This was the first time I have bought tires from Bill Williams and will definitely be back. They had the tires I needed for my Skid Steer in stock and gave great customer service (they said they would have them ready when we arrived...and they were). They also had reasonable prices for the tires and also the install. I ended up at Bill Williams after getting the 'run around' from Purcell Tire for 3 weeks (do not go there).

Steve was awesome! Woke up to a flat tire and they had it fixed for me at a cheap rate, super fast, and such kind and welcoming service. They are the best! This is my new tire shop!

Leo , Technician, did a great job for us and Julian on the front desk / phone was great ! Great service. Worked us in. 2024 freighliner- Steer tire rim replacement.

So far the cheapest place around reasonable price and I thought that Southern tire Mart would have been cheaper than them and they was not please always give these people a call if your truck because sometimes truck companies feel like Truck driver have all the money and we don't be trying to survive just like the next person this was the best place an the service was good and it was fast and quick get him a try if you in the area need truck tires.

HONEST AND FAIRLY PRICEDI got a flat on the Highway and called in to see if they could fix my flat. The guy could ve charged me for a new tire but was able to patch it. They patched it, put it on my truck and put my spare back under the bed of my truck for an extremely reasonable price. I can t say enough about how refreshing it was to deal with such honest people

Well went to TA for tire repair as usual 3to5 hrs waiting time.... call ddl across the street they didn't repair tires but recommended to go down the road to TED Williams tire service and sales of new n recaps. In n out awesome . Save me at least 3hrs of down time. thks Williams n tires

wow! what a great experience. I called my Good Sam Roadside Assistance for tire change on my RV which blew out a tire a few miles from my home. The 1st service they sent was Duggars, which didn't have a large enough lug screw for my tire...What???You're a tire service, you have 1 job...how hard is it to carry a full range of lug nut screws? By the time I called Good Sam back to send someone else, it was after hours. Bill Williams still arrived in under an hour. Jonathon was polite, knowledgeable, positive, capable and changed out my tire in no time flat (pun intended). He pointed out some damage caused to the brake line and even hammered out my hubcap and reinstalled it, which the 1st person said was impossible without even trying. I would not hesitate to call this business again and would recommend them to anyone needing mobil tire change service. Thank you for your good work.

I was stranded in Abilene Texas for about 3 hours blew out my tire on my casita travel trailor no one in Sweetwater Texas had a 175 / 80 / 13 tire and the only tire store in Abilene who had it in stock was Bill William's Thanks for getting me back to Albuquerque. Friendly staff was great .!!!

Super helpful staff. I went in to air up the tires on our tractor and was able to get some fair prices on new ones. We definitely respect the customer service.

Awesome service, was in and out way sooner than expected. Employees was very friendly and informative. Suggest anyone who needs service right away to come here. Will definitely be back.

Went into tire center to buy a set of tires. The doors were unlocked but no one was in the building. No greeting, no service.

Out of every place that my husband called 2 get help fixing the car tire this was the best place that he found and go back if they did small truck tires
