We had an awful experience here. We bought the truck and the next day it immediately started over heating. Paul said he would get it into the shop and fixed. Once we finally got it back it was past the 14 day lemon law and we were stuck in the loan and had continuous problems with multiple parts. We bought specific parts and asked them to install them and they never did, they installed cheap parts they had and misplaced our $200 part we bought. The truck never worked properly even after the warranty put $10,000 into it. They would fix one thing for another to be broken when we got it back. Definitely don t waste your money here

I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. Most of the vehicles on the lot are over priced. The aftermarket work on the vehicles is basic at best. If you do happen to strike a deal. They will push their extended warranty on you.. When it comes time for any warranty work, suddenly you will no longer be a priority customer. I had some work done 3 times on the same part, the first two were covered by the warranty and the third time was suddenly not covered. I had another small part break, brought it in for repairs. I have been given the run around for over a month even with scheduled appointments. Nobody at this dealership can give me any information about the ETA. It definitely makes you see how important your business is to them. Anyone reading this, "to each his own" but this is my experience and don't recommend it to anyone.

We just moved to the USA from Canada. Paul and Joseph were excellent and courteous. Got a second car for my wife with a good deal considering we had no US credit history. Highly recommend as they will work in your best interests!

Bought a really nice truck, staff was friendly and helpful in the process. They are also willing to work with you on many things including aproval. Alex and Paul were great and i love my truck.

You will only find great people at auto solution. I recently bought a truck from them and had no problems with anything. My sells men was Joe, very nice guy anything I asked from him he delivered. Pual was the financial guy and owner as well. Very respectful person willing to help out even after they closed for the night. Will definitely buy a truck or car from the in the future.

Once I paid for my car, I watched them drive it up the street thinking they they're gunna fill up my tank since I'm giving you 20000 down for my 30k car I bought. Got in my car with less than an quarter tank, nothing was cleaned inside or outside the car. Had smear marks from the sold logo they write on all over. Couldn't tell me what was done to the car (car has modifications). The first 2 times I went was okay, but receiving the car that way after 20k down, I was very very disappointed. Had no wiggle room on pricing. I was 26 and am now feeling like i was taken advantage of after looking at other reviews. I won't buy here again, but that's just my opinion. I put 5 stars on my first review because the kid I was working with did everything he could. But then I had problems with the car starting in cold weather and they told me they would fix it (also not knowing what is done to this car. Car is tuned and subaru and tunes can be tricky.) I still have that problem to this day, but I got a work vehicle now, so it doesn't happen. The experience with the kid I worked with was great, everything else was pretty disappointing. The kids the only reason I'm putting 3 stars.

I definitely want to give a big thank you to Mark and the owner and everyone apart of getting my car back on the road. It took a little while but I appreciate the determination, effort and selflessness of them to do an amazing job instead of a quick one just to make a dollar. I'm forever grateful. Just need to wash it now. Lol Thanks Auto Solutions.

We came from Salida Colorado to purchase a truck for our son. We found it online & called. The salesman, I. Dean, was so very informative and knowledgeable & gave us more time than I assumed and he was not pushy at all! We are actually even looking at another vehicle to maybe purchase. We are not at all inconvenienced as one might think as this dealership is 5 hours away from our home. We are grateful for I.Dean for a great truck and his time. And he came in special for us because we could only come up on a certain date. It was no problem for him and made us feel so special. Thank you so much!!!!!!! The owner is a down to earth excellent person. Willing to help anybody even if you re not buying a vehicle from him. I ve personally bought multiple vehicles here. Have always been treated with respect, and fairly. My family and I are forever customers.

You go to a dealership and expect hassle or just a waste of time but going through these guys that was not the case they showed me what I Wanted to see took the time to here my needs and wants and they went to work and they 100% got me the best deal they got me into a less mile car with a cheeper payment now days that s unheard of but they got it done and for that I m thankful and not to mention when I mentioned a small problem after driving off the lot they had me come in at the next available time for me and they fixed it fast and no hassle at all this is a dealership and this is what I expect from every dealership I have bought 2 cars here now and would recommend everyone

I'm a business owner, I have a super crazy schedule, and I live 1.5 hours away from this dealership. I tend to hate the "car buying process" because my free time is so limited. The staff here accommodated my busy schedule by handling most of what needed to be done on the phone! I worked with Mitchell who promptly responded to all of my questions/concerns and got me a great financing rate, Damacio who was great conversation on our test drive and educated me about every feature the vehicle offered, and Joshua ....... who was engaging and interactive with me as I signed all the paperwork.I am someone who pays attention to "THE LITTLE THINGS" ....... the things that "make or break" your experience.....because when your free time is limited like mine is, it matters what you choose to spend it on.The funny receptionist, the guy that offered me snacks (even though I'm dieting), the way that the staff interact and have fun together, and and the litte dog that welcomed me into the dealership. I had a positive experience at Auto Solution NM and will be a returning customer. Thank you for paying attention to the "the little things".

Awesome experience buying my new truck here. I went in looking for a specific vehicle and with a specific payment plan in mind and Alex made it happen. Even when there was a hiccup (totally on my part), Alex handled it with confidence and experience. Excellent service while we were on vacation had car issues they were close to our hotel . Mechanic got right on it fixed our problems and we were on our way back home. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience with all the folks at Auto Solution NM, especially my Sales rep Joseph! He was patient and non-pressuring but was also attentive and stayed in touch even while I was shopping around. Brilliant experience during an unprecedented time! Paul and Cade helped me find a great truck that meets all me needs. The price was great too! As is typical with any used vehicle there were some minor issues but those issues were written in the deal and taken care of! Paul was able to get me financing that beat my credit union! I could only be happier if the truck was free - lol. Thanks Paul and team for your exceptional service during a time when it is a little tougher to buy!
