Great, quick, friendly, professional service! No wait & my oil change was done faster than they quoted me. Plus there are lots of stores & restaurants to check out while we wait. I go here now instead of the other big oil change places

I ve had very good experiences at this location. Emily was extremely helpful and professional. I needed new front brakes and rotors. They did their best to keep the cost down. I m super happy with the amount of time it took and the quality of work they did. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very professional, explained every detail what work was preformed on my vehicle and reasons why I had issues. Then at the end offered me a on line coupon to get a little discount off the final price.. very highly recommend..

We didn't have to wait too long for an oil change like other places. The staff was super sweet and super friendly. They were also very helpful with all the customers that would come in with problems with their cars

I had a great experience with Emilee from Brake Masters at Las Estancias she took the time to greet and welcome me with a smile. I walked in to ask if they can service my MKZ Hybrid and Emily provided me same day options to change my oil and have a tune up preformed. I was happy to know that I was able to use my Sync Card Care card as a payment method. Thank you for going above and beyond to service my vehicle in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely be returning and will share with my friends and family.

Went in for a transmission leak. After looking at my van they told me it would require over $2400 worth of labor costs to be able to find the problem... and of course they have a buddy who can help with that.A friend of my brother crawled under the van to check it out. He tightened something underneath and fixed the problem. I gave him 40 bucks for his help (all he would accept).At least they have a friendly cashier

Quick oil change took 2.5 hours. 1 hour to wait 1.5 to do the oil change! not so quick. Only one person ahead of you should be 45 minutes

I ve had issues at other Brake Masters locations that steered me away from this brand for years!This location has won me back over twice over! Everyone here has been super reliable and trustworthy in terms of quality and work done on my vehicles. They give it to you straight on what can be done and they usually have better prices than competitors outside of independent shops. If you need a trustworthy service don t overlook this location of Brake Masters. I can t say for other locations but this one you can trust.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I brought my 2003 Camry here after it recently started sputtering and giving problems on acceleration. It was to the point where it was going to stall out on the road and create a very dangerous situation. It also threw a CEL so it was very close to doing just that.When I limped it to Brake Masters they immediately took care of me and were kind and honest. I was dead certain it was going to be an issue with the fuel pump but these guys pinned it on 2 bad coils. It created misfires and the sputtering I was experiencing.Within a few hours these guys had my car running better than all the years I've owned it. I'm certain I'll be getting better gas mileage and save even more in the long term with my reliable Camry. This was a big wake up call that I need to be more vigilant about maintaining the car but with my health problems I can no longer do the work myself. I've worked on cars and motorcycles for over 30 years and I'm confident with the crew at Brake Masters to take care of me.FIVE STARS and zero reservations recommending them to friends and family.

Easy to make an appointment and a surprisingly short wait. Staff were friendly! Coupons could be more accurate, but I did get one deal and financing was available. I will go back to them.

Everyone did well. Everybody was professional. The person who changed the oil in my car, took the time to tell me about rear tire detail. Let me know my tire had a nail and marked where it was. DISAPPOINTEDWent for a simple oil change and a tech damaged my hood latch trying to unlock it. They are not honest and didn't wanna do anything about it. Now I have to purchase new hood latches AND pay for an oil change. Never coming back again.

Break Masters are good people and they are quick with oil changes. They close at 5:30. I was there at 4:45 and they still took care of me.

Brake Masters in the South Valley are great, I am able to drop my car off in morning for an oil change and pick it during lunch. They are already friendly and professional.

I had gotten brakes with another location, so I felt like I could trust another branch, and I was not disappointed.I was presented with an estimate by the manager that was budget friendly and didn't sacrifice any of the warranty and service I would be getting if I went for a more expensive option.I only had to wait about three hours between dropping off the car and picking it up with all new brakes.

Staff that answer the phone at the Las Estancias location are very unfriendly. Spoke with a guy on the phone who seemed very annoyed with me requesting service check up on my vehicle.

Made an appointment to get my oil changed. Besides being short staffed, the staff that was there, were very nice and respectful. It didn t take long for the oil change and I like that they don t try and push needless items or tell you that something needs to be replaced or fixed when it doesn t.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I really like this location. All of the employees are professional and nice. They've always done a good job and never try and make me buy, or charge, for any service I don't need. Sometimes they might have a wait time but it's usually don't take long.

I scheduled an appointment for 7:30AM and they didn't take my vehicle until 9:07AM. This is NOT acceptable! I have things to do and places to be, which is the reason behind me making an appointment in the first place. I cannot wait all morning and then be told that other vehicles were in front of me, when I was the first person to walk in as they opened. If I have the decency to honor my commitment, you should treat me well as one of your customers.Service: Wheel alignment

Call them and said I need an oil change and I wanted them to look at my brakes and tell me how much it would be he said come in and we'll take care of you right away. Left about 10 minutes 15 minutes later it's only about 10 minutes from my house I get there and they tell me they have a three to four hour wait that I can leave my car there what a waste of my time. They should have just scheduled me an appointment if they had to wait that long that's ridiculous. Will not be returning here unless I have an appointment scheduled. I couldn't give them one star because they didn't actually do any work so I couldn't judge them on that

I had a tire rotation and a wheel alignment done. They also honored a coupon from their website. It came up to just a little over $100 for a full-size truck with a lift.I was able to book the appointment online and was seen at 7:30 am the next morning. The work was completed by 9am, and I was back on the road.Excellent customer service and price.

First, I did a tire rotation and one of the guys put my wheel covers on back on wrong. My air hose fittings were all covered. Recently, I got sensors replaced. They forgot to attach the negative battery cable back to the battery causing my vehicle not to turn on. Easy fix. Next rookie mistake. One of the hose clamps was not put back on after they flushed the radiator and put coolant back in - causing me to overheat in traffic. I barely made it back to the garage! So those are my gripes. Two of two visits of rookie mistakes. I can't trust them with my vehicle. My brake job all the way around was done good except for covering up the tire fittings. I'm running out of good Brake Masters locations here in Albuquerque - been to all of them. First, thank you for fixing my vehicle. I depend on it to get me to and from work. I'm grateful. However, there were two or three "rookie mistakes" that took place with me.One more thing, I booked an appointment at a specific time but the manager said I booked it for a later time.
