The guy working tonight who goes by the name of Austin is very rude and unprofessional, he first accused my wife and I of stealing because when she bent down to look at some clips on the bottom shelf she had items in her hand and when she put her purse on the floor and put the items she had down as well she placed them on top of her purse not in but on top of and a paint stick fell in her purse and she realized and took it right out and that is when "Austin" told us to leave the store and he had a hoodie on with his hood up I don't know but to me that's a little unprofessional will never shop there ever again!!!

The store is always busy. Shout out to Angel, her customer service is top of the chart. Her coworkers always make contact with customers at the door. Great to have them in our neighborhood.

Convenient, friendly, local store to get the parts that you need! It has definitely been a help to have the store close by. Been there several times. And we'll continue to get my local needs filled. Friendly staff helps you find the part that you need. Easy local access is great. Nice to have a local supplier of the regular parts you need. Helpful to get a quick battery or alternator test.

Love this place! These guys are awesome. They take there time to talk and understand what each customer is doing and there needs. From just replacing a part or upgrading your car, they got you. Willingness to take and extra step to help or show you what is needed to do the job or repair right. Pleasant people who understand what it takes to make the parts business understandable. Even for a newbie trying to upgrade a standard vehicle. Thanks guys, love y'all.

Ordered rack and pinion bushings online saturday morning. website indicated there was 2 different brands in stock. When I arrive they are short staffed with a long line . Lady that attends me tell me neither items are in stock. So she refunds my money. I had to get some other �tem while I am there and looks like the store Is going out of business half the shelves are empty and store is dirty compared to others. Manager need to hire better workers.

I got lucky here, the staff helped so much, had a bad alternator, they went out of their way to help me so I can install the part myself. Even the security help watch my stuff while I needed more parts for my ride, they recharged my battery while I change the alternator. Staff is very helpful, if you need parts for your vehicle they will help in every way to find it.

Unfortunately it's not next day delivery had to wait much longer, still waiting. just need a refund. UPDATE PART 2!! Day 6 I'm still unfortunately waiting for my next day delivery Can't get a refund till it gets here !!!!!! DAY 7 stilll waiting for my next day delivery No delivery Date available! I was driving across the country when I encountered a thunderstorm that blew off a windshield wiper blade. I stopped at this store to get replacements for both my wipers. Within seconds of entering the store and expressing my situation, a manager walked with me to the exact parts needed and even installed them on my truck for me. He even discarded the trash. Customer service is a lost art, but these guys nailed it.

Went in today for my lunch which is 30 minutes, so I didn't have much time. I asked an associate that was right by me if they carried a certain product, I already knew they did because it said online that the product was in stock. Anyway I asked and he said they did not carry it so I walked around looking and found the product I wanted. He didn't know what was in the store.

It's ok it's an auto zone but I do have to say it'such better than the one down central a bit they can't use the computers or find anything in a timely manner.but this location is ok.

No one is wearing masks. I went on a Saturday night...7ish. I did not feel safe. I believe the staff is doing a good job. A few a-holes trying to get away with stealing while threatening the staff.

Im not one of those ppl who give a poor review all the time.. Infact it takes very poor service to even get a review from me.. I am always wanting to praise ppl who deserve it. But i was barely even acknowledged when asking for help much less being greeted... there was no problem with them talking amongst each other does the lack of service towards myself.

I guess their system shut down early according to the associate due to the holiday. Couldn't buy a battery with a warranty. So what's the point of posting holiday closing times if they wont be honored. Closed time posted 8pm. They locked the doors at 6:40

It was a little bit of a hassle to get around the fast-food joints traffic they don't leave an opening for people who aren't buyers just trying to get by there other than that wasn't busy at all and young lady that helped me was really nice with my order placement and she even came into the back and help me find a cheaper item that I was going for and got me checked out right away with no problem,

Service was terrible at this location and consistently terrible!!! At my surprise it was the management who was disrespectful and not helpful in any way period. On my last and final shopping experience at this location after asking for assistance and recommendation for a tool I planned to purchase it was clear those guys seemed to be unhappy and rude. Perhaps they didn't like there occupation or point in life that they were currently at, I even confronted them about it and again no professional mannerism or acknowledgement of me being attentive to there customer service towards a paying customer/human being. I chose to leave right then and there to take my business to the autozone on Central in the SW part of town close to old coors where immediately I noticed the difference in staff and was satisfied and appreciative to the fact that they were very helpful and took care of business like professionals should and are expected to. Thanks for that! But 98th street location is no bueno.

Great service and you don't have to look like a surgeon to get in. Being a Machinc is a dangerous job. Driving can be deadly and is dangerous way of traveling. So I'm not going to live in fear by looking like a doctor going into surgery. A cloth mask is the same thing as putting a petri dish on your face

I went in to have an alternator and battery tested. Auto Zone charged the Battery (it takes about 1 hour to charge). We than tested the charging system and found the alternator to be bad. The alternator was in stock so I purchased it, put everything back together and retested everything with a successful outcome.

Your average AutoZone where certain employees are more knowledgeable than others. But hey it's all good. They treat you awesome
