These guys are great! I was referred to them when I was having a brake problem. They diagnosed the problem as a warped rotor, and resurfaced both front rotors. I also got an oil change. When I picked my car up, Bill mentioned that my oil light was flickering on and off. Turned out that was an oil pressure sensor. They fixed all the problems with my car for a very reasonable price, and were super friendly, explained to me exactly what was needing to be done to fix the oil sensor problem, and for that I am grateful. Most mechanics just dismiss women who bring in their cars alone, or try to overcharge. But, these guys are fair, knowledgeable, and do not try to pull the wool over your eyes. I definitely recommend!

Bill is wonderful. He is honest and does a great job! I am so glad to have such a competent and friendly mechanic to go to. And, everyone in the office is great too.

Really good experience here. I came from out of state, visiting a friend in ABQ for a few weeks, and my E250 had been having vibration issues for a couple thousand miles. I d had it balanced, aligned, the wheel bearings re-packed and the tie rods replaced by mechanics in Colorado, but that all only fixed it like 70% it still didn t feel right. Bill listened to me describe the problem and asked questions and was able to quickly diagnose the worn-out U-joint my other mechanics had missed. This was last week, and my van has been back to 100% ever since. Great diagnostics, pricing seemed fair to me, and everyone in the shop was easygoing and nice to interact with. I will absolutely come back to these folks next time my van needs something when I m traveling through NM.

Bill and Mike are true professionals! I was stranded by a check engine light on my RX-8 last night. I was referred to their shop, so I rented a hotel room and showed up this morning. They were busy, as customers showed up as soon as they opened. They immediately started looking at my rare car. They identified the problem right away, and ordered the parts to be brought to their store. They even secured a ride back to my hotel. They were very prompt, and didn't overcharge me, even though they knew I was stranded. Every single customer who went inside and knew me as a new customer, told me that I was in good hands and was at the right place. I would highly recommend them for any of your mechanic needs, big or small. They definitely go the extra mile to take care of their customers, no matter how long they've been taking their vehicles to their shop.

Been coming here for over a decade , mainly because they are literally SO honest , trustworthy, quick , and great customer service . We stopped taking our cars to the dealership because this place is hassle free !

Really incredible service. My car was making a strange noise when braking during the middle of a road trip, and these guys got me in quickly in the morning and checked out the car to help us get back on the road. I truly have never had such a positive experience at a mechanic, and I wish I lived in ABQ so I could always bring my car to them. Truly amazing!

Bill and Mike's Automotive did a great job on my Camry. It felt like it was falling apart when I took it in and now it runs like a new car. They had to replace the struts and rear breaks. The price was good and the service was awesome and did not take very long. I know where I will be going for my vehicle repairs. Thank you so much for taking care of my car.

I purchased a used car that kept over heating, I saw thir reviews on line and decided ro take my car to them. I have to say coming from a small town their service was excellent. They didn't over charge me and even gave me a ride to my job after dropping off my car. Shifty untrustworthy mechanics. Took my truck to get the brakes and rotors replaced but I'm noticing right nowas I'm changing my brakes again They never replaced my rotors all they did was put the brake pads on and kept my brand new rotors for themselves. Disgusting humans

Had some car troubles on the first day of a cross country move, brought my car in with the part i needed and let them know i was hoping to get back on the road asap. they had a little break between repairs and decided to do my car for me real quick, they were finished within 3 hours! amazing service, fair prices, and good hearted people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So awesome that trained professionals disregard warning of things to not do with classic cars. How about the fact that you slammed the hood shut on my girls C4 corvette 86 when she told you explicitly not to. Now there are electrical issues and the motor drops RPM if you don t fix this or you attempt to charge us for your mistake. I m suing I swear to god you better fix this, if someone says don t do something to their car you don t ignore them because they re a woman

I took my car in because my heater has been out for the past few months. For an affordable price, Mike was able to fix my heater the same day I brought it in. I absolutely recommend anyone with the same problem to come in:) Now I am nice and warm during my daily commutes! Thank you Bill and Mike s Automotive!

I would HIGHLY recommend Bill and Mike s Automative for your car repair needs. Mike was so kind and so incredibly helpful. I was planning on leaving my car at the shop to be repaired but they were able to squeeze it in and fix it right then and there! They really care about you and your car here, and I won t be taking my car anywhere else in the future for its needs. Plus, it s a family owned business and it s so important now more than ever to support these shops!

