I travel in from out of state. Christian's has always serviced my elderly mother's car. They are just wonderful. Always responsive, fair, honest and so very kind to my mother. Not having to worry about auto service or repair from across the country is huge. Thanks you Christian's Automotive and Tire for looking out for my mother and her wheels!

These guys really took great care of me like I was family! I was traveling through state with my cat and they were thorough, informative and SO very kind to accommodate my animal during the situation. I learned something new about my BMW 530i and Chris didn't make me feel like I was out of my element (when it comes to cars I usually am). They replaced my air intake boot at a great price and it's been running beautifully since. I highly recommend their service!!

We were in town for the Balloon Fiesta and our Jeep tow vehicle had issues. Christian s took great care of us, did the repair quickly and professionally, and even gave us a ride back to our RV while we left it there and picked us up when it was finished. We highly recommend them!

I have been taking our vehicles to Christian s Automotive for at least 10 years. They always complete my service needs in record time and always according to estimate. They have more than fair prices, impeccable integrity. They always do the job right, so I am sure they stand behind their work. I'll never go anywhere else! these gentlemen are the best they went above and beyond to diagnose the issues with my suburban even going to the extreme of riding with me for over an hour while we tried to recreate the horrid "noise" I kept hearing. After taking it to 2 other shops they figured it out!!! All because they listened to me and really took their time to figure out what was wrong with my baby. I'm so thankful to everyone at Christian's automotive even the wonderful receptionist who gave us a ride home. Thank you guys... The entire crew at Christian's is fantastic. My Expedition was having transmission concerns, specifically while towing my camper. They worked me in on short notice as I had a long trip planned and went above and beyond to find a solution to the problem! They also do all the work on my camper tires, wheels and axles!I know that these guys know my vehicles and they know me, and that makes having car repairs much less stressful!Service: Transmission

I have been exceptionally pleased with the service they provide for my older Toyota Prius, and I am equally happy with the service they provide for my non-hybrid car as well. They are efficient, friendly, and professional. They take the time to explain what is going on with the vehicle and I am always treated graciously. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Purchased tires here. Went well. Waiting area is okay, and the restroom was nice. Coffee and water for free, and there is a soda machine.

Christian s is my mechanic and I m happy to recommend them. Along with my oil change, they always do a safety inspection check to make sure there s nothing going on with your vehicle that may endanger you. They do not make a necessary recommendations, which is the part I like the most. I feel like I can trust them and know that if they re recommending some thing, my vehicle truly does need it.The customer service is also great. They explain everything very well and if they have props they ll even show you what they re talking about. It s nice to know that I can plan ahead for some of the more expensive repairs instead of having them fall in my lap.These guys will not try and upsell you when you get a oil change. The only recommend what you truly need. This is particularly important for those of us who are not mechanics. It s nice to have knowledgeable and friendly staff who are not creepy or looking to rip you off.Christian even follows up with a text to make sure everything went well and you were pleased with the work they did on your vehicle.I highly recommend Christian s automotive and I will be using them for years to come. I m a long time patron, since 2012, I don t ever leave reviews for anything but I felt that I had to write about this. Brian went above and beyond in helping me get my engine replaced due to a fuel management problem. He helped me to find out for sure it was under warranty and dealt with the claim from start to finish. Not only did they replace the motor, but I got a new warranty on my engine! I doubt I will need to file another claim because they take care of all three of my vehicles and do a great job. I haven t had any issues with any of the work or service they ve performed on any of my vehicles. I am always happy and satisfied when I get my vehicles back. Big huge THANKS to Brian, Bobby, Chris, Ron and all the other staff and mechanics there. They have taken a very long time to finish working on my work vehicle. Then we got it back and that week it was still having the leaking problem that was the reason we'd taken it in. Their estimates of when it would be done weren't accurate and kept changing. We were grateful they fit us in again quickly when said we needed a fast repair the second time around.

