Thank you so much for our wonderful JVC KD-A925BT Arsenal Radio !! Bluetooth works great as does every other feature ! Wonderful customer service and great prices !! Only paid $20 for it and normally the faceplate is $100 alone on eBay so thank you for the phenomenal service and savings!

Highly recommend! The staff is professional and friendly. They had the part I needed at a reasonable price. They even pulled it from the original vehicle for me. Overall dealing with them was a positive experience.

Not a good place to buy parts not a good people I buy transmission my mechanic put the transmission and the transmission was no good I call ABQ to give for 30 day and now don't want to give you my money or my transmission not a good place to buy me another one because I have a warrant

Not having what I needed in their facility, they went and searched for it. They put in an effort not knowing if I would still be willing to buy, but made available. After I accepted to buy problems arose in finalizing transaction, all on my device. They were patient and worked with requests, and finally the transaction was accomplished. They put time and effort, and I really appreciated that. Great place to do business, they to try to accommodate your needs.

I couldn't find.a control panel for my 2011 Ford flex and this was the last place I looked the staff was very.friendly Esmeralda sent me photos and price as soon as I arrived they showed me the part and it was the same. I took it home and worked great thanks again.

This salvage yard is FIVE STAR!! They go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for and you don't waste time walking around trying to find your parts like you do at U pull it!! THUS FAR... pretty good. Was not able to contact anybody on Monday on either of the numbers and couldn't leave a message, but Esmeralda got the parts located and did a first rate job of "gettin' 'er done" today.

Went in one day, was told they had the transmission I needed, that they would pull it out and test it the next day. Spent the night in Albuquerque so I could pick it up in the morning. Went back the next morning and was told that they won't pull any parts from a vehicle unless I paid a deposit and that they were "backed up" and wouldn't be able to even pull the part. Never going back there again. If you need parts go to J&G across the street. They were awesome, helpful and quick to get me what I needed!!

They located the part I needed which was great, but they told me it would take a couple of days and it was well over a week before I got it.

First of all let me tell you this place is a joke, I called last week inquiring about a differential and George was no help at all. I ve called him everyday for a week and he kept saying He will send me photos. Never did , he said he would call me more than once but just more empty promises. I call back and he answers with attitude ! Not only that he didn t even apologize for the inconstancy but made excuses instead , I proceeded to tellHim this is super unprofessional and he THREATS ME , and also SAYS HE KNOWS WHAT SCHOOL I GO TO. I ve never worked with such a unprofessional scrapyard that seems to have felons only working for them. Do not go to them !

Refused to return core charge. They said must be done in 5 days, none of the paperwork stated that. 5 days is unrealistic. Had to get part, schedule customer, install, then remove, (had problems with their part), reinstall, test drive etc.
