I called TWO different times to get a price estimate for front brakes and turn the rotors.I was quoted $185. Now the guy says $100 each tire for the rotors. I showed him the notes I had taken from the phone call. Didn't mean anything to him.Don't count on any phone quotes.. last time I come here. I'm letting friends etc know.

Excellent service, and even got my car back the same day on a Saturday!!! The axel of my Lincoln MKZ fell off on the middle of the road. I didn t know what it was.. Called Alberto s tire shop and send a picture of the part, they told me to bring the car un (told the tow truck to take it there) and they where able to get all the part involved to replace it. They had all the the part available and did it all in a few hours. I can t say enough about how great and savy they were. I recommend Alberto s tire shop a 100%

I had an issue come up with my payment and they were awesome in handling my issue. **Update** I was finally able to go back and get my tires Helio was an awesome sales person I'm thankful to him for helping me. The whole experience was fantastic I'd go back in a heartbeat and you should too!!

My semi truck drive tyre is blown . I have spare tyre in trailer they changed very fast and reasonable price just 26.75$ ..I highly recommend this shop and give 7*

These guys damaged my wheel and had the audacity to say that I damaged it with mud and dirt . This is a brand new truck and it was my spare wheel. Literally used the wheel to get into town. The damage is clearly from a tire machine. No integrity with this shop, they won t own to any mistakes. Stay away from them.

Good place to go for Tires and other vehicle maintenance if you speak Spanish, if you speak only English, be patient and repeat yourself a few times.

My wife and I were on a west coast trip. We went west from Michigan to California via the northern states and headed back home through the southern states. We were going by Albuquerque and the trailer tongue weld broke and they took the time to weld a bracket on and bolted the tongue back on and we had no issues on our trip back home. Thanks guys and to the tow truck driver that took us out of he's way to help us out

Nice enough, just add $25 to their alignment quote for a diagnostic fee. They won't do an alignment if something is wrong but won't say whats wrong unless you pay $25 so you have no idea if its something that could cause an accident down the road of not fixed that second. City councilors and state legislators should fix this type of behavior and let the customer decide before being forced to pay an expert.

Took my truck in for suspension, alignment work and new lug nuts. On my way home, the truck had a worse shake than before I took it to them. When I asked them to replace the lug nuts they kept my old ones and left me with no wheel lock key. When I called to resolve this issue they told me they would call me within 10 minutes but still have not heard from them in days! They were quick to take my money but not solve the problems they caused. I do not recommend them.

This place has been serving NM and the South Valley for over 30 years. Great place to buy rims, tires and vehicle accessories. The team here is friendly and efficient. I highly reccomend this spot.

Ordered tires online through at USAA. They had them in stock according to their inventory. Which is why I chose that store instead of the one that was closer to me in Belen. Then they lied to me and tried to tell me that they were in stock and that they would be in on Wednesday. I ordered the tires a week ago.

These guys took us in late afternoon on our way to Phoenix. After pealing a recap that came with the truck we purchased 6 moths earlier we decided to purchase 8 from them through our national account. They got us in and out and we re very nice to our driver. Thank you guys for helping us out! We are still on schedule and ready for summer! Will definitely be buying tires when we go through from now on thanks!!

As someone who has spent the bulk of my career in tires and wheels, this place is the only tire shop in the Albuquerque area that I will bring my vehicles. Most professional, affordable, and knowledgeable service in town. You also won t waste your entire day there.

Very impressed with the quality service. We were attending the Balloon Fiesta and while chasing our balloon we discovered a tire going down. We had landed just down the street. We drove in and were greeted promptly and within a few minutes they repaired 2 tires and checked all of them.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or visit them again! GREAT SERVICE!

To much waiting.They have good products and good service.But it took me more than one hour to pick up 4 tires that I have ordered 2 hours in advance.Definitely they need to speed up the process.

Tried to support a local shop and one of their employees was was trying to do burnouts with my truck. When I asked him why he was driving my truck like that he said his boots were to big and that's what caused it.verry disappointed.

Called spoke to the main owner Alberto himself. Quoted me 25 to $30. Upon arrival met with the guy at the counter that was extremely rude because I parked in the wrong spot thinking it would be easier for them to unload the rims and tires. Refused to let me talk to Alberto until I got aggravated because I literally just spoke to him 30 minutes prior of me showing up and driving all the way across town. Worker quoted me $40 a rim when Alberto came out all of a sudden it s gonna be custom work to install one tire onto a rim lol went to central tire shop $70 all four rims with valve stems. Place is ridiculous won t ever go back just a warning for you guys FYI

This was the best serviceI have ever received with having my car service. New tires and an alignment. Was in and outVery good service everyone wasVery helpful. The work they did was done very professional.Not like a pep boys or big oThey blow those two away.Shop was very nice and cleanNice waiting roomFor my tire needs I will not go any where else.

Ultimately, a very good place. Lost 1 star because it was difficult to organize their procurement of my needed tires. They had difficulties of following through and returning calls. I ended up ordering the tires myself, then taking them in to have them mounted. It took them an extended time to get the job done, but they did it. A good place even though there were issues. Good prices too.

Fast, Friendly service here! Installed 4 brand new tires in about and hour and a half and there were four people ahead of us. Nice clean waiting area, had a television and vending. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices. They also offer financing, it was simple and quick to get approved.

Was told the couldn't do alignment because tires were different sizes I understood that there would be no warranty but just needed a front end alignment to keep my tires from wearing out.After waiting 2 1/2 hours my car gets pulled into the shop not even 5 mins later its getting pulled out and im getting charged 80 for the car to be the same I don't know how you can align a car in 5 mins what a rip off

I took my truck in for an alignment got it back worst then when I took it in. I had no warranty on the alignment call back the next day to see if they can do something for me to get at least the steering wheel straight up. My luck the owner answered and I explained to him my situation and he said bring it in so we can see what s going on . I get to the shop and person in front said we can t do nothing. I drove 45 min to get there so they can tell me no when I was told to bring it in.

I took my old Aerostar in to get tires, new brakes, and an alignment. I really appreciated that they were honest with me and said I actually didn t need new tires and pointed out exactly why. The price they gave me was also very fair and though I had to keep my van there overnight because they were waiting on a piece to be delivered they worked very quickly. I highly recommend this place because they are friendly, honest, and give quality service!

I bought my rims from these people. The first thing they kept telling me they had the wheels I wanted I got in they are not the right ones. They say but we have these it s not the size I wanted but I said okay. They quoted me a price and then change it because it s a different wheel. Then again it gets switched around. I end up paying more they I wanted for the wheels I didn t want but it s all they had . I have had my rims for about a month now and have lost 2 center caps. I called them to think maybe they would understand when they put them on they didn t tighten them all the way. But again it s another hassle. They are trying to charge me 50$ a cap for their mistake. They don t come with warranty is the excuse. So I don t recommend going here what s so ever. Worst experience I have ever had. I went to discount tire and they got me all 4 caps for 50$. No questions asked.
