While traveling across the country pulling a fifth-wheel my Ford 350 head and turbo pump air leak. We called Cesar, and Caesar said bring it in that he would look in it. Even though he had customers waiting for their vehicles because of our situation, he looked at the truck diagnosed a problem and repaired it all on a very busy Friday afternoon.That really means a lot when you don't have an option to drop off a vehicle and you're trying to get across the country.Thank you again Cesar for the prompt and great service.Jim

I was having a hard time servicing my fleet, Cesar has been taking care on any needs on my trucks, from simple maintenance all the way up to AC, brakes, suspension or replacing a transmission or engine.They use quality parts and honor their repairs in case something didn't go as expected. One of the few places they understand what Fleet Service means.

Aiden s is an amazing place that will work with you to not charge you a lot! Came here in a jam from cross country drive and they really helped me out! Amazing service and they work fast! If you re in Albuquerque and having some car troubles I urge you to check them out!!

Excellent experience here. Came in for a radiator replacement guys straight to it after little to no wait time. Not to mention but their shirts are great quality had to pick one up Lol. 10/10 recommended for reliable service.

We came to replace the 7 way plug. They were asking for a higher price than the average, about $550, but we were in a hurry so we agreed. But when they finished the job, they asked for a crazy $750. And said it was a good price. They counted 3 hours of work for 5 and said that it should be like that. So I strongly do not recommend these guys unless you want to get ripped off

Wheel bearing went out and caused a bunch of other damage. I called them as soon as they opened he got me right in and the price he quoted me is exactly what I was charged even though it took longer than expected. I'm not from around the area but I would definitely recommend Aiden's Diesel and auto repair for any issue I had. On top of my vehicle issues I had my one year old son and overweight dog they offered to put cartoons on for my son and allowed my dog to come in the AC . I'm so glad we came across this business . Saving it in my phone for when I drive through again and need any work on my vehicle done I can't recommend then enough .Service: Brakes

Anything auto related can sometimes dictate attitude. This shop puts a stop to that thought. Regardless of job well done, it s atmosphere, it s respect for the craft and those around you. I spent my entire day inside this shop and I ll be the first to say, they do not stop, non of them, anyone I saw, I saw them working. Then customer after customer everyone left with a smile. If you base your go abouts on experience and all that. This is the hidden Gem.

Do not do business with this establishment. They sold a vehicle " no issues" that needed a complete Transmission overhaul. The transmission work is costing more than the purchase of the vehicle. 5 days after purchase when confronted they refused any responsibility. The vehicle wasn't even driven 40 miles from the time of purchase.Their commitment to quality is garbage. They obviously do not warrantee their work as the web site states. Be weary they will trick you and cheat you out of your money . The deception began immediately -when we looked at the vehicle before purchase there was no visible leaks. Aiden's was pushy about an immediate decision claiming they had other buyers. The vehicle began dripping transmission fluid as soon as it was parked after purchase. Leading me to believe they were aware of the leak and moved the vehicle before we got there. Aidens claimed to have obtained the vehicle when it was abandoned when it needed a simple repair. I now believe the vehicle was abandoned because the extensive work needed to the transmission. Aidens refused to refund our money or make right by the needed repairs. Respect to the shop to getting my family in on a whims notice due to an unfortunate and unexpected accident. However this shop doesn t seem to be professional at all. No calls for updates, lying directly to me, and the biggest no no of all time for a small time shop is to authorize their own repairs then hold you accountable to pay for them. Long story short after getting my car towed here I was misled by reviews to thinking this place would be decent for a repair I had called to see if they were a shop to handle repairs through insurance before hand and they confirmed that they were. Throughout my service I had to constantly call for updates on my vehicle as I was staying at a hotel and needed to know my for how long I would need to book my room for. I was constantly told I would receive a call back to which none had ever happened. I missed 2 calls within an hour as I was working and when I returned the call a lady lied directly to me stating she had been CALLING AND TRYING TO REACH ME ALL DAY . Really?! 2 calls is your all day attempt to reach people? Compared to my 13 calls just to get an update just seems laughable. I normally don t complain as I have been a service advisor before and understand the field can be busy at times but when you promise to call someone for an update but never attempt to reach out back out after the claim is downright neglect. Then the biggest and possibly the reason I am even leaving this review is the additional charge for authorization on a repair that neither myself or an insurance agent gave the okay for is seriously fraud and should be held as a crime. Charged me an additional 300 bucks for a repair neither myself or an insurance agent gave an okay for. No one even kept me in the loop so I had no idea I would be paying extra for something until I got there after the gentleman told me my vehicle was ready for pickup. The reason I m pissed is because the repair was something I could ve done on my own for 20-30 bucks. I know bc I ve done it beforeGentleman to be fair was nice but as a whole the shop was very UNPROFESSIONAL