Did a very good job. Replaced engine mounts successfully. Had difficulty getting a special part but Were able to get the part mailed to them overnight and finish the job on time. I usually don t take the time to write reviews, unless it s exceptional. This business is exceptional. From the moment I walked in, everyone I interacted with was super friendly. I had a couple of things that came back on a scan of my vehicle(My brakes being one of the things that needed replacing). When I took my car back to complete the repair work, not only did they fix my oil leak, but they repaired a hose for my turbo engine that had been loose (I knew something was wrong when I had taken it to the Hyundai dealership for the last recall issue they were supposed to address, but when I mentioned the noise they said it was normal) and didn t charge me for it! On top of that, they said my brakes were on the low side, but that I could continue using them until my next oil change. I feel like other businesses that weren t as honest would have just taken the money and did the work. I really appreciate the honesty and for these reasons, I ve been telling everyone about them and will not take my car anywhere else from now on. This business is truly a treasure. I've been in ABQ visiting family. I happened to drive my daughter's car (2006 Prius-160,000 miles) and was concerned, given its noisy, rough ride, that it might not be safe. I took it to Christian's because, "back in the day" (10+years ago) they had done great work on my personal vehicles. I'm happy to report they are still just as good if not better. They kept the car for two days, did a very thorough evaluation, including a ride-along with me and multiple informative phone calls, and ended up telling me that the car is safe and the noises and rough ride are normal, given its age/mileage. AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME! Everyone was so helpful and generous with their time. Christian's is a great organization!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

We've been customers of Christian's for over ten years. All of our vehicles have been pre-owned, a little long in the tooth, and not always easy or pleasant repair jobs.We've never had such trust in a mechanic prior to Christian's. The service was great great customer service polite greeted with a smile pricing was great the issues that I was having is that I had my will alignment everything was fine everything seemed fine but a couple days later it started giving me the same problems like my wheels turning and now my axles are messed up from driving on them so I had to get towed they did some extra work that I did not ask for they pulled my fuses even though I just changed them out they did another service that I had already done personally at a different mechanic quite conveniently they also told me that I am going to be needing certain parts for my vehicle because it has reached that 100,000 miles Mark and I am pretty sure the parts that they were talking about is the ones that I'm having problems with now when the parts were perfectly fine before I came here I'm sure it's the ones that they've listed my car was running perfectly fine until I came to Christians all I needed was a wheel alignment matter of fact I didn't even need it because it was a quick and easy fix I'm very disappointed with the outcome I thought I would give a local business some business and see where it goes and unfortunately this one did not uphold any expectations that I had or the 4.7 review it has been givenService: Wheel alignment

I came in with a clutch issue, the quoted me $1100 to fix. Overall it was good service, I just had to bring it back because of a loose bolt. If you are flexible with your time, and willing to give second chances (for human error), this place could be a good fit for you. Brian was friendly and more helpful than the other technicians. The shuttle service was a very nice option. The driver is very friendly!

The best shop I've ever worked with I won't let anyone else touch my truck. Christian's has worked on all our vehicles for 15+ years. They are a great team and it shows by their employee retention. Christian s replaced the oil pan in my car and returned it to me without oil. I drove it straight home the day I picked it up. The next day I drove it and the engine started grinding and knocking. Upon inspection, there was no oil (clean dip stick). I had the car towed to them and Bobby swears the car left with oil and refused to fix it. He said the engine is shot and refused to take any responsibility. You can guess that the oil pan is full of oil now. Top photo (dip stick check) is the day this happened and the bottom photo (plenty of oil in the pan) is the day I picked up car - after Bobby told me the engine was shot and swore the the car left with oil.UPDATE: Brian conveniently leaves the number to the shop but never returns my calls. I have left him multiple messages as he offered to discuss my concerns. This is what you can expect when you deal with Christian s. I guess I have no choice but to file a report with the AG s office, AAA, the BBB, and file a claim in civil court. Brian, you have left me no other option.
