Auto Depot - a real honest and affordable auto repair shop. They did my 90k fluid flushes at half the dealership prices. When the dealership also recommended a costly alternator replacement, Auto Depot tested the alternator up and down and isolated the issue to a completely different component, one that didn t require immediate replacement. Glad I went to Auto Depot instead of spending a bunch of $$$ at the dealership!

Less than average quality for premium pricing. Paid to have premium detailing and ozone odor removal and the quality of the work was equivalent to having it done by a local high school cheerleader fundraising car wash. The website shows them using a real steam clean machine for detailing yet they only used a standard pressure washer on my truck and didn t even do a thorough job with that as you can see from the pictures. The engine bay was barely touched from the way I brought it in to them and certainly NOT up to typical detail standards. You can see the mud flaps, the interior wasn t even gone through like a typical de per does. Swirl marks were left behind on the body paint because of improper use of rubbing compound and no polishing compound to remove them in the clear coat on the one side that was actually buffed (the other sides and hood, roof weren t touched) I can say the job they at least tried the best at was the carpet and upholstery which gives them one star. The second star is because when you pay for premium detailing you get a loaner car to drive while your vehicle is being serviced which is a nice perk and why I went with them.The ozone odor removal service did help and reduce the smoke odor but unfortunately the smoke odor did come back within a week. I ended up going online and purchasing my own ozone machine rated at 10,000mg for $52 and ran it for 5 minutes which is all it needed to be completely odor free. I won t be paying $100 for that service again. They told me they run their ozone overnight? After picking up my truck I noticed my gas tank had significantly gone down from when I left it with them so I assumed there had been some gas thief on their lot the night before so I call and warned them. As it turns out the night before it was very cold and they wanted to run the ozone machine but because of the upholstery cleaning everything was pretty damp so they ran my truck engine for for all those hours so the heater could be on. I can t believe they didn t run the ozone the FIRST before cleaning the carpet/upholstery while everything was dry but chose to idle my truck for hours?!I noticed that my ash tray was missing so I called up and was told my ash tray was put in my center console. When I went to retrieve it, I found it broken and it could not slide back in place (see photos)! When I asked about it the response was it was brittle and broke ?! Yet they never told me they broke it? Now in fairness the ash tray had its back corner chipped off years ago and the part was in the ashtray to be glued on but at least it could slide into place.Then when I opened the truck bed tonneau cover and revealed they never even touched cleaning the truck bed as it was covered in sand from a previous project. When I asked about that, their response was we don t clean the truck bed but if I brought it back they would pressure wash it out. Again the point is the lack of quality and any true quality detailing. I have full videos showing the actual dirty condition of my truck that I got back but the review only lets me put up pictures. So the pictures will show the lack of any thorough cleaning.I was never told about them breaking the ash tray, never told they would run the engine for almost a quarter tank of gas, never told they wouldn t clean out the truck bed. I was never offered any kind of a discount or refund to the poor service. Due to the perceived lack of integrity and the fact they don t actually perform authentic detailing but a simple car wash I would not recommend them as a car detailer.

I brought my van to have it detailed here. I basically paid $150 for the carpet to be steam cleaned the windows to be wipe down. You can get the same job done from a kid off of Facebook for about 30 to $50... they also left some type of greasy gunk on the gauge covers... making it hazy and blurry. Like I said save yourself some money and find one of the guys in a local trade group that will do as good a job for about a third of the cost.

I had a pretty severe accidental beverage spill at a local drive-up window. Gabe took great care of detailing my car. The inside of my car looks great. I was really impressed when I opened the hood to check my oil when I was getting fuel later in the day. I was not expecting the level of attention to detail. Well done Gabe, you exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Auto Depot for anyone who needs their vehicle detailed.

I have to say that all the guys that work there were very nice friendly and professional, my car was full of water spots on the windows and paint on the passenger side, went to pick it up , absolutely gone all of the water spots. The inside was immaculate as well..I would definitely recommend them to any one who needs a Great detail on their vehicle inside and out. Thanks again Jaun.

Wow! I had my car detailed at Auto Depot Inc.They did a fantastic job! I'm so impressed! It's an '08 Kia Optima and they made it look brand new! They did an engine clean and wax too!I absolutely love it!The staff was very professional and courteous. I am so glad I did it! I highly recommend them if you want your car looking brand new again!!

I had Auto Depot do a Rhino liner job on the bed of my new Ford Ranger. I called them and was able to schedule this task to be done the same day. They provided me a loaner vehicle and I was very pleased with the job. In fact...So pleased that I had them spray a Gun Vault that I build for the back of my new truck to match. These folks are great to work with. Highly recommended.

