ALBUQUERQUEI would like to make it known that I wrote several reviews for this company s various locations in September and they never showed up. Perhaps I failed to hit a final post button or Google was overwhelmed with four long reviews in one day. Whatever the case may be, they have never shown up and so I am rewriting them, but I sure wish they went through when I wrote them. THIS COMPANY DEFINITELY DESERVES A 5-STAR review! (Most times, I do not have computer access, thus, the reason for the months before writing.) Here goes I visited Blue Compass RV Albuquerque on Pan-American Freeway (formally Aloha RV) the last of August, for replacement of a step on my motorhome that had gotten demolished by a road hazard. I had called the service advisor, Chris Aguilar, a few weeks before, while I was in another state, so that he could order my step and have it there when I arrived. This went so smoothly. Upon walking in the service door, I was very warmly greeted with a handshake by the service manager, Brian. He then introduced me to Chris and, as I had imagined, it was as though we d known each other prior to this introduction. Bob was the technician assigned to replace the step. I felt such a confidence in his skills and knowledge that I requested he check other things while I was there. He did an excellent job! It was discovered that my new oven needed either a thermostat or a total replacement, should the thermostat not do the trick. As I was heading to Utah, Chris worked very well with the service manager there, so that I could have the oven serviced upon that arrival.Albuquerque s Blue Compass is added to my list of family dealerships! THANK YOU, Brian and Chris and your caring employees!Photos are Brian, Chris, and with tech Bob

Aloha RV is fantastic. We are halfway through a 10,000 mile road trip. With this relentless heat wave we burned out our transfer relay in Flagstaff Arizona after running the air conditioner nonstop for two weeks as we traveled. I called a dozen places in Flagstaff and no one even called me back. I decided to cut our vacation short and start heading for home in Florida knowing that we would need to pass through Albuquerque in a few hours. I called multiple places in Albuquerque and the second I called Aloha RV the service consultant on the phone said she would call me right back after she had confirmed they had the correct part. She called me back in about two minutes and told me they had the part and that they would have a technician waiting for our arrival. We got there in the late afternoon. They checked us straight in and told us we could wait in the waiting room. We went for a walk to find some lunch and when we got back it was probably another 30 minute wait and they had replaced the part and got everything perfectly operational. In that 30 minutes probably half a dozen staff members checked on us to ask if we wanted a coffee or water or needed anything else. I have never received better service from any business.. in the end, the entire thing with the emergency service cost less than I was expecting to spend. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any work done on their RV or motorhome. They saved our vacation.

Service department was very helpful and resolved all my issues with my 5th wheel. Jeremy one of the Service managers always kept me informed about the status of the parts and repairs. He was great to work with. The service techs that worked on our 5th wheel made the repairs beyond standards and also explained to me what they found and what they did. Great to work with!!

Jeremy was absolutely incredible and we cannot thank him enough. He was so helpful and went to great lengths to make sure our difficult situation was completely taken care of. This is a 3-hour drive from home, but he is the ONLY one we ll trust with future maintenance and repairs.- The Smiths, El Paso, TX

Wife and I bought our RV at Aloha RV in 2016 it was a 2015 Grand Designs Solitude. We ve taken the RV in many times over those years for various different maintenance repairs. Most recently we took it in for two recalls one for the microwave and one for the refrigerator. When we went to pick it up we got to work with Josh List who was our service coordinator for picking up our RV. Unfortunately one of the heavy lift forklifts was not working so we had to drive onto the lot to get our RV.Josh guided and directed us back to the RV and helped me get hooked up to my hitch. We noticed that the landing gear was not operating effectively, so Josh went and got a battery pack to jumpstart it.Additionally, once we got the landing gear to work with the jump starter, Josh List went above and beyond to help me! He said to bring the RV around to the side of the building so he could put a tester on the connector to make sure that my trailer was being charged by my truck. After running the test, he uncovered that there was no power going to the trailer so he checked the fuses and found that the trailer charge fuse was blown.Additionally, Josh List pulled up a website that showed the various fuses for my make/year truck and what they were for and he even ended up sending me the link so I have it for future reference! He then went back into the shop to see if they had that type of fuse but they didn t. Fortunately, I had one that was slightly larger rating that we were able to use to get us on the road.Just HAVE to say that Josh List represented Aloha RV, and went above and beyond to help me with my RV! I hope that an employee like this is greatly appreciated! As a customer I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, and it was much appreciated.Thank you JOSH LIST! You were AMAZING!!

