I had a very positive experience buying from ABQ Auto Deals. The staff is great. I didn't feel pressured into doing anything, and they were able to get me a better interest rate on my loan than my credit union offered. They really take care of all of the little details and made sure everything was perfect before I drove the car off the lot.

I just moved to Albuquerque from Germany and needed a vehicle. We were a unique customer as my husband is military, still in Germany, and me just arriving back to the states. They worked with me and even talked to my husband to answer all the questions he had. Our bank is in Florida and the transaction was simple and easy. Rob and Christie were amazing! They communicated with me and helped me get everything situated for a successful purchase. I highly recommend ABQ auto deals they sell excellent vehicles and do not pressure you or harass you like most dealerships I visited.

I just want to say I ve gotten two vehicles from them over the past couple of years and they are amazing They are honest and they care about their cars that they are putting you into. Won t buy from anywhere else. So reliable and very efficient with every detail.

I bought my first car here from Marcos Anaya! He worked extremely hard to help me find the car I was looking for and he made the process exciting and memorable! He was very helpful as he took his time to go over all of the paperwork to make sure I knew what I was signing. This was very important to me because it was my first investment.He sold me a beautiful 2016 Dodge Dart with low miles. It is in wonderful condition a year later and I have had no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend investing into this business. When I am looking for another car years from now, I will come back to ABQ Auto Deals. Marcos is awesome!

Only place in New Mexico to buy a car. Talk to Andrea. She s the best sales rep ever. No one will work harder to get you the best deal. Truly a customer advocate. Accommodated our children throughout the sales process also.

Everything about the experience was wonderful! Justina was amazing to work with and helped with every step of the way. They worked with us while waiting for insurance money to come in from our other car that was unfortunately totaled and got us a great deal. Will definitely be buying another car from them if needed in the future.

Smooth ride. Rob, Justina and their team made sure my process was as smooth as butter. They went above and beyond to get me safely on my way without any high pressure sales tactics. Honest and ethical. I am highly impressed by the vehicle selection and fair prices! Also the thoroughness of the inspections and promptness of service. I love my new to me car!

As a first time buyer, I couldn t have asked for a better team, they take care of you and take their time while making sure they are efficient. Truly the best experience while car shopping by far! That being said, I absolutely recommend ABQ Auto Deals! I had the pleasure of working with Justina, Christie, and Rob! I found their location as a result of my truck breaking down, which is already a stressful situation, so I figured finding a vehicle I liked and the buying process would be stressful too . That s absolutely not the case here, their team made the entire experience stress free, easy, and quick. Very informative and transparent process as well. I love my new Jeep, and so very thankful to the team at ABQ Auto Deals who made everything go smoothly!

I highly recommend buying a car here. The staff was great, especially Rob. Not only did he help get us into a beautiful Yukon Denali, but he also offered advice to my husband and I on some ways we can save money and improve our credit scores. We are very pleased with the quality of the vehicle as well as the price. The staff handled everything quickly and professionally. I will definitely buy here again.

Let me start off by saying this company is a must see when shopping for cars, they make the process smooth and seamless all the way through, from the car search to title and plates process. It is to Rob and Wes whom I owe the most credit. Rob was very accommodating on prices, travel arrival transportation (I flew into Albuquerque), and a timely pick up of the car. Wes was just as helpful and light hearted. He gave me the impression he was just as happy about my purchase as I was and helped throughout the whole process.

I had the BEST experience at ABQ Auto Deals. From the moment we drove up, we experienced amazing service. Buying a car is always a little stressful but they made every moment an enjoyable process. The owner Rob has amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable. He does not play games like some other dealerships and will explain everything to you. And we loved the fact that he does not pressure you into anything you don t want. This is the BEST dealership in Albuquerque!! I can't say enough about ABQ Auto Deals. Rob, Diego and Andrea are so delightful and kind, they made my experience of purchasing my first vehicle a GREAT one! I felt comfortable the whole time. There's no pressure, no stress, no hassle, no games, they're truthful and upfront and they definitely had my best interest at heart and I plan to be a lifelong customer! If you want a vehicle with the absolute best quality with low mileage at a great price with a staff that truly cares for you and goes over and beyond to make sure you leave happy and satisfied, than this is the place to go!!

This is where you want to purchase your next vehicle! Rob and Christie Martinez were professional, honest, up-front, and accommodating. They have a no-pressure, no-hassle approach. Rob was able to answer all of my detailed questions about the truck we were interested in. He even offered me the opportunity to take it to our family mechanic for a full inspection. When it came time to close the deal, Rob reviewed every item in lay-person's terms and made it the smoothest buying process I have ever experienced. Hands down one of the most relaxing and enjoyable car purchasing experiences. My husband and I got a great deal on a beautiful Ford Explorer with very low mileage. Crystal clean inside and out. Rob and Diego were helpful, informative very honest. I felt like family. I highly recommend ABQ Auto Deals. My family, friends and co-workers all referred us and I'm glad we went. We got the company car for ABQ Cat Grooming from here and they went above and beyond. I know everyone that works there, because they all introduced themselves to us and congratulated us. I felt at home here. Wes was our salesman amd he took the time to find us a decent deal. We got the Ford Edge and love it. I highly recommend ABQ Auto Deals.

One of my friends bought a car from ABQ Auto Deals and spoke very highly of them. My friend mentioned to me that they had a vehicle in stock that I might be interested in so I decided to check them out. Both Rob and Andrea worked with me to help set up a test drive. I have a very busy work schedule so I appreciated that they set something up that was convenient for me.Ultimately I decided to purchase the vehicle and was extremely pleased with the pressure free buying experience. Both Rob and Diego made the whole experience relatively stress free. Overall I would recommend ABQ Auto Deals to my friends and would buy from them again.

I recently purchased my dream car fromRob. I have purchased several vehicles, new and used, from various car dealerships, but I would have to say my experience with Rob and his staff was the BEST car purchasing experience by far! I did not feel any sales pressure by any of the staff; all my questions were answered, and the financing was smooth as silk. Knowing that I can stop by any time at Abq Auto Deals and know that Rob and his staff will be there to help with maintenance recommendations, extended warranty questions, etc., is a sigh of relief. While I was looking at vehicle's in the car lot. Rob came out and greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him what I wanted and to my surprise he found me a car that I can utilize as a car and big enough to haul things in. And even traded my car in which I taught would be impossible to do. But he did. The people there are great. Very nice and professional. They made me feel comfortable and they weren't pushy like other sales people. I'm very impressed with them. Thank you. I love my Kia Sorrento. Thank you again. I know I will be coming back to them in the future. I highly recommend ABQ AUTO DEAL.

I was referred to ABQ Auto deals from a family member. I was very nervous and hesitant but Andrea and Rob were amazing and made my first time buying a car from a dealership stress free!! Best car buy experience I've had by far. Team at Abq Auto Deals gave me straight forward deal on my Wifes 2020 Chrysler Voyager and made sure interest rate and payments were at or below what I needed. If you're looking for a Honest upfront car buying experience look not further

Great car buying experience! Andrea was wonderful. First car dealership where I felt I wasn t pressured by cheesy salesman tactics to buy a car same day. I really wanted to take my time and check all my boxes this time around and she was more than patient. I would purchase another vehicle from this company. They are also a USAA certified dealer which is who we use for everything. This also put us at ease. Thank you for making the experience a positive one.
