The guys at this location are down to earth and professional!They took me in immediately @8 am balancing all my tires solving the nasty vibration issue my Suv developed while driving on interstate 40They didn't charge me for the work or inspection which was a huge surprise and relief even though i bought these tires at another location I highly recommend this Big O location!!! They have my trust! *****

We stopped in on a busy Saturday due to low tire alert. We didn t have time to wait the 2 hours but the man who talked with us put air in the tire, gave us two stem caps for ones we didn t know were missing and directed us to other shops nearby that might have shorter wait times. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this shop.

We were 2000 miles away from home. Our trailer tire had a screw in itWe called Big O tire service at 3:00 pm and the gentleman said they closed at 4:30 pm.he could fix our tire if we could get there by 4:30. We arrived in time our tire was fixed in 20 min. There was no charge and they even offered my husband a donut. I would give them a hundred stars if possible.

Jeff and his staff were extremely helpful! I had issues with a rotation and balance done at their shop but Jeff was able to make things right!! I will definitely consider buying my next set of tires from this shop based on this experience alone!

We were on a road trip from Illinois to AZ on the way back from AZ we needed our tire fixed. We made it to Big O Tires and everyone was super nice and got us fixed and on our way quicker then I ever thought possible. Staff was great and nice and price was amazing.

Recommended by a friend, Big "O" turned out to be a good place. Friendly and well maintained, returning customer was recognized and engaged in conversation. I like places that remember and talk to customers like real people. There's a sense that the customer's more than just a number. This place is obviously going to do a good job to keep locals coming back. Also, so friends will recommend it for their friends. High praise in a high tech world.

It's clean, no appointment. 300K miles on the van, still runs good after their work. Price is fair. Wait time is not more than 1-3 customers (some are not morning people) when it's still early.

We had a problem with cupped tires while traveling and these folks helped is out on the spot without a real appointment. Friendly, helpful and quick. People you want to give business to just to keep them in business.

Been coming here for 20+ years. Jeff and crew is the best, they fixed many flats for us and install wheel weights as you ask. Fair prices and great service all around! Very happy with this place. Get a clean car back, never a greasy steering wheel.

Jeff and his team are amazing! I got hit by a truck, and not having a lot of money he still got me the temporary replacement tire and rim I needed to make it to work until I could purchase an exact match to my other tires. Everyone was so kind, understanding, and they pushed me in between other customers to get it done. Big O, you guys saved me a lot of time and frustration and I'm forever grateful. Just called Jeff back today to try an order an exact match!

Great place to get service at. Came in today for a rotation and was in and out less then 30 mins. Great bunch of guys to work with. I have 3 cars and I just moved to this area of town so I will come here for all my tires and oil / brake needs. Thanks again.

AMAZING!! Went in for 4 tires and an alignment. They helped me find the best tires at the price point I was looking for. I had also applied online for credit, so that expedited the process. So biggest props to them. An issue arose with the alignment, and they fought tooth and nail to correct it. Same owner for 20+ years, SHAZAAM!!

We were on a drive across the country when we stopped in Grants, New Mexico at McDonald's for ice cream and a rest stop. As soon as we left the parking lot, the car told me we were low on pressure in the back tire. I pulled over and heard a horrid hissing. We jacked it up, took off the tire, and found a 1.5" sharpened piece of metal right through the treads. We unloaded the car, popped on the temporary tire, and headed off to Albuquerque. On the way we called Jeff at Big O and told him what was up. He told us to bring it in, so we did. It took Jeff and the boys less than 30 minutes to patch the tire and get us back on our way �all with great service and a bit of humor. If you're ever around Albuquerque with tire trouble, Big O is the place to go.

The service was great! Jeff was courteous and friendly and we got in and out very quickly. They do not make reservations, but our tire repair was done in a very short time. Big O never disappoints! The only place we go for tires!