I would give the Albuquerque, NM location of Blue Compass RV a 0 star review if possible. My experience with Blue Compass RV has been horrible. Initially I was treated in a friendly and professional manner by the sales personnel. I went in to view an RV I found on their website. The first thing I noticed when entering the RV was a horrid smell. We continued to view the rv and we were assured by the salesperson that if we were to purchase the RV it would be fully cleaned and the smell would be dealt with. The RV floorplan was what we were looking for and we proceeded to purchase it. We were informed at that time that it would take a week for the RV to be cleaned and ready for pickup. Upon pickup we entered the RV and noticed the horrible smell was still there also nothing in the RV appeared to have been cleaned. I also noticed the king size mattress in the bedroom had been removed and three of the five knobs on the range were broken which were not that way during the initial viewing of the RV. We spoke to the service manager about the smell and he agreed with us it still smelled horrendous. They then proceeded, while we were there to try to flush the black water tank to clean the smell out which was apparent it had not been dumped in the first place. We spent 3 hours there with them trying to fix the issue to no avail. Due to time constraints I was forced to take the RV and attempt to deal with the situation on my own. The first day I spent 6 hours trying to flush the tank and am still currently dealing with this issue. I also had to purchase knobs for the range, a mattress for the bedroom and fix the electric fireplace that was working upon our first viewing. It's been 2 months since this fiasco and I just received an email stating that Blue Compass failed to have a VIN inspection performed and that I am now responsible for doing so. This cost me an additional 100 plus dollars. This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

We worked with Jonathan, Billy and Riella when purchasing our 2024 Intech Sol Dusk. From start to finish this team was top notch. They were so good that we decided it was worth it to drive the 450 miles from Denver to Albuquerque to buy our trailer. Jonathan worked with us to get a great price, Billy made the paperwork/financing painless and Riella was a pro at walking us through our trailer before hitting the road. Highly recommend this particular team but also Blue Compass in general. Happy trails!

All around, great purchasing experience. I submitted an online request on a specific unit, I was contacted and given pricing promptly. I was in need of a couple of special order parts which they got and installed for me before my arrival. As soon as I showed up, they had my trailer detailed and ready for a thorough walk through showing features, options etc. All of my finance paperwork was 100% ready to sign making the entire experience fast, friendly and efficient. I got the trailer I wanted at a fair price. It's nice finding a dealership that values the customers time and isn't price gouging given the current state of the RV market. Extra kudos to Chris Aguilar. As soon as I walked in the door he knew who I was, got my truck in the shop for the WD hitch install and started on the walk through. He knew tons about the trailer and was willing to take as much time as needed to go through everything. He even took us through the parts department and gave some good recommendations for new parts. My wife and I kept complimenting him on the drive home. Thanks again to everyone for a smooth pleasant experience!

Purchased a momentum 28g from aloha in Albuquerque and couldn t be more happy with the trailer and the treatment I got from Jonathan in sales and Billy in finance! I drove all the way from California to buy the trailer and they held it for me for a week until I could make it over there! Once I arrived all the paperwork was ready to and everything was exactly as they said it was the trailer was detailed and I got a thorough walk through on how everything worked signed papers and was on my way back to Cali! Thanks again boys we ll definitely be doin business in the future!

My two thousand dollar CASH down payment has not been refunded and no check has been offered.I have never laid eyes on the trailer they had me finance, much less hooked up to it.I have PAID FOR and provided the insurance to this dealer for a trailer for a year.I have no access to this trailer. My next call is to the BBB to talk about this bogus A+ rating. This place is an absolute clown show. Who says the circus isn't around anymore?Read most recent reviews and you'll see.Avoid at all costs.

I went in yesterday to look and after finding the one I liked, doing the paperwork, being there over 3 hours I was told the one I was interested in was Sold! What salesman doesn't know if it's sold? Supposedly they had a lot and would do due diligence to help us out, but they wouldn't return my husband's phone calls and he left 3 messages! Sorry, we took our business elsewhere and found a better deal! I won't ever use Aloha RV after the way I was treated!

