So happy a local friend recommended them! The Pep guys told me I needed an entirely new AC system put in but AA Auto determined that was incorrect and would not have fixed the issue. I came away with a perfectly functioning AC system at a much lower cost and was even able.to address a few other minor electrical.issues at the same time. I also came away with full trust and confidence in the team I will be taking my vehicles to from now on!

Steve, Jessie and the whole team are awesome. They did excellent work on our 2009 Jeep Wrangler. Steve even offered a ride once my husband dropped off the vehicle. Quick, efficient and quality work!

I absolutely am over the moon with the services performed on my car by Perry! My family and I have trusted Steve, and his "family" for over 2 decades to work on all our cars. Not only do I COMPLETELY TRUST them to fix what's wrong, but I know it's done extremely well, and I have no fear of being overcharged! Additionally, EVERYONE that works there is so kind and helpful!They always go above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

I recently took my Toyota Corolla to AA Auto & AC for a second opinion on a radiator leak. My usual, highly-rated mechanic didn t give me a detailed diagnosis but AA did and they also included replacing all the hoses involved. I had them do the work and have been totally pleased with the results! Besides proving to be trustworthy, they were friendly and personable and offered me rides to and from which made the whole transaction smooth and easy an experience I haven t had when getting car repairs for a very long time! AA Auto & Air Conditioning will be getting my business from now on! Now I can relax, knowing my car is in good hands!!

A friend of mine recommended this place to me when my "check engine" light came on. Was looking for an honest mechanic who would do what needed to be done and not try to upsell me on things I don't need. They came thru with flying colors! New spark plugs and I was on my way. Even gave me a ride to and from my place! Highest recommendation!

AA Auto & Air Conditioning did an amazing job fixing my truck. The power steering and 4 wheel drive went out, and they had me back up and running fast! I love the mechanics and staff at AA. I slid down a snowy road into a boulder. Since I had no desire to replicate the Donner Party scenario, I forced the truck over the boulder. It made an expensive sound as it scraped the underside of my beloved truck. The truck drove on. If you could call it driving. The steering was loose, the bumps were bumpy, and when I loaded it full of firewood it sank lower than it ever should have. I took my poor muddy truck in to the shop expecting to pay a lot, and not necessarily even feel a difference, but when I drove away the truck was taller, it was maintaining the lane without me having to nudge the wheel every few seconds. It's like it's not even my truck anymore, or maybe it's like my truck used to be before I took it over mountains and through deserts while ignoring all the signs that said it needed help. Thanks for keeping us on the road, and off it.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for one thing that turned into a major problem. Parry was so good at keeping me updated. And the work was done earlier than expected and he did a great job! When we moved to ABQ 5 years ago, I had no idea of a good shop to go to for maintenance and repair work. But I got lucky and found a GREAT shop to go to. The whole team at AA Auto has been superb and, in my opinion, do solid work. I know I haven't known them for long, but I feel like I'm having work done by longtime friends. Go see them and find out for yourself.

We were passing through on a road trip when our air conditioning stopped working. We took our car here and even though they were very busy they found time to help us out. Great service from everyone involved! They went above and beyond our expectations! They explained and showed me the problems affecting my car. Prices were very reasonable and explained so no secret charges. Great experience overall would definitely recommend!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

After taking the jeep to another shop, and being told the radiator was leaking & needed to be replaced (for $1200), I brought it to AA Auto for second opinion. They discovered NOTHING wrong with the radiator & fixed some other minor items completely unrelated. Excellent communication & customer service. We will be returning & referring friends!!!

Another shop told us our vehicle needed all kinds of repairs so we brought it here for another opinion. These guys fixed what was wrong (nothing the other shop told us to fix was broken) and our vehicle runs fabulously now. The staff were all efficient and friendly.

AC went out while visiting from out of state. These folks were able to squeeze me in to get my vehicle checked out first thing in the morning. There were already people lining up at the door at 8am and I got the vibe that this is a trusted place. The gentleman who diagnosed the problem showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what would be needed to fix it. Ultimately, I had to forego the repair due to personal reasons, but I'd absolutely recommend this business. Professional, kind people. Thank you for your help!

