I noticed on the Carfax report that came with my new car that it had service at this location several times in the past so I decided I should go ahead and keep up with that. I am so glad that I did because the customer service is the absolute best! Having a new car that I don't know much about is a bit worrisome when you feel that something isn't right.My son had thought that it might be the rotors and sure enough it was. Vince and his team made me feel welcomed, comfortable and most of all I trust them! This is the only place that I will be taking my car in the future. I definitely recommend Vince and his team.

I have been going here for quite some time and have always received good service. They are very honest and that means a lot to me. I thought I needed new brakes so did not hesitate to take my car in to them. Well the good news was they said my brakes are fine so no need for brakes at this time. Most places would have probably just went ahead and put new brakes on my car, but thank God they were so honest I will always continue to go back to them.

I get my oil changes here, brakes and rotors done here so far. I have gone through a lot of shops in the area in the last 20 years, and I have stuck with brake master because of the professionalism, prices, and the timely manner that they complete the services. No one has ever tried to upsell me. It s always straight to the point with no hassles. Also the coffee is not bad.

I have always received excellent customer service & auto work (store #110). I live much closer to a different Brake Masters, and regretted going there (more than once). Vince is especially GREAT and I know this is a very honest location!Thanks to everyone!!!

Good experience, great communication. Fast fast service. 4 days later the repair has made a huge difference. (Great diagnoses)4 stars only because it felt pricy. Truth be told I would do it again, mostly because of the quality and speed of service.Thanks guys!

In past years have had Brake Maters stores perform more than just brake work. They have done electrical work, radiator flushes & coolant refills, and other assorted mechanical tasks. Recently had Store #110 do a complete clutch R & R on my manual 3-speed '73 Jeep CJ-5, along with diagnosis & repairs on differential leaks. Always quality work at a fair price, and on a timely schedule. Would definitely recommend them!

This is the best location! They have serviced all 6 of my cars, over the last 10 years! This is the only location we go to. Vince is honest and thorough!

These people are literally idiots. They don t even deserve a star but I had a leave one to leave this fn review. They told me I needed 6,000 worth of repairs when I went in for an ALIGNMENT. THEY LITERALLY LIED AND I STILL NEVER GOT MY ALIGNMENT. They tried to upsell me because I m a young girl who went in by myself. They should be ASHAMED.

I made an appointment online with this Brake Masters location at Wyoming and Menaul. I arrived a few minutes before the time, but I didn't have to wait at all, they started working on my vehicle right away. They were very professional and explained what was going on with my SUV and told me the repairs that I needed. This location is very busy, so I would recommend making an appointment, especially for anything you need done on a weekend. To save money, you can also print or download their coupons onto your phone, with a coupon, my oil full synthetic oil change was less expensive than other companies that I have been to in ABQ.

Made appointment. Got there on time, they said 2 hr wait to look at truck. Ok do it. Took awhile to analyze, then delay in getting parts. Told them to LOCK up truck when done, because of valuable stuff in truck. It was not locked up. Over priced, manager bordered on rude.Can not recommend.

BM Wyoming has had my car many times. Very happy with service and appointment. BM Wyoming is as good as I previously indicated. Able to set appointment and came in and greeted. I was very pleased with my experience. Dealing with the service personnel, I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. Explaining to me what problems that they had found with my vehicle and what they were going to do to fix them. No additional and unnecessary issues adding costs. I would definitely use their services in the future and refer my friends and family to this Brake Masters #110. Very pleased with the service! Vince was able to get my truck in immediately after we had a horrible experience at Pep Boys (lasting 5 hours) and finished my brakes within the same hour I dropped my truck off! Very responsive and great customer serviceService: BrakesService: Brakes

Awful service. Despite being told they could provide the services I needed over the phone when I made my appointment, they were completely unprepared. I had to go to another location for service, which made the day substantially longer. Go to another location if you want competent service.

First time using Brake Masters. Needed wheel studs removed and replaced. Excellent staff. While waiting talk with staff and had brake pads replaced as well. Very reasonable cost. Would recommend to anyone. Ask for Tim.

Brake Masters was amazing not only were they the best value for my AC recharge and leak check but Vince went above and beyond to help solve a problem that he didn't have to. I highly recommend them!

My wheel was making a terrible screeching sound. Vince took it in immediately and found a rock stuck above a plate. He checked the brakes but said there was no need to replace them. No charge!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