STOP!!!! Don't waste anymore of your time searching and guessing where to take your vehicle!!! I called JJJ and they told me I was screwed without even looking at my truck. Called Aiden's and spoke with Caesar and dealt with him personally the whole way through. He kept it honest and I could tell he really wanted to help and not just rack up expenses on me. I accidentally put unleaded in a diesel!! Don't judge me lol this could've ended very bad but this crew did everything they could AND MADE ME PRIORITY. It wasn't a cheap mistake BUT I KNOW I brought it to the right place. Thanks Caesar and crew!!! Rockstars!!!!

I m from out of state my truck broke down and I had to leave it here so I could make it to work in Utah and they had me fixed in a week and back on the road they also have their only tow service everyone was ver nice and respectful

I was traveling through with in a 33 foot H2 limo from LA to TX when the transfer case decided to retire. This happened late on a Friday night and I called Caesar on Saturday morning in desperation and he agreed to take a look at it. He took the job on and had it completed in no time. While it was there I had them change the power steering pump and serpentine belt as well. When I picked the limo up the air was not blowing as cold as I wanted and he serviced the AC on the spot. The only bad thing I can say is that he is too far away for all of my maintenance needs. Excellent experience, I would not go to anyone else.Service: Transmission

The first shop i went to couldnt find anything wrong. Sent me to a transmission shop. They cleared the transmission and sent me back to a diesel mechanic. Came here to Cesar - First they completed some major repairs including replacing the injectors. As I thought I was still having trouble with the transmission came back here a couple of days later. They ran a full diagnostic scan while on a test drive, realized the tow/haul - overdrive was being used incorrectly, showed me what i should be doing, and would not let me even pay them for their time. These guys really care. They know their stuff and want to make sure you have a well running vehicle before you leave. I am really grateful for all their help.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Cesar is the man he keeps this place going I called in and was able to come in right away he had my trailer repaired within 1 hour and 20 minutes. It was to tight to pull it in the front be they made accommodations and we were able to pull around back thanks to Cesar staff I'm another satisfied customer!!!!

My truck came in to the shop to get some goodies done to help keep her cool during the hot weather. Getting a Mishimoto transmission cooler, ATS transmission deep oil pan, adding a electric fan, AFE Power rear differential cover, oil and fuel filters and much more. They have also serviced and fixed some electrical problems on my 40ft Bigtex flat bed. All done by cesar and and his team here at Aidens with there outstanding quality work and quick service. Cesar was very professional and did the job right away. I know certain jobs may require an appt. but he got me and my vehicle serviced quickly and efficiently which helped my family as we didnt have to wait long. There were a few places i called for an AC re-charge but they were booked from now until the next month or they didnt have the right equipment nor the supplies. Dealerships would have costed me an arm and a leg for the re-charge. Cesar was right to the point and very helpful and the price wasnt bad either. 10/10 service and quality. Will return as a loyal customer as needed for my vehicles. No one id trust more than he. Thank you!

Great place and people, multiple times trying to get a radiator in my truck finally found 1 and they did an excellent job and back their work with a nation wide coverage for parts and labor...these guys worked had to get me back on the road highly recommend them if you have any break downs or any maintenance issues.

I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for any work you would like to have on it. I am very happy with the hard work that Cesar and all of the team-members did on my Nissan 2008 Titan. They would constantly keep me updated on my truck and the customer service was extremely professional. They made me feel welcomed the first time I had went. I had my whole motor replaced. They also fixed up many issues that the truck had apart from the motor. Not only was my truck ready sooner than I thought, my truck is now working even better than before!
