I knew Bobby J s was the place for me when I walked in and my baby was tagged and waiting for me!!! Nico Suave was kind enough to answer all of my questions (I had A LOT) to make sure I was confident in my selection. Once purchased, I was introduced to the service/shop team. IMO this is a great touch to get the customer feeling part of the family and appreciated. This place has an insane amount of off road/ on road options and offers gears and custom ordering. I arrived at Bobby J s Yamaha looking for a motorcycle I had been wanting for a while. Daniel was quick to speak with me and ask if I needed any help. I was given everything I needed and answers to everything the second I walked in up until I left with my new motorcycle. The other staff made the whole experience amazing and not like some regular business transaction but instead made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much again!

This dealership is fantastic! Keith and the team rigged my new Husky just how I wanted it the day we worked a deal. Bobby J's has a full selection of high quality motorcycles, ATV's and parts ready for customers. A first class outfit deserves recognition, and I am a satisfied customer. Way to go folks. I recommend Bobby J's to anyone in the market for power sports, expert service and knowledgeable sales staff.

I had been researching getting a Yamaha XSR700 for about 3-4 months. I was finally ready to buy and headed to Bobby J's. Upon arrival I was greeted and shown the bike. Once I decided on it, I was in and out of the shop within about 1.5 hours. Keep in mind that was with going to parts getting a helmet and gloves, over to service to go over the service intervals, over to pay for it and get paperwork, finally over to do a inspection of the bike and set up delivery. Not a single member of the staff were rude or pushy and it was literally one of the easiest and enjoyable transactions I've ever had. Very happy I came to Bobby J's. "

Purchased my first street bike, Yamaha R3 through Bobby Js Yamaha. The customer service I received from Daniel and the sales manager Brian was very professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Will definitely be referring friends and family to Bobby Js Yamaha. I m so happy with the bike!!

Great buying experience as always. Nico made it easy from start to finish! The finance department is super quick, efficient, and the numbers are as expected. My favorite shop in town for anything dirt bikes. Can't wait to get the new bike dirty!!!

I just bought a new Yamaha MT09 from Bobby J s. I worked with Nico Suave and he was extremely professional and helpful. Kieth Johnson also gave me his honest opinions on what bike was right for me. I highly recommend Bobby J s for all of your motorcycle needs. By the way, I am loving this machine. Also I can t remember the young man s name in the accessories dept but he helped me a ton with buying and setting up the proper equipment to keep me safe. He knew all about the different helmets, gloves, jackets and pads. Thanks for everything. I will be back.

This place is horrible. BUYER BEWARE. If you purchase anything here and it doesn t work you will be charged a restocking fee even if it is a manufacture defect, or an employee mistake, you will be charged a big fee. You are definitely taking a big risk when you purchase from this place. This business takes ZERO accountability whenever a problem arises, the customer is always wrong @ Bobby J s Yamaha. I am sure there will be a snarky response to this review to prove exactly what I am talking about. That is just how they treat their customers here. They will argue with youVery bad customer service.

My first purchase with Bobby Js was the mid part of 2022 on a Yamaha Grizzly 90. I can t recall who I worked with but it was a solid experience. Again, I recently bought a 2023 Yamaha Grizzly and my experience was sweet! You will not be disappointed working with these guys. My sales person, Nico, is super awesome to work with along with everyone else. I ll be back to do business with Bobby Js from now on.

I've really enjoyed working with these guys! I've purchased two motorcycles here (on the same day!) and the service has been outstanding. Obviously dealing with Keith is great, but the rest of the team is awesome, too: Bryan, Nico, Hunter, Cliff, Isaiah, Cody, Van and everyone I missed! This is one of the last truly family owned and operated shops in the world. Highly recommend!

I just don't understand motorcycle dealers not offering test rides. Who is buying a motorcycle without having ridden it? I think dealers should just pay the increased insurance and let everyone have test rides. Bikes are more up close and personal than cars. Would you buy a car without a test drive? Or maybe dealers could set it up with their insurance that test riders pay for a temporary insurance for an hour. Paying $20, to make sure the bike is what I'm looking for, before potentially paying thousands, seems well worth it.And what does sitting on a bike have to do with you not paying for the insurance to allow potential buyers to have test rides? I've ridden for about 15 years and had never heard of a dealer not giving test rides. Other places give test rides. Pay the extra insurance cost and let people test ride their bikes. Or are you trying to get people to buy bikes that aren't good for them so you can make your $1,500 tacked on charge + your cut of msrp on each bike they'll have to buy until they find one that suits them? That's just filthy. You should be used car salesmen.Or you should be better people.

Buying my bike was so easy I was in and out within 20 minutes half an hour tops! I give hunters customer service five stars he is very professional and helpful not to top it off fast.

"It was a pleasure working with Manny to buy my beautiful Super Tenere adventure bike. He made it very easy for me to fly in from Kentucky on October 22nd, buy all the gear I needed, and then leave the next day on the ride back home (21+ hours). Manny introduced me to key people at Bobby J's who helped me with every element of the purchase and prep of the Super T so that it would perform flawlessly on my return trip...which it did!I also want to call out the excellent service I received from Isaiah and Cody in the service dept (they adjusted their schedule to install aux lights and highway pegs on my bike at the last minute, and did a fantastic job) and Nevil and Kai in the parts dept (they recommended everything I'd need for my long ride and answered a million questions I had) and Hunter in the finance dept (he made the financial transaction simple and clear).I can't thank the Bobby J's team enough for their effort to make my getting back into motorcycles (after 8 years) such an enjoyable experience. They truly surpassed my expectations, which were already high to begin with. I'm a Yamaha aficionado and look forward to doing business with Bobby J's again!"

"Didnt call Daniel. Just showed up and said I want that CF Moto CForce 1000 Overland. He jumped on it and got us on the app. Then got us with parts and service to order the two up seat and then in with Hunter who went over the paperwork and financing options quickly. Im sure it was a super easy sale for Daniel but with no heads up they got us in and out quick. We were there maybe an hour or two. Great service. Id recommend to anyone. "

"The salesman I dealt with was amazing. Nicco helped me out and he was super busy. In between helping me, selling me my Kayo K2 230, between financing and me, all the way to the end even by loading my bike up for me he was also helping 3 other clients. I want to thank Nevil and Hunter for an awesome buying experience. Nevil stayed in contact with me via the entire buying process. Im from out of state but I was treated like I was in in state resident and a real buyer. It was very much worth me driving to NM to get the bike I wanted.
