The best place for truck repair bar none in the Albuquerque and statewide areas for repair! Customer service is way above what was expected and repairs were comparable to dealership level of experience and knowledge. If you are looking for repairs to be done, or broke down on the road, give these guys a call!

Once I brought my truck to the service with transmission problem after he said that he could work on transmission. But he could not make it complete, So I had to pay over $3k for diagnosis and his effort to fix. And I had to tow it to my own shop. I would not really recommend if for top level mechanical heavy jobs, if lights jobs on truck trailer they might get fixed. So please be informed

Requested multiple services to be completed, only y 2 of the 5 services were done. After picking up fleet truck, the air conditioner wasn't working anymore. (Mind you that this truck is only 1 year old) and air conditioner was blowing cold before services and after only blowing hot air. After further investigation I found a loose fuse disconnected and placed on the side lip of the fender under the hood. Poped open the fuse box, followed the fuse box diagram, placed the missing fuse back and now the air conditioner is blowing snow again. Would suggest staying clear from all heart services.

The guys at All H.E.A.R.T helped me with a repair and they were all very knowledgable, friendly, and the price was fair. Manny and his crew are top notch mechanics. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a big truck repair.

People at All Heart Fleet are completely awesome, starting from Many the owner to all mechanics. I came to them early in the morning and they work me in as soon as they open a shop doors. They are not a big shop but I haven't had problems to drop my trailer on the street (there is space not blocking the traffic)Overall I recommend everyone to visit this shop and for the minimum time spend solve his truck issues and start rolling !

They were friendly and helpful... they start working on my trailer right away... I replaced 2 brake chambers on my trailer in 2 hours... reasonable pricing.... it was a good experience for me .... if I need any repair in Albuquerque, NM area again for the future, definitely I ll go there.... FYI their shop open till 6pm and they have road service 24hours also.... thats what they told me....

My RV batteries were dead and All H.E.A.R.T sourced and changed the batteries quickly. The service was expert and efficient. Nobody wants a breakdown, but All H.E.A.R.T can make it right.

I had Manny draining out the bad quality exhaust fluid. Replacing the DEF Filter and a hose o-ring. Running a REGEN. No codes. Truck back on the road. Excellent job 6 stars, no doubt! Quality guys. I highly recommend!

Broke a leaf spring on our triple axle toy hauler late at night. Called Manny, not much he could do at 9pm but guided me on how to rig up the bad axle. The very next morning he was calling us to start the repair. The whole crew was very kind and welcoming to us and Manny saw the job through completely. Price was more than fair and for an unscheduled job we were in and out quick. I highly recommend HEART to any one with troubles passing through the Albuquerque area. Customer service was 100% terrific, but the mechanical work that was done there to my 2017 Peterbilt truck was shady. I give their customer service 5 starts, but their repair work. I'm sorry to say I will have to give them 1 star.

Highly recommend! The staff here are top notch, knowledgeable mechanics that will get you on the road asap! They were up front and honest that it would be later in the afternoon before they could get to my truck, but they did not leave until I was on the road! These guys are awesome!!!!! Very knowledgeable in DPF systems and all things SEMI. They are all hard workers, definitely a place to remember!!! If you breakdown in Albuquerque and all the other shops are backed out then call them and give them a try. Talk to Manny!!!!! Thanks guys.

My truck had engine derate Thursday night. I took it TA Moriarty and had them run diagnostics. There was a problem with DEF tank sensors and they advised me to take it to the dealership. I was able to get to Kenworth dealership before It got into the Limp mode(speed limited to 5 miles an hour). It s Friday morning and Dealership said they can run diagnostics today but they can t start work on it till Monday. I called these guys up and Manny answered the phone. I explained him the situation and he asked me send him the diagnostics report. After looking at the reports he advised me to get the parts from the dealership and promised me that he ll work on the same day. He said all his techs are on road calls but he ll send somebody out in 2-3 hours. So I waited for his tech to show up and now it s about 5 clock and Manny stopped answering my calls. All day passed and he never called back. I tried calling other people but it was already too late. Thanks to Manny I wasted a whole day and most probably will get stuck here for the weekend.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Manny was good to call me back on a Sunday; father's day no less; and still sent a tech out to try and help me out. Although the truck stop didn't let them work on my truck, he still showed up and let helped me to narrow the problem. Work is work and I have to say I appreciate their efforts. I will call them again if I'm stuck in abq in the future.

This guy is the greatest!!! Customer service superb, timing to fix super efficient and quality of all around service was excellent!! Our AC broke In our semi and this man came and fixed it with no problems with in an hour. I called 6 other companies as I was stuck on the side of the road for more than 12 hrs. Hey good service is hard to find but you defined wanna call this guy

Giving them one star is to much. Such a bad business to get work done. Never get your work done from here!!! Trust me. They overcharge you for no reason, and lie about the mechanical issues. I brought in a 2022 semi truck and they charged around $1400 just to do a force region, which they were still unable to fix. Also they add a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff to the bill . And they charge you a 3.5% Convivence fee for no reason, which they never inform you about until the bill comes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

all the Mechanic work this place don't know what they r doing. I had wheel oil seal leaks on my trailer axle. i paid $4276.82 for parts and labor. bcz ty put spindle, bearing.etc. but seal was leak again after few miles drove, bcz MECHANIC put WRONG WHEEL SEAL. (OVER SIZE). I had to fix everything again and paid to another shop.VERY VERY BAD SERIVCE

Worst service NEVER THREE TIMES THEY CAME UPSOLD ME AND NEVER FIXED THE ISSUE AND TOLD ME I SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WOULDNT MAKE IT RIGHT SPENT THOUSANDS AND NEVER FIXED THE ISSUE. Which ended up being wiring issue and was fixed by another company right the first time. Manny went above and beyond to get me fixed up ... He charge a really fair price and professional and courteous. Way beyond my expectations I only wish I could them more than 5 stars when in the area he will be our go to guy for our big truck repairs

am broke down in new mexico def issues , one vendor said its a def pump issue and he replace but he didn't fixed broke sown again and had to tow truck to freightliner dealer they couldn't to fix next week then had to tow again to All heart fixed it here with new harness , with in 3 hrs and right now no problem in truck its best place as compare to TA AND DEALERSHIP ALL HEART HAVE BEST SERVICE . if u have any problem please visit and fix it Thanks John . Wow when the call themselves ALL HEART they mean it. Manny and his staff are very Profesional and courteous, in short they will go above and beyond the call to help you out and get you going, Manny takes the time to show you and explain whatever your vehicles problem is in detailYou can rest assure that they will do everything necessary to get the job done!!In short they treat people like family.I would recommend them and put my trust in them 100%

Had rear-end repair 2 day 7 hour job. Employees late 10 or 11am. Employees were not managed at all to get work done. Employees spent too much time on phones and played video games. It was a nightmare and I was loaded and needed to go

I wish I can give more then 5 stars this guys are Awesome and specially Mack the mechanic guy is Aweosme he knows what he s doing and cool guy I was stuck in Milan NM and speedco and TA couldn t help me with Def system but this guy came all the way from Albuquerque and found the problem within minutes and fixed it within 1hr and he s amazing at his work and nice guy, I highly recommend this people and they know what they doing and price is fair and won t charge you more and great people
