I ve brought my car here a couple times now, my dad too, and we ve had nothing but positive experiences. Sean is an honest guy - my first time in I had a list of things the dealer said I should fix, Sean and the team inspected my car and said I didn t need all of them which saved me a bunch of money. I m always pleased with the work they do and they have fair prices. Pretty quick turnaround too, I think the first time they had my car for 2 days while awaiting a part and then today they fixed my issue in about 2 hours. Really couldn t ask for anything more, thanks guys!

We have been taking our cars to America Auto for a few years Sean and his team are great. Sean called to let us know what was wrong with our car him and his team are great we will always be costumers at American Auto thank you Sean and your team always satisfied with your service.

Great shop. I've been here a couple times and Sean explains everything clearly. Don't gamble with another mechanic shop and just go to American Auto Clinic.

The person who answers the phones and does your check in at the front desk is the real reason I come to American Auto Clinic. He actually listens to me when I am talking and he answers any questions I have with honesty. It s hard now days to find an honest mechanic which is why I am so thankful for these guys. They have taken care of me on a few occasions and they always do a great job.

These guys were very professional and accommodating. I only came to plug a flat, so not a lot of work, but they took me in without hesitation and fit me in despite the last minute call. I was able to be in and out within 30 mins.

What a liar. I drove from Santa Fe. I got there at 7. First come first serve. I was told that they were not able to start my repair until tomorrow. What the f! What a joke!No I was fully aware.A previous customer wrote, "So I dropped in Tuesday afternoon hoping I might get lucky, but was told five times about their first come first serve policy. I told the clerk I would have to arrange for transport as I live in Los Lunas. I'd be back Thursday afternoon to drop off for Friday. When I got there Thursday afternoon the clerk told me they were taking vehicles for Monday as everybody dropped off their vehicles Thursday morning. He flapped a handfull of service tickets as evidence. Three or four apologies didn't get my work done. Really poor businss model. Glad to hear some of the people who had service there appreciated their work. I won't waste my time and diesel there again." Took my 2001 F250 in to get up pipes and a Turbo .They did what I asked them to do. Good service!UPDATE- developed a massive oil/fuel leak right after this service. Something was broken or cracked during the Turbo replacement. Was in the process of moving out of state and my mileage went down to less than 8mpg and left a puddle under the truck every time I stopped. Plus the turbo chatter was still there - so the new turbo didn't even help. Called to try to get them to look at it again when I came back to New Mexico for a few weeks, but they said they were weeks out and couldn't schedule me. I had to return across country with the leak getting worse as I traveled - and now down to 5mpg. This truck NEVER had a leak on it before, and this was the first time I trusted another mechanic to work on it. I'm an SAE certified mechanic, but had a knee and hip replaced, plus a back injury, and getting too old to crawl up to do this. I am beyond disappointed with their not standing behind their repair. When I had my repair shop - anyone with a complaint of service took priority. I no longer live in New Mexico - so there's no way for them to make this right, if they would even care to do so. I have to spend extra money locally to start the repairs here. Very unhappy.

Oftentimes it is difficult to find HONEST MECHANICS that are willing to explain the issues with the vehicle and not just pass over issues. I really appreciate this local mechanics shop. They gave me details about the car gave me options and even if can't do something now... Issue can be watched and make the car back running. Extremely pleased with their clean shop. They had great communication with customers, completed work in timely fashion. Made me feel comfortable with costs and options. If you need a mechanic... 10,000% approval for American Auto Clinic.

These guys are great. They take great care of their customers and their vehicles. I had them work on 2 of my cars and each time they did a great job at a fair price. I would recommend this place to my friends and family, and as far as I'm concerned, that's the best compliment I can give them.

AAC has been my go-to mechanic shop for many years now. Sean and the crew there are stand up guys! They have kept my vehicles on the road for many years and when I recently purchased a used vehicle that came with a few "issues" they helped me get it squared away. They have always been honest and fair. they have saved me money where they could and told me straight when it wasn't an option. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else so long as they are around. I highly recommend this shop for any and all auto needs. I appreciate their customer service and their ability to trouble shoot and repair very quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Sean and the staff at AAC for always being there for me and making things as painless as possible! you have a customer for life!

I have been going to American auto clinic since 1993, when I purchased my 1st Grand Cherokee Laredo! Sean & Rusty are the best! Since then, I have taken every vehicle I have owned to them. They are honest and reasonably priced. They won't disappoint!

I took my car in to have the A/C repaired They quoted a price almost half of what the dealer wanted. The parts arrived exactly when they told me they would and they had my car fixed in less than a day. Good communication all around. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them.

It was a great experience with this company. They kept me appraised on my dad's truck progress. Their rates are reasonable and their work is excellent. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for quality repair.

I came here because I heard Rusty and the team were great. Turns out they absolutely are. Great service. I couldn't have found the parts for less than they charged. I found their labor costs to be reasonable.

I believe they cracked my radiator grill though I can't technically prove it. Also, did a poor job on my shocks because they don't absorb anything when I hit a bump.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Honest, reliable and quality parts. Everyone is certified. Long family history of automotive service in Albuquerque. Great family and takes care of business has helped my company with the upmost care. Sean is awesome upfront and owners are out there overseeing all projects and are also ASE CERTIFIED. TRUST TRUST TRUST!! recommended plenty of my customers. Recently recommended my elderly aunt. She don't leave reviews but told me to post that they are extremely woman friendly. Thank You all.
