Communication was not to great as far as when my vehicle was ready. This was my first time ever dealing with insurance claim and the rep I worked with was impatient. Whenever I had questions she made me feel like I was wasting her time when I simply just wanted a better understanding of the process of my car and insurance claim. Other than that everyone else I worked with was nice.

I was a tiny bit annoyed because originally they were only supposed to have my car for five days, but they had it for nine days no big deal though, I know that they were doing their best and my car looks like new again!! Bob was great. I didn t get the receptionists names but they were very sweet ladies, I had missed my scheduled appointment the first time due to work and I was 20 minutes late the second time they still got me checked in and weren t rude or anything about it. When I called they re answer every time and I always got my questions answered. Thank you!!

This is the best place ever if you need your vehicle repaired. Great people, especially Jessica, great service, prompt. They got my truck fixed in a matter of days not weeks. Thank you car crafter's.

So far my experience has been great! This place is easy to work with. My truck is still in their shop for a couple more days so I ll update you when I receive it back. But so far so good!*update*This place is excellent. Good customer support and great mechanic service. Thanks carcrafters for making things better for us

Rachel, the front desk receptionist is very nice. Friendly, helpful and professional and Bob has been my service advisor. They have been very kind. He has been very caring, friendly, compassionate and professional My car is still there. My 2019 Mazda CX-5. But they have been slammed since New Year's.... I will be getting it back sometime soon!!! I highly recommend car crafters!!! This location.....

I received text messages to keep me informed of my car repair progression, which was really nice. My car was ready before the estimate date and was repaired beautifully! The care and workmanship were amazing! Definitely recommend trusting this shop with your vehicle.

Friendly and helpful! Except when I realized I left a pair of sunglasses in the car, they were too busy to go back and get them. And for me to drive back to where my demolished car was became a big issue because they had cars everywhere and it was very difficult to negotiate in and out.

VERY very poor customer service. Delores was very nasty to me on the phone, belittling me cause I didn t understand something. Thank goodness I never dropped off my car. I would stay far far away from an untrustworthy establishment like this one. Sharing to spread awareness to others. Hope no one goes through here for service when they have people that clearly hate their job.

This is the 2nd time we have used Car Crafters in 5 years. They do great work, the customer seems to be their priority and the staff is courteous and very friendly. We will continue to use Car Crafters in the future. Our family highly recommends Car Crafters.

The staff here are so professional and helpful! They keep you updated on the progress of repairs. Bob was wonderful! He is thorough, professional and doesn t give any empty promises. Bob was great to work with. They did an excellent job on my repairs and even got them done 2 days early.

Super fast and friendly staff. They were able to take my vehicle in same day I called for an estimate when other shops were quoting me months out. My vehicle ended up being totaled but Bob did an amazing job keeping in touch with me and getting me a fast estimate.

Car crafters takes its job seriously and does it well. Their front office is on top of things which streamlines the process. Jessica does a great job coordinating the operation. I have done one vehicle with them and look forward to another currently in process.

I had an excellent experience here!! Very friendly staff, I got consistent updates on my cars repairs, and you can't even tell I got rear ended a couple weeks ago. 10/10, would recommend and I'll definitely use this location if I ever need to again (but hopefully I won't need to).Another perk I didn't know, is that i was able to drop my enterprise rental car there! Super exciting! Service: Body & Trim

Recently my car had minor front bumper damage. I took it to car Crafters and they are absolutely right when they say "it never happened". My red red wine is beautiful again. To the team who worked on my baby thank you so very very much you guys/ girls are beyond amazing! You guy's went above and beyond and even washed my car .If I could give you guys 12 stars I would! Reason for the two stars is I'm very dissatisfied with the manager Kyme Morrissey. Her lack of communication is beyond annoying! She never kept me (the owner of the car) updated about my vehicle like she said she would. She also said she was going to let me know when my car was ready she also failed at doing so! I didn't know it was ready until my husband brought me my car to pick me up from work. Epic fail on her part!

Awful service no pride in there work 3rd times the charm right? Wrong still haven't fixed my vehicle correctly after three attempts. No attention to detail what so ever. If your someone who Demands Perfection this is Not your shop. I guarantee you will find something wrong with your vehicle it might be as small as the clips under your cowel or the clips used to hold your door together the way they reinstall new parts can't even do that right. SCRATCHES.They will install aftermarket parts in hope that you don't recognize it. They will argue with you guaranteed about any issues you might have its just not worth your time and frustration they'll cause you I mean 3 times to install a brand new fender, driver door and wheel that should be easy money took you guys almost 3 weeks of work and 3 weeks of my time now look at my problems and mind you my door would not open from the inside 2nd time now look at my issues and they just buffed the life out of my paint to make these disappear residue still all over ITS NOT GONE 100% but thats what they call finished product its what they call prideIF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHICLE DONT TRUST THESE GUYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AT THIS PLACE IM STILL NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK AFTER 3 TIMES DONT DO IT SPEED IS NOT THERE FAST STRENGTH YOUR VEHICLE WILL NOT BE THE SAME OR CORRECTLY REPAIRED found that needle thing in the back I do have children that love to climb in the back just no attention to detail
