Terrible customer service, will not honor their own maintenance.I had my center console shifter assembly repaired under warranty. 2 days later the "new" shifter column broke while shifting out of park. Vision Ford said they would honor their work and repair it at no cost. I also asked them to order and install new tires.After the tires came in, I dropped off my vehicle for the repairs and had to leave on an out of town trip. 6 days later, I come to pick up the vehicle and was told that they would not honor another warranty repair. Vision Ford said they will not repair a broken item, only a defective one. I'm pretty sure a part that breaks after 2 days of normal use is a defective part. They offered to file a warranty claim with Ford MoCo after I paid the $900 repair bill for a $179 part. I decided to order the part myself and fix it myself. I asked to get my vehicle back and they told me that the tires were not even installed. 6 days and no work was done.The vehicle is still under the 3 year 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Openly blaming the customer and claiming that they are lying to you is not customer service. Not honoring your own repair work is not proper maintenance. Service center employees yelling and arguing with a customer in front of other customers is not good business practice.Andrea is great though! She get's 5 stars!

At the time of my search for a FORD Maverick, I lived in Michigan and was unable to find one (the irony). When my husband and I were assigned to Holloman AFB, I got in touch with the local FORD dealer in Alamogordo. Thanks to Isaiah's patience and willingness to work with me over text and the phone for the past few months, I finally got my truck! Thanks Isaiah and Vision FORD for the great experience!

When you pay top dollar for warranty coverage take your vehicle to vision Ford you ask for information on parts what the cost is the girl in services can't for some reason give them one was your horn like I said my horn works fine oh it has air in it yes I'm sure it's supposed too you ask for a diagnostic of all the vehicle parts I'm told oh we didn't do all omg when all said and done they want a balance saying so much for diagnostic which was payed by insurance that's when something is wrong here. As I call the insurance company I'm told the part they were to put in was over charged they should of been in contact with the customer which Chuck Manger was a very rude person telling me my car should be worked on that day when I tell him my car is not even there he gets aditude saying well then it won't be till next week as if it has taken forever for a diagnostic that wasn't done on all parts.This whole time I'm the one calling they promise to call never stand up to there promises after speaking to the warranty company wonder what's going on.

I ve been trying to get a job done for the past month they always overlook me keep me waiting, what I get is come back tomorrow, when they know that s the only vehicle that me and my family only has to move around at the moment, I won t say it s because I m a colored person but my experience wasn t pleasant. I get the bro service when I clearly see other ethnicity of background get the sir, service.

My name is Ron, and I experienced the best results from the Ford service staff at Vision Ford in Alamogordo NM. From the top service manager Chuck to the technician Isaac not forgetting Andrea the customer service manager. Andrea has assisted me in the past and true to nature she took good care of me this time also. I was having trouble with hard shifting with my Ford f150, It wasn't something that you would find evidently wrong with it even while driving the truck. I took it in and Andrea researched it along with the technician Isaac ordered the parts that they thought were necessary to install and within a short period of time had it was repaired and running better than when it was brand new. I couldn't wait to run it up Hwy 82 to Cloudcroft to see how it would shift. I couldn't be happier with the truck; Isaac did a fantastic job. Andrea kept me informed and had the problem fixed and the truck back in good order. Thank you, Andrea, Isaac, and Chuck, for your assistance. Great Job: Ron B

Worst service Ever..... I had the radio go out on my Escape...... Paid $900 plus... 2 years and One month it quit working Again....... No one would call me back after 3 months to give me Any information....... Kept stopping by every time I was in town....... Service department acted like it was my first time in there.

Custumer service Is always a long wait, before today, they left my oil filter loose which we traveled a long distance and finish in a lampasas tx changing everything again because of this negligence. And today I arrived at 945 am and they gave me my car at 220 pm because I told them that I need to pick up my kids and they didn't finish to fix the recall. All the 4 cars before me they were out at 1230pm. Completely disappointed. Back in 2017- 2019 they weren't like that.

Took my truck in to get the wheels balanced, which is tricky on the 19.5 inch commercial tires it has. They knew how to do it, but it turned out I just had a ton of mud stuck in the wheel wells! They cleaned everything out and test drove, and all was well. Took like two hours, but they didn't even charge. Nicely done, and the truck rides great!

I got my oil change - (the works), at the service department at Vision Ford, Alamogordo, and they did a great job. I arrived at 8 am, and the wait was reasonable. Upon paying my bill I expressed a concern about my car suspension and Vincent Sedillo, Service Advisor, listened to my concerns and took my vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything checked out. I appreciated him listening to my concerns and acting on it. It eased any worries I had, and he offered a follow up appointment if I felt I needed to. I appreciated the professionalism. I will continue to use this dealership as my go to. Thank you again!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Vision Ford. I went to ask about scheduling an oil change and tire rotation, and the response was, can you come back in an hour? That was a great surprise! The services were quick, the facility was clean, and all employees went to greet me when we crossed paths. I will be back for my services here.

