Dropped by car off about 1pm for several Front End Problems and a Wheel Alignment. Got a call at 3:30pm at work that the car was ready and did I want to pay over the phone. I told them I'd pay when I picked the car up the next morning.MY CAR WASN'T READY AT 10AM THE NEXT MORNINGMarshall said it would be ready that afternoon.IT WASN'T READY AT 2PM and I took UBER to work leaving from the store.Blamed the delay on AutoZone delivering an incomplete part for my Tie-Rod End.Marshall said my car would be ready that day.I took UBER to work, leaving BrakeMasters at 2PMCalled BrakeMakers the next morning at 9:30am (they open at 7:30am) AND MY CAR STILL WASN"T READY.Marshall said they STILL COULDN"T SCREW 2 SCREWS ON

took my truck in on 06/13/23 , for a complete brake job , front and rear, they charged me 800.00 , I assumed that the front and rear brakes were done. They only did the front, said the rear brakes were fine, highway robbery , when i drove off and hit the 1st stop sign , the front end started shaking viciously, they hadn't tightened the front lug nuts . they were totally loose , (shocked) went back they tightened them , 5 months later started leaking brake fluid, the incompetence is beyond belief, ADVICE. NEVER GO THERE , many many other brake shops that are competent and reasonably priced ..

This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with mechanics. Sisco is a phenomenal leader, he's honest, respectful, and dependable. He worked with me on getting the part and had the truck ready by the end of the day. He has an amazing crew who all chipped in to fix the problem. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of individuals. I highly recommend this location and will be calling Sisco for any future problems that may arise. Thank you so much for all your help

My husband took our van to get a problem fixed.. Brake Masters referred us to another place because they couldn't fix the electrical problem...and that's fine.. However now we have no flashlights no radio no heater...when we went back to figure out what was going on...they act like they have no idea what happened

I am so sorry the past managers are not there. They were so service oriented. This new management wont even stop to check the air in the tires like the past service men. No respect for history of vehicle the others had worked on. Truly disappointing

These guys are so expensive! I went to get my brakes done I have 1 bad rotor and pad. They were trying to force me to replace both back brakes. They would not help me unless I did so. I barely bought the car. I am a student in college with no family. I feel they were trying to take advantage of this fact. I should rate lower but I am being nice.

Jason is awesome!!! Best customer service! He doesn't try to sell you on other things and doesn't use the "its a safety issue" unless it really is like some places do to get you to buy more stuff. He gives you tips on how to take care of your car on your own as well. Their prices are awesome too. For brake replacement, they beat everyone else I called for a quote. Keep up the great work Jason!!!

Awesome friendly staff. Very informative, honest and courteous. No charge for the inspection and even gave me a ride to and from work so I wouldn t have to wait. They did not try to sell me something I didn t need like some other places have. I also left valuables in the car and they were left untouched, which proves that the staff are super trustworthy. I will definitely return for services when they are needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Oh man!!!! This crew at #126....is on point!!! Main Mgr, Asst Mgr, Marissa, Older gentleman who diagnosed (already knew what the issue was, when I described what was going on) young male tech....All ,They fix the issue, not just patch the job, very reasonable prices, for the job they do,THEY DO NOT PLUS SELL, I highly recommend this shop.... Outstanding skills .when I find out who older tech & younger tech is...I will do another shout out...Go to this spot for your rides needs..Oh yeah...Store Mgr, went out of his way, on his way home to drop me off at my place,while vehicle was being serviced...Come on...Try this place...Let em know..Terry sent ya They fix the issue, not guess

Gabriel the manager and his team were excellent and outstanding in their jobs. My car had the water pump go out on it yesterday, so I had bought all the necessary parts ahead of time. I was able to bring my car in today, and they took about 4 hours to do a water pump replacement, thermostat replacement, and flushing of the coolant system. They offered to come get me if I needed a ride since I wad dropping the car off, I declined; it was really sweet of them to offer though. So far she runs amazing! I am super grateful for them today.

I only trust Going to the Gibson location... I've gone other places that didn't service my vehicle right... Going to break master I've trusted the past 2yrs I've been going there... I went to get an oil change. Gabriel was very courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The went above and beyond by letting me know that my tire had a nail in it. Also recommended a place they trust since Brake Masters does do tires. He let me know that I need an alignment as well, which I plan on getting done with Brake Masters. It was a very pleasant experience and would recommend Brake Masters to anyone.Service: Oil change

I recently paid for a royal flush at this location. Inthe same month, I ended up on the side of road. I started having issues with my car overheating. They never refilled my radiator fluid, It was completely empty. There was no signs of leaks in my drive. They also removed a fuse from my fuse box for electrical fan. I believe this was intentionally done for me to come back for them to gain more store service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thankfully my incident happened right next to Brake Masters. They were a GREAT help in getting me on the road again. Unfortunately when I hit the curb I had a blow out on the front and put a huge hole in my oil pan. It was one of those days. They did find an oil pan in Albuquerque and helped me out tremendously and with in a few hours I was on the road back home. Thank you again for everything. If it hadn't been for you - my car would still be in Albuquerque.Service: Oil change

Super friendly and helpful employees! Insanely fast service! Whoever the mechanics are in the shop, they don't play! By the time I found somewhere to eat, they were already done with my brakes! I would call this place a diamond in the rough! Thank you BM!

Have been taking my 2000 crown Victoria here for four years now,mostly oil changes,also had shocks/struts,and alignment,took me back home,then came back and picked me up.another occasion was to have the fuel pump replaced,same back home and pick up.Always an uneventful,can't really say pleasurable, experience,and there no oil drippings in my driveway!That is pleasurable!This weekend is The Royal Flush,again,take home and pick up.Thank you brake masters for doing the maintenance that I can do,but I don't want to!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change

I started to feel a shake in my car as I slowed my speed so I decided to take my car to break masters for a simple alignment because it was close to my place of employment. Jesus was extremely nice to me and told me he would do a free diagnosis on it and that he would take great care of me. 2 hours later I received a text message and a phone call with the diagnosis. It turned into a nightmare. I was told that I needed to remove and replace the suspension control arms at $1500.00 a piece he said that the arms were old and falling apart. He also said I needed front and back breaks the entire package and an alignment. (Posted the quote keep in mind he said I needed two of the $1500 part) I certainly didn t and don t have the money for this. He told me well if I replace the front breaks it will stop it temporarily but you need to get these things fixed within 6 months. I had gotten my breaks replaced in the summer so I didn t understand why I needed to replace everything down to the Rotor. I left and have been in a panic since until today when a real Mechanic looked at my vehicle and made a video and showed me that all of that stuff they diagnose my car with was incorrect they were perfectly intact and all I needed to do was replace a faulty rotor that still had a warranty on it. Reading reviews for this store I see that they target single women pretend they are doing you a favor by a free diagnosis. I will never be back and neither should anyone else especially single women because they will try to rip you off!!!