Had an issue with my truck surging and stalling, I also asked to look at other issues, temp, and oil pressure gauge. Mike cleaned up the MAF, changes the fuel pump, and said sending units were good. Mike stated the gauge cluster was bad, but one was not available. Truck runs great and the price was a lot less than I was expecting. Mike called to check to see if everything was OK. Great service. I had been needing to get my engine checked/fixed but do not make enough to spend $600-$700 on that kind of repair. Found these guys, read the reviews, & gave it a go. They were super friendly, offered me refreshments while I was waiting outside for my lyft, & then had my car done by 3. I expected to possibly have to leave it over the weekend, not to mention I walked out of there for under $430. Great service, great people & great prices. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs, keep being awesome y'all!

I couldn't recommend a more knowledgeable, honest, or friendly repair shop if I searched. After a series of repairs from,"my car guy", I had the car towed to Bill and Mikes, where they literally diagnosed the issue before I had even returned home. Reasonable prices with a neighborhood honesty long lost with so many businesses. I cannot recommend these wonderful folks enough to those in need of exceptional auto repair! 6 STARS!!!

Bill and Mike's is now the only place I will take my car. I went to two other highly recommended shops, one wanted to charge me $600 for a front brake job, the other wouldn't even look at my car. Bill & Mike's fixed it for half because and guess what? I didn't need front brakes at all, but they did replace the back ones!. Those other two places tried to take advantage of me.This is a family business that is honest, reliable and exudes kindness. Kudos!

Mike is honestly the best guy to get your car fixed! He was nice and truthful! I have no clue about cars and he made sure I understand what I was paying for! Great services and customer service. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I have been taking my car to Bill & Mike's for almost a decade. Their service is outstanding and the price is very reasonable. They take the time to explain my car's issues so that I understand. They do not ever over-diagnose. I would recommend their shop to everyone.

This was my first visit to Bill and Mikes Automotive. I had the most friendliest experience! I will come back and spread the word to my friends to come to this shop for their car needs! I wish I had known about the shop earlier as I would have taken my car needs to this shop. Mike is so nice and greets you on the phone and as you enter. Thank you, Mike and Bill!!! Oh, and they even fix your car and they do it efficiently and correctly! Excellent customer service!

I have known Bill and Mike for 30 years. They have always done good work for me that they stand behind. They treat customers like family, and are honest and genuine in all they do. I cannot recall the number of times they have been there for us when we really needed them; once even saving our vacation at the last minute by stopping everything to fix our air conditioner as we were on our way out of town. You can trust them to keep their word, and to make sure things are done correctly. We feel lucky to have never had to worry about having an honest mechanic!

Isn't it amazing you go to a mechanic to repair your car and pay nothing?I thought I had to replace front struts of my car. After an online search, I saw this 5 star rated place. Met Mike there and asked him about the cost. He told me that labour cost was $200 and I could buy parts from them or anywhere else. He even showed me parts online. After doing inspection of my car, he told me that my car was in good condition and charged me nothing. So honest and friendly!Also met other guys, who are Mike's family members. All are friendly. Thank you all.

Bill and Mike get one star for sloppy work and unprofessionalism. I took my car in about two weeks ago, and I had to get a few things done to my oil system . Oil change, battery, valve covers and other things of that sort. At first bill and Mike made a very good impression they were nice, but that is all just a cover-up. I've had my car for only about a week and I started to experience really bad oil leaks my engine was smoking ! They didn't even screw some bolts on properly and I'm 100% sure they drained my oil in my car and forgot to replace it . I took it to different mechanic and even they can tell that these Guys did sloppy work they were lazy and now my car has more problems than when it arrived at Bill And Mikes Auto Shop . I am very disappointed because I am young and I use all my savings to get my car fixed and I got ripped off and when I called them to let them know that I was having problems I never got a callback, nobody reached out to me to let me know When I could have someone look at my car. From what ive heard B&M were great mechanics back im the day, but i guess they dont live up to that reputation anymore.

I brought my car in because another mechanic suggested that I might need new rear brakes soon, so I asked Bill to keep the car to take a look at that, the oil, and just do a general once-over. He called me a few hours later after doing the once-over and changing the oil, and he told me I did not need new brakes. He could have easily taken advantage of me and changed the brakes--I would not have been the wiser--but he didn't. Because of his honesty, their business is earning this 5-star review and my future business!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