Hello and good afternoon Jessie. I can't thank you all enough! All the way from setting up an appointment with you on the phone, to taking my car in and meeting the owner Steve, Terry the mechanic who made the call back to let me know what needed to be fixed, and April at the front desk who started the process. Everytime I had a question to ask when I called back to speak to Terry, I could tell in his voice he was happy to help. As I waited for my ride after bringing my car in, April had the time to tell me all about the company and the history of how long you all have been in business. I love your shop! It takes me back to the way life was before technology "Mom and Pop" kinda shop. They were accurate on how long my car would be in the shop. The day I went to go get my car I asked the owner Steve if he wouldn't mind bringing my car in the garage to show me everything they did. He did it with gladness! He was very through with showing me everything. You all have a great attitude and I could tell you all like what you do and you will be highly recommended by me! I'm a server and I will make sure to spread the word in my conversations with my clientele all about your shop. Every one is always looking for good and honest mechanics and that's what you all have!I am super happy with the work done on my car and I give you all a five star rating! First time using them but they were amazing and I definitely will be using them again. I had to replace my alternator and they had it fully done by end of day and my car was running better than ever. Staff is great! Very knowledgeable and kind. Really recommend this place.

This team has been a pleasure to work with for my car repairs. I've been there twice in the last 6 months and once a couple of years ago(for different reasons). April made scheduling a breeze and gave clear expectations and Perry explained all the repairs and costs after inspection. Nothing was completed without prior approval and they were considerate of my timeline needs and budget. They also are very trustworthy- I thought I needed brakes, but they assured me this wasn't needed and saved me the cost. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot for your car repair needs!!

Steve the owner is one of the most nicest fellas I've ever met and his crew is also. Kim April in the front very nice ladies all of them are very cordial very very kind and very thorough in remembering detail. I've taken over two cars since April 2015 and these guys are straight honest not dishonest they're relentless at fixing your vehicle properly! my first car was a Buick LeSabre and I have gotten several leaks fixed and it cost me a little bit but it was worth it and I went and drove it away off the lot went home and my oil pinned just dropped and I went the next day these guys stripped everything down to find the problem didn't charge me a dime they took care of everything and found out that one of the wires was just pinched and grounding out my second card is a Chrysler Pacifica and I bought it used and I got it from Chrysler in poor shape and these guys @AA picked up where Chrysler left off they fixed my radiator some several leaks and it had issues, a.c. was fixed etc and they kept it in the garage until I was happy and they're very kind and thorough company I strongly suggest or highly recommend them we are across the street at southwestvinyl and I watch so many cars go in and out of this place all day long so I know there's a lot of folks that are not reporting in on reviews which these people do deserve at any one time they have 30 to 40 cars on standby being fixed that's how much traffic they get but yet they're still pushing through at good flow. well just thanks for reading this review says I'm biased but straight truth and I want you know these guys will take care of your needs and they are honest well beyond the everyone else orother guys or garage repair options. every one of their mechanics everyone of their employees they're all upbeat people again thanks for reading my review hi5 writing this at 12:16 AM I'm going to bed good night.Justin Cramdyingjedi

AA Auto & Air Conditioning had been recommended by a friend. I can honestly say! I was very happy with their Service & Repairs! They are very knowledgeable & very humble. They did followup to make sure everything was up to par! I highly recommend AA Auto & Air Conditioning if you need your car repaired. Turnaround was outstanding! Very happy with this shop. I Dropped my vehicle off for a diagnosis then got a call a couple hours later explaining what they found, the work that needed to be done and that it was a starting point. I appreciate them starting with the least expensive more probable fix. They got the work done the same day and explained that I'd have to come back to find the leak with the dye the used. In the meantime my A/C is working great! They even checked up on me and my vehicle a couple days later.Service: Air conditioning

Professional & Friendly! My A/C went out and I thought I needed an alignment. They fixed my A/C and I was very grateful that they were honest and told me I didnt need the alignment. Finally found a trust worthy mechanic! Everyone was very nice and the owner Steve explained things thoroughly. I Highly recommend AA Auto & A/C. Jessie even followed up with me to make sure things were working properly! Definitely will be back!