I want to give kudos to Chris Aguilar in service dept for Aloha RV. His professionalism, knowledge, advice, patience, and overall friendliness he displayed to me was a great experience. He is meticulous in trouble shooting any issues and took time to explain in detail how to operate any trailer component I had questions. I felt comfortable and confident in the service provided to me.I also want to give a shout out to Bob Horcasitas the technician who has worked on my RV in the past. He as well has provided expert workmanship and knowledge in dealing with issues.Overall the staff at Aloha RV is great, very friendly and willing to assist.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They have terrible business acumen and ethics. I chose an RV. We agreed on selling price and down payment, they convinced me to finance with them instead of my credit union, so I put in a finance application and they told me they would call me. Within a day or so I could see they made credit inquiries so they were working on it. A few days later they asked me to bring in my paystubs because the finance company was asking for them, so I did. A few more days went by and I didn t hear anything, so I called and left multiple messages for an update but they never called me back. Then they sent me an appointment request which I assumed was to sign and finalize everything Nope, the appointment was to inform me they sold the RV out from under me and they were bringing me in to attempt to upsell me a more expensive unit. Absolute worst experience. Now I have disappointment and hard inquiry on my credit report with no RV to show for it. Thanks Aloha RV!

They kept my pop up trailer for almost 3 weeks, didn t finish all the services we asked, even though we talked to them several times in person and over the phone. (We are talking quick things that needed to be done). Getting in contact with the service guy was terrible and manager was not responsive. I m not servicing my trailer here anymore. I had previous experiences that were good and now this.

If I could give a zero star I would. We purchased our Travel Trailer from Aloha, had a wonderful experience. We came back to Aloha and tried to purchase a 5th Wheel, Reflection Grand Design. We were told would be March. We purchased a new one in Durango a few days later. When I called Aloha for Warranty work, I was told because we purchased at Tarpley's in Durango, they would not service any warranty items for us. In the meantime, we had recommended Aloha to 3 more friends. After I told them the treatment we received from Aloha, one friend went on to purchase the same Reflection 337rls we bought in AZ, the next bought a Solitude they were going to buy at Aloha in CO. The 3rd friend went to Rocky Mountain RV and purchased a new Alliance 5th wheel. It is very short sighted on the owner's part to take this stance. We sent 3 more customers in that were ready to buy RV's they had on their lot. We are sadly learning the RV industry is not like GMC. Most car manufacturers have agreements the dealership must sign and agree to make all repairs under warranty regardless of where purchased. When we called Grand Design, they said the RV industry does not do this. We have been forced to now be sent all parts to us and find someone for repairs. As I said, I am not certain what the beef is between the owner of Tarpley's in Durango, or the owner of Aloha? But they should put the customer first. Period. I can't tell you how pleased we are with both Grand Designs, it is just a shame Aloha won't service our RV. As I said, they missed out on 3 sales, very short sighted.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Aloha RV.I reached out via an online listing on their website and was fortunate to receive a call back from Tom Knauber in sales. Tom was very available for questions and prompt with his answers. He talked me through the questions I had about my particular travel trailer and helped figure out the logistics of purchase and pickup. We live in Washington State but were going to be in ABQ on our way south and Tom worked with me on my shifting arrival date to hold the trailer and have it all prepared for our arrival.Dominica in finance was great and walked us through the purchase and closing and was always friendly and efficient in completing the sale. The purchase process was smooth and low pressure, unlike the usual vehicle purchase process. I was offered a warranty program but not pressured into it and I really appreciate that. Dominica was great when I called a couple of days later with a question and she sent my title and plates off to me much quicker than I had imagined possible.Chris who gave us our walk through and trailer introduction was great and again put no pressure on us to purchase a bunch of extras that we didn't need. It was a smooth and effective introduction to the trailer and I learned a lot in the time he gave us.Lastly, to echo all of the other reviewers, Anthony in the parts and accessories department was great and helped answer a couple of questions I had and with Chris, helped to identify a couple of accessories that I indeed did need. From ABQ we headed right off and put close to 6,000 miles on the trailer (over 1 month) with no problems and were happy to know that Aloha had our back if we did have questions or concerns.(Albuquerque to Naples, FL to Palm Springs, CA to Seattle, WA)Start to finish, great experience and we would highly recommend dealing with Aloha RV!Thanks to Tom, Dominica, Chris, Anthony and the rest of the team at Aloha RV!

