My experience here has been very discouraging lately. I have stopped coming here and started to go to other competitors around even if I have to go out of my way. Having promotions are great but not when you don't honor them due to the employees not having the ability to change prices when there are mistakes is not good for business. Neither is expecting a returning customer to just eat it and it is hard to believe that having offices next door you can't contact any kind of management to correct it. Frustrating is when you come back and the issue was never addressed and it starts all over again.

Car wash sucks. After getting tokens from the attendant at the gas station. The first bay I went into took 16 coins and only gave me four minutes of wash time. Go back in to the attendant and she gives me more coins. So, I go to a different Bay I put in 8 coins and there's no soap coming out of the dang hose. The Bay was dirty and the hose is so long as you're walking around your car you're dragging the dirty hose on your car because the rotary arm up top doesn't swing properly. Talked to another attendant to inform them of the situation and asked about getting my money back for the left over tokens because I will not be using this car wash ever again and was told no. No refunds for tokens.

Wear gloves if washing your car. The self-spray car wash charges a fair price, but the hoses and sprayer are filthy. They've been like that for months and no one seems interested in cleaning them. Dirt and grime are so caked on them that my hands were black with soot yesterday after washing my car. Wear gloves.

Went in this morning n ask the clerk sweetener for my coffee n she was so rude and very mad. In the past this has been a ongoing issue with this person. She really needs customer service skills.

The cashier this morning named chanan or whatever was the worst cashier she don't even know how to do her job & to top it off she was over here stocking food when theirs people that needed to be checked out. So so irritated.

I haven't gone in a while, and I was used to seeing the sweet young quite girl. She was pregnant and I was told they fired her out of no where when she was almost due.

I haven t gotten gas or bought anything from the food mart yet. But they gosh darn have a great automatic car wash!

Great place, smelled great as they were just cleaning it and there is a great atmosphere and really friendly and pleasant staff!

The car wash is always down. They have handwritten note on door at 5:30 pm, stating car wash is down.
