They're an absolutely amazing company as well as their employees! They went above and beyond to help our family when we were visiting Albuquerque for a doctor's appointment. We were/are extremely grateful for their assistance in helping us with a damaged tire and stuck in a restaurant parking lot. Thank you again!!!

Our experience with this business was amazing. We were having problems with our AC in one of our cars and the dealership quoted us quite a bit of money. These guys had the car for a day and found the same issues the dealership did but charged us considerably less money for the issue. We are so glad to know there is a good company who can fix our cars for a better deal then the dealer.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I took my car into two different places and they could not figure out what was wrong. I called Auto Correct and Dan knew what was wrong over the phone! They got me in the next day and charged me a fair price. I would highly recommend.

I had Auto Correct perform major engine work on my truck. Was pleased with their evaluation and various recommendations to correct. They first gave me an option to consider that I could do on my own. Unfortunately that did not resolve issues, so a few days later they gave me a few estimates to choose from and how long they would need to complete repairs. They completed work on time and with no expense surprises. Truck has been running great. Jeremy was great to work with and I would recommend Auto Correct to others.

A very well run independent small business; the owner is a very knowledgeable mechanic and will give an honest assessment as to what is necessary to keep your vehicle running and does his best to find reasonably priced parts to help with your budget. While waiting for my vehicle, I saw his excellent client service in action.... a person came I with a check light on... he looked at it, found that it was a simple fix and had it repaired even before she finished shopping across the street. As with any auto problem, it's never easy to hear what needs to be done and it's never fun to hear what it costs, but you can come away from Auto Correct knowing you have a forthright assessment and as reasonable as possible price.

Sometimes it's the small, local shops where you get the best customer service. I took my van into the dealership because my van started acting up just 2 days before a big road trip to Florida and they were not able to get me in for at least a week. I decided to try out Auto Correct and I was very impressed. I explained my situation to them about leaving for Florida the next day and they were able to get me in the same day and fix my vehicle by 5pm that night! I liked the atmosphere, the mechanic and receptionist were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!

Jeremy is great. Honest guy and does great work. Prices great too.Still use. Dave Baca new owner is just as great as Jeremy.Jeremy still part time I believe.Don't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Auto Correct for a couple years. Jeremy is an honest professional. His estimates are fairly priced and accurate. I have total faith in his abilities whether it be a simple light bulb or a major repair. Found my new mechanic. Had been using someone in Rio Rancho but he was just too far out. Tried auto correct based off of the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I brought my tundra in because something was wrong electronically. Dropped it off in the morning and was fixed the same day. Ill be taking my vehicles here from now on.Service: Electrical

Jeremy and his team are absolutely wonderful, they are the most honest mechanics that I have ever been to. As a woman and not knowing much about cars, it is nice to know that I can trust them. They don't try to convince you to do work that is not needed, they explain everything to you and let you decide. I would highly recommend them to anyone, for any type of service you need. Thank you!

If your car needs fixed, I highly recommend bringing it here. I've been here several times now, and each time I visit, I receive excellent customer service and excellent work done on my car. They are friendly, knowledgeable, fast, honest and pretty much everything that you would want from someone that helps you take care of your car. Don't hesitate to bring your car here!

A very positive first experience with Auto Correct R&M! We're recent arrivals from northern Minnesota, and we were looking to find a trustworthy vehicle mechanic where we could establish a service relationship for our two vehicles, an older Mazda van, and a newer Toyota SUV. After their recent work to replace the Mazda rear heater core and associated tubes, we're pretty convinced we've found the competent, reliable, honest successor to the auto repair shop owner we gratefully patronized over the past 16 years. Looking forward to having Auto Correct as our "go-to" shop for both our vehicles maintenance needs.PS: It doesn't hurt that there's a beautiful, friendly boxer dog that greeted me on my return trip to pick up our repaired van... :-)

Jeremy was on it! Had a crazy transmission code that I could not remedy. Dropped it off and he called and updated by the next day. Jeremy called and informed me that he was going to have to dig into the transmission in order to continue the diagnostics and explained the pricing situation. He also explained worst case scenario (if it was the suspected part) and gave me options as well to help me lower cost(the part was going to be shipped instead of sourcing it locally which would have doubled the price). My lady and I were not in a hurry and waited patiently. Our car now changes gears smoothly and no more check engine light, went straight to the emissions, and had our registration renewed by the end of the day. Appreciate everything AutoCorrect!