Had the worst experience with this place, they broke a tire stud on my car and decided not to even have the courtesy to tell me about it, mind you my car only has 4 studs on each tire. They also decided to cover it up by putting another lugnut just barely on there since it was snapped in half.

I rarely leave reviews, but I m disappointed in the lack of customer care delivered to my husband, so I felt it necessary. My husband was super excited to get a Rhino spray-on liner for his truck bed as my early birthday present to him. He called a bunch of places and finally narrowed it down to Auto Depot for several reasons, but mainly because of their prices and loaner car. Today was his day off so he woke up early and headed down to drop off his truck. They gave him a loaner car for the day, but as he was driving home the engine started smoking and the loaner car BROKE DOWN! He was left stranded for over two hours in the heat while he waited for someone to bring him a replacement loaner car. It apparently took so long because one of the employees was late to work... anyways, he has a toolbox in the bed of his truck which he removed and communicated to them at least twice to not spray over the bolts so he could put his toolbox back in... annnddd they sprayed over the bolts. The liner also didn t go all the way up to the sides of his truck. He was under the impression that it was for a FULL bed liner, but they said the upper sides were an extra $150 (which he would ve have paid, but was not given the option). He is definitely disappointed, but was going to brush it off. I think that for almost $500 and the trouble he went through, he should ve received a small discount or at least the courtesy to try to provide better customer service to him. I would ve given 1-star, because I m upset for my husband, but the bed liner IS high quality and looks great... the customer care on the other hand is not.

I've personally purchased 4 cars from Doug at Auto Depot. My mom recently moved to town and needed a safe, reliable and modern car. I love my mom but let me tell you, she is not always the easiest person to please when it comes to making large purchases. Lol, Doug has the patience of a saint. He tapped all of his many resources to find a vehicle that would meet her needs and fit in to her budget.Auto Depot has always been very good to me, now they can my mom to their long list of satisfied customers. =^_^=

This place is great. I've been going there for the past couple years and they have done three different vehicles for me. The latest is yesterday and they did my 14 Dodge Charger which has red leather seats. The red leather on the armrest had started fading (from being used as intended) and they restored it to looking as bright as new. It's so red and bright now that it looks new. They aren't the cheapest in town but I believe they are the best.

Great vehicles at a great price. They are not priced overvalue so the banks finance them easily! Their vehicles are inspected from front to back and they give you all of the reports. There s nothing hidden from you. They even have their own shop to do repairs and oil changes. Great staff! Easy to work with and as I said before, great values vehicles at an affordable price. I will definitely come back!

Had Rhino Lining installed on my truck bed by Douglas and Juan. It came out really great. I got quotes from a couple of other places offering Rhino Linings in NM, they beat both places in price and installation time. They also gave me a loaner vehicle while they installed the liner. Overall very happy with my experience here and will recommend them to others.

The owner and staff is friendly I had them rhino line my rocker panels it came out pretty good...if you are like me and want a super clean finish...I dont know i would recommend them there were some consistency issues with the finish and the owner balked at a discount when I brought it up

Auto Depot has been a huge supporter of our auto repair ministry at Sagebrushchurch for several years, When it came time to purchase a van for the church we turned to Doug for help. He searched nationwide for a van that met our needs and had it shipped to Albuquerque at no extra cost to us. When we picked up the van, not only was it spotless and clean, but it had been fully serviced and had new brakes and tires. It has been a great van and is used almost daily. We appreciate Doug's honesty, fairness and integrity. His attention to detail and awesome service is very impressive. We will continue to recommend Auto Depot to all our friends.

Fantastic place and they did a great job on my new vehicle. I had them do the Clay Bar treatment on my black vehicle and it looks fantastic! Used them in the past and would highly recommend to anyone. Nice decent people here and they treat you with respect. NO up-selling, just fantastic service.

I wasn't expecting anything amazing when I brought in my 11 year old car with major, 6+years of old stains all over the back seats and floors. I told them, "Just do what you can with it." They were very friendly and accommodating, giving me a ride home (very close to the shop) and picking me up again when my car was ready. I almost couldn't believe what I saw when I looked inside. They got out EVERY STAIN when I didn't think it would be possible at this point. The service was above and beyond my expectations. Very detailed and thorough. Also cleaned my engine and it looks practically new again. I am very impressed, and will definitely be coming back to keep maintaining my vehicles.