We recently bought a Grand Design Reflection 31MB from Aloha, worked with Tom Knauber in sales. The whole process was great, Tom was super responsive, low pressure, and very helpful. Dominica in finance was great to work with, and the guy who did our orientation/training on delivery day (can't remember his name) was great as well. All in all a very positive experience. Would not hesitate to recommend Aloha to friends and family, or anyone else.

We bought an RV from Aloha earlier this year. It took them 3 weeks to even run our credit and get us information on how to proceed with purchasing. Ok, that might have been fine on its own. But when it was time for pickup, they were kind of rude and proceeded to inform us that they didn't have any keys for our RV to send us home with. This was a pretty big deal as the side compartments kept flying open on the interstate on the way home. When they finally mailed some keys, they didn't work. I've called them over 20 times in the last 6 months. They tell me they will look into it and then nothing.... they were also supposed to replace broken parts that were discovered during the walk-through. They were never replaced, and no one ever got back to us about them. This place has the most horrible customer service of any business or company I've ever encountered. All they care about it the sale. Once that's done, they won't try to help you with anything, even when it's their fault. Being sold a camper with no keys was bad enough without all the other issues we had with them. I do not recommend buying from them. I refuse to use them ever again.

Called on a whim the other day while traveling through Albuquerque to see if they could fix my fresh water tank leak. 45 minutes later I was talking with Chris. He was super helpful and made a spot for me to get into his shop same-day. His tech seemed very skillful. They helped me out quickly and I left with more knowledge than I came in with. Would recommend!

Our experience started out fine. However, when about to close sale we were left waiting for over 2hrs while salesman went back and forth into sales office. Items originally agreed upon were taken away and promises left unfulfilled. Ultimately seemed they left us waiting trying to persuade us to purchase expensive warranties after declined. Also , refused cash deal by removing discount unless we financed. At the end when tired of waiting and letting salesman Johnny Moya know deal was off, Johnny said he was insulted that we would leave deal he worked so hard on. We explained how we felt and his response was other dealerships would treat us the same.Regardless we were there 2-1/2 hours of wasted time, salesman nor sales manager even contacted us after all this. Never returning nor recommending.

Please read before making a purchase. I bought a new Coachmen class A from them and had a poor experience, which I didn't expect buying a $82,000 rig. I went knowing which one I wanted, which was good because salesman didn't know the inventory well at all. I made the purchase with the agreement to pick up in 9 days, and walked through all the items that needed fixed before pick up. The day before pick up they called to say the problems hadn't been fixed and used the excuse "there is only so many hours in the day" which is true, if you start working on it the day before pick up. Not only were the items not fixed, there were more problems. They Jerry rigged the AC unit which I'm having problems getting fixed at Ford under warranty because they messed with it. There was wood panels falling off, trim along seats coming off, roof was cracked. Also they had broken a running light on front roof and instead of fixing it, they covered it in black duct tape to hide that it was even there. I mean it's not good they release a vehicle like this. The reason I am writing an email is because the couch seems shaky, so I looked under. There are 4 bolts holding it to the floor, 3 were missing and one was stripped. This is the couch my children were to be belted into going down the road, if I were in an accident this couch would go flying immediately. It's truly pathetic that they don't inspect or even do what they say. In addition communication was poor between sales and back office. I took my RV, found another dealer and will never let Aloha RV touch any toy of mine again.

Josh the service writer and Brent the service tech went above and way beyond to work on my Grand Design TT. I called Josh with an urgent request to help me get an LP gas matter fixed. He said bring it in and he would work us in. Brent did the work right away and then went one better and fixed an issue on a fender cover which was not planned!! No charge!! Fantastic service team. I never had to unhook! I will be back for service and to buy when I am ready to upgrade!

The dealers are not pushy at all and give to time to look around and then when you approach them they are more then happy to help you. And very good service. Was looking for a travel trailer but nothing that I was in the market for at this time. But look out for Chris he's very good and is able to answer all of your questions. And he's a born and bred New Mexican.
