I've never had a problem any time I have stopped at Carlos. The workers are on top of their game. Anytime someone pulls up, they are ready to service your needs. If the business is busy, the max you'll wait is maybe 5 minutes. This place is the only tire shop I go to.

My wife and I needed a tire after one of ours blew out we were referred to Carlos Tire Shop by a friend of my wife's and since we were out of town we didn't know who to go to. Carlos Tire has an awesome staff and found a tire for a reasonable price. The whole process to exchange the tire took less than 15 mins and we were on our way. I highly recommend Carlos Tire Shop.

I had a nail in my tire. I asked the guy if it could be fixed. He said yes and within 10 to 15 minutes the tire was fixed back on and I was on my way. Great communication and no time wasted.

I ve been coming here for years and years for tire service. Yesterday 9-16-22 I had such a bad experience that I will not be going back.I bought a set of 4 used 35x12.5r20 for $300 while the initial greet was great, that s about all that went good with this experience. I had one bad tire and instead of replacing 1 I decided to replace all 4. I asked the employees to mark the bad tire because I intended on keeping the other 3.However, they did not mark the bad tire so I ended up taking all 4 back home. Shortly after, I requested the center hub caps to be installed on the front wheels but they were installed on the rears.After walking around my truck, I noticed that a lug nut was missing when I looked closer, I discovered that the lug nut stud was completely stripped, I then asked the owner on what happened and he proceeded to say that my truck came in like that, and there is nothing they can do about it. I then asked if they can move the center caps to the front wheels and when the owner proceeded to take them off they fell off with little to no effort due to the tabs being broken. He then proceeded to say that my truck came in that way and they can t do anything about it either.The employee that was working on my truck then became frustrated and said to me, if you have a problem come do something about it Upon further discovery, 3 of the 4 hub caps were damaged and no longer useable due to being forced on and breaking the mounting tabs. My wheels are aftermarket and each hub cap cost about $45 for replacements.To summarize,Yes, you get a great deal on some decent tires, but you end up leaving with broken hub caps and stripped lug nuts. This business will not and I repeat WILL NOT own up to their mistakes. Shop here at your own risk!!!

These guys were great!! We had a tire separate while traveling with our travel trailer and needed a new one put on our rim and they were so nice on the phone and got us in and out at a very fair price!! Major props to Carlos Tire Shop for saving a lady traveling with son and doggos!!

I have been going to Carlos tire shop for at least 30 years and will forever go to them. In my opinion, they re the most efficient, affordable, and fastest place to get your tires fixed in town. I just had 2 tires that had 3 nails total fixed, balanced and mounted (to include mounting the spare tire under the truck bed). They did all this in less than 20. Hands down , the best in town.

These guys are professionals! very respectful and on it!! helped me out unexpectedly when my tire went completely flat, went here cause all the other tire shops around my area where closed and now this is the spot to come first, thank you gentleman for the fast pro service.

Very quick service! Friendly people. I pulled up into the lot, they jacked up my car, took the tire off, fixed it, put it back on in less than twenty minutes!

I've been going there for a few years and its been good until now. Owners have a new worker who over charges for service and still asks for a tip. I was told by owner a few weeks ago tire rotation would be $2 or $2.50 per tire. Today I was charged $20. I asked the guy who told me $2.50 a few weeks ago how much and he asked the worker how much he charged me in a different language. I didn't want to make a big deal and went on with my day, but I won't be going back. This is the second time with this new worker as well.

Wish I could give this place a million stars. Owner and employees are fantastic. As soon as you pull up, you get quick service with a smile and treated like family. They really know how to run a great business.

The last time I was there I bought 2 tires for my bmw the guy new they where the wrong size and my SUV would not run with them he didn't tell me I bought them had to take them back my car was shaking they would not exchange them even the boss came and told me that his employee had told him not cool to rip off your customers

Always on it and reasonable. Quick and in a hurry. Never been more than 35-45 mins for all four reaplaced and balanced.

This place is very rude we had nice shiny black wheels on our family car and we bought two used tires and they scratched the paint off ! Almost half way around. And they said it was like that when we came in! They don't care about taking care of your wheels they rush so fast just to get it done they wouldn't help me out and give a discount. They were extremely rude don't come here

This place was awesome. I was traveling through town, had a low tire, they fixed the tire in 15 minutes for under $10.
