Hugo and his crew have been my mechanics for many years for my different cars. My car was recently repaired and it's running like a new one once again. I strongly recommend them.

Don't ever go to this place for anything. They're are nothing but a bunch of common thieves. I went there for an intake manifold, and one of the employees broke it and the owner refused to replace it because the employee broke it after I visually inspected it and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau

Went to get my engine checked before driving out of town. Was able to promptly tell me what needed to be done so that I can feel safe. Did all the work sooner than I expected at a fair price. Also after taking my car to jiffy lube (to fill up on fluids) he refilled the things they missed. Will recommend to others.

I was on a road trip moving from Missouri to Arizona and my check engine light came on near Albuquerque on a Sunday night. AutoZone recommended Hugo at Brother s Complete Autocare. He was able to see me Monday morning first thing and got me back on the road. I made it to Phoenix that night with his help. Hugo and the staff at Brothers Complete Autocare were fantastic! My electrical problem was promptly and properly fixed within one and a half hours. I was picked up and dropped off to my home and highly recommend them for all your vehicle repair needs!!!!!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

This Auto shop is amazing, I was driving home to Colorado when codes started going off in my truck. I called them and they were able to squeeze us in and fix the truck so we could continue our drive home. This is huge considering I was traveling with 3 small children and my dog. They also were very friendly and offered cold water several times!

Went to these guys for a simple oil change. They put way too much oil in and I ended blowing a gasket just a few days later. When we told them about it they acted like they did nothing wrong. Never go here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have taken my car many times to this shop. Everytime I was satisfied with their service. The owner is a nice person and friendly. He is easy to reach anytime. As a college student it's hard to find a place that isn't so expensive. Brother Complete has saved me a lot of money. They have good deals. Thank you for taking care of my car many times!

This is the most unprofessional place that I have ever had the displeasure of taking my vehicle to. I had to bring my car back FOUR times because they can not do anything right! So first they replaced my flywheel and that night I noticed that my car was leaking. So I brought it back to Brother's and apparently they didn't put the transmission seal on right! So they fixed that and the next day my car started making this horrible knocking noise. So again I brought it back and they fixed it but they couldn't tell me exactly why it had started doing that in the first place at least his explanation didn't make sense I mean. He said that supposedly the teeth on the brand new flywheel that he had just installed broke off. That made no sense. So then my "check engine" light comes on and it was a code from within the transmission where it had been leaking from when they incorrectly put in my seal. I never had transmission problems before this. Never until these guys messed with my transmission to get to my car's flywheel. So then my car just completely broke down and refused to shift. I had it towed BACK over there to Brother's where he told me that he found the leak and would fix it. So then a couple of days later Jugo the owner calls me and says he actually can not find the leak but he still wants to charge me $200.00 in maintenance fees EVEN THOUGH THE CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED. And get this! The car was actually worse than before I brought it because not only was it still leaking BUT HE FORGOT TO RECONNECT MY SPEEDOMETER! He says "Oh shoot when can you bring it back?" Like are you kidding me?!? You want me to pay for ANOTHER tow to get my car BACK to you so you can do what you already should have done?!? Trying to charge me again and my car is worse than when I brought it to you in the first place! The transmission was leaking and it had to be completely replaced. I genuinely believe that Brother's Complete Auto Care caused my transmission to fail because they have no idea what they are doing. He did offer to put in a transmission that he found from a junkyard but I instead spent over $2,000.00 getting my own transmission and having a REPUTABLE mechanic install it. I would rather spend every penny that I have to my name than to ever let Jugo and his team touch my car again. I never had any of these problems before I mean I drive a TOYOTA Corolla with less than 70 thousand miles! The transmission wouldn't just fail. These guys caused it and they know they did too or they would not have offered to put in another transmission! Save yourself months of stress and go somewhere else. Also I never got any receipts for the supposed new starter and flywheel that he put in. The only receipt I ever got made no sense because it said "transmission fluid". No mention of the supposed new parts.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

So I took my car to these guys and I was in a homeless shelter. The brought my car back barely running. It was cutting off when I crank it up and I couldn't accelerate at all. They style my gun out my glove compartment also a money order and when I called the owner here looking Matilda dad tell me to send the police because they didn't take anything. My car at his shop and he don't know what's up but just that but why was my car running worse then he tell me he wasn't going to charge me. They went all though my stuff. A homeless woman with children which he stopped me off at the shelter to even take my car.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had high hopes for this shop. Other then being somewhat friendly the experience was terrible The Tech speaks poor English and is outdated on his knowledge of newer vehicles. Even after bringing in their "electronics guy" the problems are still not resolved and are still throwing codes. I also don't appreciate them using the fact they are a Christian business to try to cover up or to downplay bad service and poor performance. I would not take my car here until drastic change has been made.

Thre owner was trying to charge my mom to much$$ money to fix her car. Then be said hftw already did it even though we're didn't authorize it. Bad service.

Worst place to get work. They fixed a few tubes and charged me 900 bucks. I would not recommend this place to nobody
