They had misplaced the warranty information. I was also told they would not release the vehicle until the warranty company paid the bill. It was suggested that I pay and request reimbursement. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I gave the warranty information again and since they had dealt with this company before they went ahead and let me have my vehicle with only paying the deductible. I brought it in with the engine light on and also the tire pressure light on indicating I needed a top off of air. Both lights were still on. As a common courtesy I would think they could put some air in my tires and clear the codes. So sad Larry H Miller monopolized.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I scheduled a service appointment several weeks in advance. When I arrived I was told that wouldn t be able to look at my vehicle for 5-6 days. I suggested that I bring the vehicle back in 4 days. That was not acceptable. They had to physically have my vehicle to maintain my place in the queue. Your system is broken!!!Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Horrible! I left service garage to shortly find out after my car started smoking and oil signal dinging on & off that the oil was lost underneath due to the service department negligence. Once I pulled over, my car was smoking & there was no oil in my vehicle. The oil filter was loose. I was treated like I was the inconvenience & lied to about them washing and vacuuming my car when I picked it up next day because they had to tow my jeep back to dealership and give me a rental van until next day. I was rushed out both times with NO APOLOGY from anyone. The person giving me the paperwork did not have the General Manager card or know his name! I will never take my vehicle back. I regret purchasing the oil changes through them when I purchased my jeep. Horrible experience and I was the one inconvenienced as it was day before Xmas eve. Service department has mo customer service skills which could hv made a huge difference but the fact that a simple oil change was not done correctly, put my engine at risk and now I m worried how this incident has really affected my jeep. So upset with everything! They left the jeep with the filthy paper thing on the floor and plastic on my seat when I got it back. The person who gave me my key told me oh we washed it and vacuumed it for you! Neither was done. I do not recommend this place for any service in your vehicle.Service: Oil change

I had a 9:30am appointment and left at noon. I had an oil change done. It is ridiculous the time they take to perform this task. If there is an appointment made then the car should go in at that time. And their response is always they are short staffed. even before the pandemic the wait time was crazy. Larry Miller you need to do something about this.Service: Oil change

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a recall on transmission shifter. Waited 5 hours to be told that they had to order the part knowing it was a recall when appointment was made. Another excuse was didn t have people to work on it and that s why the 5 hour wait. Not happy! I even bought a new vehicle from there the same day I made the appointment, $90,000 vehicle, now having second thoughts why I did any business there. This will play for the next time I in need a new vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Open recall (from November 2019)-Fuel pump relay. Was told in July of 2021 that 130+ people were ahead of me. The parts manager finally reached out to the service department in October 2021 and got me scheduled within a week. Dropped my car off for the 8:30 a.m. appointment on a Friday. I called at 5:30 p.m. to check on my car and was told I wasn t in the system, was asked if I could leave it until Monday because they didn t have a tech on Saturday to do the work. Got the part replaced the following Tuesday. Car still stutters and doesn t go over 30 MPM when red lined in cold weather after running for an hour! Since there is no stored code or engine light on I was told they cannot diagnose the problem. Nearly got T-Boned turning left through an intersection a few times. Taking the back roads until spring comes again I guess! Chrystler and LHM are at fault here, I feel the employees are simply a product of their environment, and probably do the best they can with the limited resources they have.Service: Electrical

My Dodge SXT Had recalls.. and I'm suffering from lack of repair. Electric/Thermostat screenshots and more glitching. They told me over the phone that I've already brought my car in twice in the last 2 years and all the recalls had been fixed. The truth is I bought my car in COLORADO.. NOT NEW MEXICO.. almost 5 years ago!! It was a FLEET VEHICLE. Still carries ALL TAGS of service and maintenance.JUST BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO BRING IT IN!

Terrible! Took my car in for engine light (O2 sensor) took 2 days and on my way home light came back on. I understand it s not an exact science but I called back right away to bring it back in. I left a second message and still have not heard back 4 days later. They apparently don t care about customer service.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