!! Honest !! Had a vw repaired there before, took a diff vehicle in to get the a/c repaired. The issue was diagnosed/identified but no repair was performed. He told me it should still be covered by the mfg warranty and he was right. Saved me a 4 digit bill. This is why we should support the independent businesses. Their our neighbors not corporations.Service: Air conditioning

My husband and I are very satisfied with the customer service and service we received. We called inquiring on service at the end of the business day on a Friday, and we were able to take our vehicle in that day.We were told we would get a call by Monday of the status, and we got a call as promised. Unfortunately, the motor was blown and we decided not to invest in repairs. The shop allowed us to leave our vehicle there while we made arrangements for the vehicle.The shop is very clean, and the owner is very knowledgable.

This place has earned my business. I brought in my car which was having some transmission issues. They inspected it and were up front and honest about my options. I cannot say enough about the integrity of shop. I will definitely be back for future services. In an industry full of mistrust and deception, they are honest, straightforward and reasonable. Definitely will take my business to them.

Jeremy is by far the best mechanic I can recommend in this area. From fixing a real fixer upper just to run around in daily to some serious suspension and steering work on a custom 300. This guy knows his way around a ride. He s Patient and understanding as well as hard working . Will definitely be back for more of his excellent work. Thanks for everything Jeremy!

The Ford dealer told me it would cost $1,500 to fix a problem with my EGR sensors and harness on my 2002 F150 5.4L. Took the truck to Jeremy and he charged me $45 to connect up all the wires that were not plugged back in correctly during a DIY spark plug change out. The wiring was my fault, the dealership massively overestimating the cost of repair was their fault, the only one coming out smelling like roses (and motor oil) is Auto Correct. He could have taken me for a small fortune but fixed the problem and has earned himself a loyal customer.

Fair guys with very fair prices. Super convenient location for the Taylor Ranch area-- within walking distance for me. Very prompt on letting you know the problem is, giving an estimate, and more importantly-- a daily update on progress if the job is longer one. Most of the time I've had my vehicle back in a day. Recommended.

Had a check engine light on got a few estimates. Then came here only one mechanic tech. I thought this guy won't have time for me. The same day he replaced my crank position sensor and the ck eng light is out...now a few days later all is good...this done at a fair price. Very Satisfied customer.

Great place, Ive had my vehicle serviced here for over a decade and not ever had any problems. So if you need your vehicle serviced or fixed call em up. They are kind, fair & reasonable good peeps!

Jeremy is an excellent mechanic and businessman. Auto Correct is the only repair shop that I will allow to work on my vehicle. Auto Correct is the first auto repair shop that I consider honest and trustworthy. I refer this business to everyone I know that is looking to have auto repairs done.

Took my car in because my Verizon Hum indicated my vehicle was misfiring. They confirmed it was my spark plugs. Got the spark plugs changed but noticed shortly after my car was stuttering. I brought it in and they said "is your check engine light on?" I said "no" then they proceeded to tell me nothing is wrong then. I continued to drive the vehicle and it got worse and worse. Took it to a dealership and they said after market spark plugs were installed that was causing the issue. They fixed them and replaced it with OEM spark plugs. Now my car runs fine. Basically paid for my spark plugs to be replaced twice. I'm extremely upset. Never going back to Auto Correct again!

Must ve been an off day or got a mechanic that didn t know anything. My husband took our Lincoln Navigator in to fix a leak in the transmission and to change the filter and oil. We got it home and it leaked more. My husband called back and they said they had changed the oil and filter and that there was no leak. Explain why there was a huge oil puddle underneath when we got it back and parked it?Took it to another transmission place. The bolts had never been taken off, nor had the filter been changed. Not sure what went wrong but I can t give a good rating to a place that screwed up. Sorry guys.
