I m really disappointed with the tire and lube center. My wife and daughter were visiting family in Tularosa. Wish I would have went. Anyways tire pressure dropped to 17 from 40 and I told her to take it in to get fixed. She filled it back up. It still dropped 10 psi before leaving. She took to wal mart. They didn t even take the tire off and told her nothing was wrong with it. Why I m disappointed is she told them she is driving through the mountains back home to Artesia. They assured her nothing was wrong. Without taking tire off. Long story short when she got home I took the tire off. But also noticed it before taking off a piece of metal stuck in her tire. I m so grateful and thankful they both made it home safe. Something simple as a piece of metal could have caused a blowout while driving through the dangerous curves of the mountains. Anyways. I hope in future y all can take people more serious and realize you can be playing with peoples lives. Just a simple patch to fix. And you guys were still open 4 more hours.

Went in for a battery change and the manager Seth identified a critical problem that would have been castrophic if left unaddressed. Resolved the issue quickly and proficiently. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue and I can't recommend him enough.

They do a decent enough job on oil changes that I continue to go there for that service. Tires on the other hand.... Go to discount!!! I had Walmart fix my flat, 2 weeks later I had to buy a brand new tire from discount because Walmart over filed the plug and put another hole in it on the inside...

I was turned down for on an easy tire repair. I was also told they had no tires for my vehicle in stock either. I went to another tire shop in town and got it repaired in 15 minutes. Martin Tire actually wanted my business, and looked like a place where things are actually getting done.

Probably a good place... I only walked through. Picked up a gallon of oil and went on with my shopping... I have been to many different Walmart Auto Centers and have found the folks there to most always be knowledgeable and friendly.

Holy Legendary service!!!! Shout out to Maddie and Sergio for their AMAZING service!! Visiting from out of town, when we jumped in our jeep, we noticed a huge nail in the tire! We flew into Walmarts tire shop as we needed to get on the road ASAP! Even though it was a few minutes before closing time, they could have easily closed their garage doors on us and went home, but NO, they welcomed us with smiles, professionalism and a sense of urgency!! Fast, friendly, and just Top notch service!! Skip Discount Tire and let Maddie and Sergio take good care of you and your cars needs!!

So rude! We asked one guy for help and he said to ask the other guy and then tossed the jack to the floor then the other guy just ignored us. Nothing like being stranded due to a flat tire and being treated so poorly. Do better Walmart tire shop

"Are you the guy who's taking up the whole lot!?" Yes I am here for an oil change. Rudest customer service ever. Needed an oil change because I'm out of town and can't do it myself. Quick and fast oil change. Only downside....they did the full check ...my paperwork said wipers were good and they filled washer fluid. Not even out of the parking lot and my wiper fluid low alert came on and had to replace my wipers the next day. Doubt they were even checked.....

Tech said it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait to get a warranty covered tire patched at 11am on a Wednesday but they are usually quicker if you get there at 7 am when they open. I'll update when I come back.

I was told to come in before 4 pm for a simple tire repair, I showed up at 2:40, about 10 mins after I called, and was told that they weren t taking anymore tire jobs today

My husband and I got here at 9AM to have ONE tire replaced. When we arrived there was not a single other person and at least 3people working outside that day we ve been waiting 3hrs now we are all less than impressed! Will not being coming back again. There are other tire shops in this town. I highly recommend going anyway BUT WALMART for auto care.

So I love Walmart auto center because when the line is super long and it's getting close to Christmas and shallow don't want to stand in that line I go to the auto center today Stephanie was there just waiting for me with a smile it was nice I got there and it was just me people don't understand go to the auto center if the lines are too long Shiloh said that and Stephanie did a great job she needs a raise Stephanie Stephanie Stephanie give her a raise Shiloh City I got over 3 million years Google tell Walmart to give Stephanie a raise

No customer service. I waited in line 45 minutes for an oil change to have them tell me I had to wait by my car. Waited again and no one helped me. NEVER going back there! I can spend my money elsewhere! Walmart sucks in everything but prices, but a would rather spend more than go back there.

Was told by two employees in the tire department no appointment needed, went to get tires put on was told I had to have appointment. Am calling now no answer in the tire department for 10 minutes and still waiting to make appointment. Finally called main number got to speak with someone. Oh now there is no same day service when trying to make an appointment. They definitely need some customer service training. Sacramento Tire here I come.

My boyfriend and I needed to get some service for his car before we made a road trip. We stopped here and there were three cars in front of us, he told us it would be about 20-30 minutes per car. We were able to walk around, have some lunch, and then a little while later his car was done. Travis was professional and kind when discussing what we wanted. I do recommend them for cheap and fast services.

Generally these guys are really good. Sometimes the wait is REALLY REALLY LONG. but the prices are very fair and all the staff i have interacted with have been fantastic. And they ask me before they do anything they feel needs doing. Which i really appreciate because i cant count how many times i have been suprised by extra work from mechanics ...

Frank is an absolute joy. Probably the nicest man in Alamogordo, he helped us with an oil change and prices were incredibly reasonable. I feel lucky to have been helped by Frank and his team, I would recommend them to anyone, anyday!

Incompetent people, overworked, undermanaged. Requested 2 tires, they changed my oil... requested 2 tires again, they over balanced one and didn't bother with the other. Lost my service forever I called and tried to resolve the issue they told me they only do what their computer programming tells them to do.

I've never been to a Walmart Tire and Lube Express, so I parked and walked in. I spoke with the service manager, who told me to pull up to the first lane. As I was in the process of pulling into the lane, someone else got in front of me.I asked the service manager if I'd be serviced first, since I arrived first. He quickly told me no, and that I'm now second in line. He's lost my business permanently

Was supposed to be an oil change, never told them to touch my tire pressure. I tow and my tires shouldnt have more than 40lbs of pressure. Got my truck back and all 4 tires had 49lbs of pressure. Unless asked leave tires alone. Could have been bad if we hadn't noticedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fast, helpful, good price! A young man helped me with bringing in and out my battery. I didn't have a cart and was carrying a baby..That was great, I couldn't manage both

Worse place to take your vehicle! They have my car under another car. Went to change my oil they put the wrong oil and my car broke a couple days later had to pay 250 to fix it called the manager they didnt help me resolve my issue... I purchased tires had them put them on and have them balance not even a month later took my car back because my tires weren't balanced right and they still made me pay to do them again when it was there fault I dont recommend Walmart Auto Service they cost me more money than I needed to pay for service they messed up!!

Great knowledgeable employees. Walmart replaced the battery in my ProMaster Van in a timely fashion. The man knew exactly what we needed and checked my vehicle quickly to confirm his recommendation. Yay Walmart!Went first to a big name auto place to find lethargic and unwilling to help employees. The specific employee we talked with had no idea what to do.So glad we went next to Walmart.

At 410,000 miles, I rely on these guys to keep me tuned and lubed. The Older mechanics know my engine before computers when we were all learning under the hood in hi school. Thanks guys, the donuts are on me and I will see you next oil change.
