I have had to have a few repairs (including yesterday) on my 92 Ranger in the past 2 years. I'm so glad a friend recommended Brad's Auto repair. He sung their praises and now I'm joining the choir. My family has been going to Brad for many many years and will continue to go there. It's a family-owned business and they treat you like family. Very professional and they take the time to tell you what they did with your vehicle and what you may be looking at down the road as far as repairs

Unfortunately, I was not impressed at all. I have a friend that loves this place, so, I scheduled an appointment with them, initially to just get an estimate on a small oil leak. About a week before the appointment, my heater core went out. I called them and told them that now I would have to get the heater core swapped out when I brought it in. I specifically called because I know it s a rather large job, and they are a fairly small, family run shop with one mechanic. The lady on the phone thanked me for calling so that way they could get the part ordered and be ready when I came in. So a week or so later on Dec 17th,I bring in my car at 0730 as scheduled, and I m basically told that it s a big, expensive, and time consuming job and that they won t be able to get to it until after the New Year!! What?!? Talk about horrible customer service. They could of at least called me and let me know.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Family owned, local business. Friendly. Honest. Fast.

A small place run by family members. They are very friendly, reasonable prices, and REALLY take care of their customers well.
