I made an appointment yesterday morning to fix the breaks in my car. It s an old car, but new to me and they took the time to show me and explain the damage and everything my car needed. They also showed me things they checked for that were still good. It only took a few hours so that was nice! So happy with my experience here.

went in for thermostat and temp sensor replacement. was able to complete job in under 2 hours where a competitor quoted 8 hours. trustworthy mechanics are hard to find...they did a great job

As a senior citizen I appreciated being so well taken care of. While I was offered the high grade oil in my oil change, since my car has only 20,000 miles on it, the rep recognized the usual grade oil was good enough. As an extra service -- I have trouble cleaning my inside windshield with not having enough strength and leverage. He graciously cleaned the inside windshield for me and did a great job of it with care, no slapdash effort. I appreciated the service and most importantly the attitude. Will definitely return in the future.Service: Oil change

I called to get the brakes bled/flushed and inspected on my "older car" which has drum brakes in the front. The woman on the phone (respectfully) declined to work on my car because it has drums in the front She claimed she'd NEVER heard of this or seen a car with front drum brakes - they only work on cars with disc brakes. She never asked for the year, make or model - which is a 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass. There are a million of these GM cars with front drums, it's nothing out of the ordinary... In fact the brake masters on Wyoming and Harper serviced my brakes on this same car around 5 years ago, so that was a pretty lousy experience and I'm going to a local shop instead

The service was very professional. And performed in a quick & timely manner. The price was fair. Waiting time was appropriate for the work done. Very satisfied with the service. Will bring all our cars to this establishment from now on.

Reception lovely gal in training. The guys in the shop are thorough. Great job and went one step further to advise potential repairs in my future however not critical at the moment. No pushy upsell to fear me in agreeing to the work. I wasn't aware of the discount coupon in effect that day and she applied it my total. I left feeling appreciated as a customer as though they valued my business. I went to of all places....Brake Masters for an oil change my second time and again this was my experience so I owe it to my awesome community to share. Go visit because they offer more than brake services.

Only gave 4 stars because I only got an estimate and no work done. I am planning on making an appointment and having the work done soon. They were helpful with explaining work necessary and have a warranty which I am pleased with.

HORRIBLE! Unfortunately,ALL THE EXCUSES WERE EXPECTED. You spend $1k on a brake job, they SAY there's a warranty, they say if you have any problems. Or the brakes started making noises and squeeling to bring the vehicle back in for " inspection", they take your car out "cruising" and then try to tell you "they didn't hear anything. There's nothing wrong" They SHOULD have put it on a rack, lifted it, pulled the tires, and INSPECTED the pads, rotors, calipers etc. Apparently there warranty doesn't mean a thing. Their attitude. And refusal to do the right thing, refusal to honor their warranty gives cause for GREAT CONCERN!

I think there should at least be a television for people that have to wait 4 hours to have their vehicle serviced. Btw, I m not trying to sound greedy or anything but I got a $10 discount ( not 10% ) on a $780 job with a military discount. Shouldn t that be a 10% discount?

I went in for an oil change and new brakes. Turns out, I didn t need new brakes, but they found other issues that I needed to fix. Chris was an excellent service advisor - kept me full informed.

I visited store #108 this week and although both times the wait was 30-45 minutes longer than expected (with an appointment), the entire staff was informative and friendly. I'm very glad I chose to have my brake pads and rotors replaced at Brake Masters rather than at my usual tire place; they saved me a lot of money! Will be recommending to everyone!Service: Brakes

They told me I needed $1500 repair on my Jeep but then the Jeep dealer told me the repairs quoted were not needed. Hmmmm, I also noticed while sitting in their waiting area for several hours that most quotes were well over $1000. Don t recommend this place.

I had my own thermostat and just for labor they charged me close to 300 and took almost 4 hours to complete and I was already running late for work

On Saturday night my tire's tread had peeled almost completely off and to add to my bad luck, it was also pouring. I asked a gentleman at the gas station to help me get the spare tire on. It was Francisco Maldonado, the assistant manager at this location. He was so helpful and kind during my time of desperation, he was truly a god send. It's hard to find good genuine people and based off this experience I can confidently say that your car is in good hands at this place! From this day moving forward, this will be the only place I take my car.

It was my first time there...Very impressed. They will be doing some extensive (much needed) work. They could have done a single function and sent me on my way. They saved me from what could have been really serious in the very near future!Btw...their cost is super reasonable. I had enquired about what's going to be done almost 2 years ago. Half the price!!

Store #108 has always had our backs with our cars. They call if anything new comes up, any changes need to be made, and are very understanding about financial situations. I made an appointment for 11 am on line and was asked what service I needed. I said oil change. I came all the way from Edgewood NM and was told it would be several hours. The employee said they were waiting for parts for other cars and that these people also had appointments. Now if the on line appointments asks what service is needed I would assume that brakemasters would be looking at on line appointments to have parts in stock. Needless to say I will never go back to brakemasters even though I have been a loyal customer for years

Fast, friendly, and fortuitous. I didnt have the correct coupon for my oil change, but they honored it anyway! Less than 30 minutes for the service. They even pointed out an issue with my water pump and provided an estimate without pressure to perform the service. Prices are competitive with the local Dodge dealership. Thanks BM #108!