I heard from a few people this was a good place to buy a car. Then I went and bought a car from them. 2013 Hyundai Sonata very low miles. Was happy for the price and the low mileage. It was all good for 3 months then the engine Light came on first # 3 fuel injector failed then replaced that then blew the head. Fix that now now # 2 injector failed. Went to talk to them because when I bought the car he said he would buy back in 1 year and get me into something else. Well went back today car is fixed and he wanted the car and another 2000 to put me into another lemon. I should have know he wasn t a man of his word when he didn t fix the tint on the window they damaged with their balloons the put on the car. All I can say is I will never recommend anyone through them. So all in all am paying 9,000 for a lemon that I have to keep fixing every 3 weeks now. Hopefully this will be the last fix for a year I hope. Not hopeful just crossing my fingers.My first car I bought and the experience has killed my hope for decent people in the auto business.

I first came to Auto Depot for the detailing services and the did an amazing job. My car looked like new on both the inside and outside. That did not include the damage that was on my car from when someone hit it and took off. Doug who is the nicest guy let me know that they could repair it for me. I had stated that I could not afford it since I had essitmates already. Doug took a look and his price was way lower than any of the other 6 estimates I had received. Now I had just scratched my wifes new car (I guess it really was more than a scratch) and knew to bring my car here. Again the cost was cheaper than anywhere else. We just picked the car up and the job they did was awesome. I would say if you need anything this is the place to go first. Thanks to Doug and his team you guys really bailed me out with the wife. Thanks again.

Local business that sells used cars and details them along with body work as well. Each employee is very knowledgeable in these areas and will work hard to make sure you are satisfied. I'm an Uber driver and they have steam cleaned my car a few times when a customer has vomited inside. They did a thorough job and are reasonable! Even got some very reasonable quotes on some body work as well. Tom, Doug and Juan have taken good care of me! Auto Depo is my go to place!

I came to Auto Depot for their auto detailing services. I have never been happier doing business with a company. I don't mean best Auto lot, I mean best business experience I've had PERIOD. They're REAL people that treat you like a REAL person. Jeff, the gentleman that did the detail job, is a master at what he does. My car went from shameful to nicest on the block. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Great Work, Great Prices.

WOW!!! These guys are absolutely amazing, top notch service. From the initial phone call to the finished product, this business is extremely professional. It was a breeze to schedule my car to be detailed. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted and assisted with any questions regarding the detail of my car. Couple of hours later, my car looks brand new!! Like it just rolled off the dealer lot... actually, come to think about it... my car looks ALOT better than when I first purchased it. These guys rock!! Highly recommend A++

I recently purchased a new-to-me 2013 Corolla. It was a great deal, low mileage, excellent condition...but there was a strong, sweet odor that irritated my lips, face, throat and eyes. I couldn't be in the car for more than 2-3 minutes without experiencing symptoms. (The odor was likely from the cleaning and sterilization process performed by the dealer.)I found Auto Depot on line and Doug said if I could leave my car a few days, that their steam/ionization process would take care of the odor/chemicals. I left the car for a little over 70 hours due to a trip. I then spent several days driving and had no problem with the vent system off and windows closed or open. However, there was a slight odor running fresh air/heat or a/c. Upon my return, I brought the car in, and we identified the odor as coming from a cabin air filter. After removal, the car was clear of odor. What a blessing! I highly recommend Auto Depot, especially if you are sensitive to chemicals and off-gassing! Thanks to Doug and his crew for their help in creating a neutral odor vehicle!Update on 10/17/2016 The odor began to come back, especially when the car was closed up. I brought the car in and left it for one week. Doug and his crew not only opened up the engine cover and removed some kind of nut a squirrel had left there!, and hot-steam-cleaned it two additional times, but also left the ionizer in for the entire 8 days. Unfortunately, the odor is still present. It may have been an electronic cigarette with a fruit-flavored scent, but whatever it was, the odor is VERY difficult to remove. Doug did not charge for the week's efforts, which I thought showed the caliber of this business and which was also a huge blessing to me. Doug has had success with new car smell, plain cigarette smoke and even skunk odor, but there is something about the smell in my car which has precluded success. Nevertheless, I am very appreciative of the entire Auto Depot staff and their efforts. Thank you.

The worst!!!! I thought detailing meant the car would be as clean as a new car...for $99.00! The edges of the carpet and between the seat and console still had dirt like they only vacuumed the middle. All papers from console and glove box were thrown into a bag and put in the trunk. I would say take them out, clean and put back. The floor mats were in the trunk. The windows were streaked and not clean. We weren't told the wax would be 69.00 extra. The manager tried to say the prices were on the paper we signed at the beginning, but they were not. The wax job wasn't even buffed properly. We could wipe spots all over the car and it would come off, but we shouldn't have to if some care had been taken to do the job right, and for 181.00 dollars we shouldn't have to take it home and re-do the job. He did offer to re-do, but I do not want to go there again!!!