I don t think I ve ever had worse customer service. My car broke down and I had it towed to Vision Ford. I am not from Alamogordo but I trust the Ford dealership where I live so I figured Vision would be able to take care of me. They originally told me it would take a couple of hours to do diagnostic tests. Well almost 24 hours later and me having to make repeated phone calls, they tell me I needed a new radiator (which I later found out was a lie). I was told it would be done the next day. It took FIVE days for me to get my car back. They quoted me the wrong price and called to add on several hundred dollars without any explanation as to why. The communication was terrible and every time they say they would call you back, they didn t. I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and had to keep stepping away from my job to call them multiple times throughout the day.So not only did they have my car for days for something that takes a couple hours to repair, they charged me a ridiculous amount, and seemed to have no urgency considering I was stuck in a town without extra clothes, food, and living in a hotel. Please don t take your car here.Oh yeah, they didn t even fix everything correctly. The panel that protects underneath my car is hanging off and dragging on the floor. And management just said I should be able to fix it myself. I paid them to fix it, but I guess I ll do it.

About a week ago I purchased a new truck from Vision Ford. Everyone was incredibly helpful. I already had financing but they were able to get me financing through a local back with much better rates. Dillon, Ed, Andre & Dustin were all kind, courteous and very professional. The time sitting in the finance off is usually long and grueling. I was in and out in 10 minutes!Thank you, Vision Ford!

Very happy with my experience at Vision Ford. Working with Ed Zamora to find the truck I wanted was very easy and stress free. He continues to make sure I am happy with my purchase and be there for me if any questions arise. If you re looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend going with him.

Worst experience with any service department.� Called to inquiry about getting my vehicle in for oil leak.� Was told no problem come in right now and my vehicle will be looked at.� Left work drove to dealership to find out that wasn't true.� Told service representative it was my only vehicle and couldn't leave it there.� Was able to have appointment scheduled the next day at 0800.� Was back at dealership have vehicle inspected at 0800.� Finally at 1115 I asked if they have found the leak.� Service technician said yes she is waiting on a parts cost to be loaded.� I had someone pick me up and went home.� Called at 1315 to see if there was an update.� Talked to the other service technician, there are only two, and he stated she is on lunch and I would have to call back.� Went to dealership at 1400 to talk to service technician in person.� She kept asking about an extended warranty to cover the bill.� I asked since the last place I had the oil changed was vision ford they would cover the cost of the oil filter since this was the main oil leak.� The service technician along with another service member that didn't work on my car started to argue that it wasn't the filter seal he was talking about.� The member that worked on my vehicle walked in.� I asked if it was the gasket on the filter and he stated yes it was the filter, but it wasn't a double seal.� I asked if they would warranty the filter itself.� They refused to say anything and just stared at me.� Finally, after 3 minutes of being stared at, and still no cost for parts and labor to actually fix my vehicle I requested them to put on a new filter and return my vehicle to me.� At 1503 the tech writer came out and told me that my vehicle was blocked by another vehicle they were pushing software to and couldn't move my vehicle until it was completed.� Finally at 1540 my vehicle was returned to me.� While paying my $159 diagnostic fee and the cost of a filter the individual that drove my vehicle up went over to the hand sanitizer pump and put the nozzle in his nose and took a deep breath.� He made a joke about getting high and when nobody laughed said "Well there is no food in here and you guys are boring" and left the office.� I will never go back to this dealership and it gives all other ford dealers, and car service locations a bad reputation.� It was so bad that I drove to Tucson AZ two days later and bought a new Chevy so that I will never walk onto this dealership s property ever again.The problem must start from the top since your phone number you provide isn't real. My number is in your service depart records. If you were really concerned about customer service after seeing this you would call me.

I bought 2 vehicles from Vision Ford, bought were sold to me by Dylan Collins. I was worried that the process was gonna be difficult considering I was working 2 jobs and had hardly any time to do anything. Dylan completely made everything a breeze. He took care of all paperwork with me remotely while I was at work. All I had to do was stop by and sign! I couldn t have had a better experience. I highly recommend Dylan and Vision Ford for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!

We bought our truck here and I have to say I have never had an easier, quicker, painless experience purchasing a vehicle. Dillan was great. Very friendly and easy to interact with excellent communicator. He got us in and out in a single afternoon and was great the whole time. Unfortunately the detail department did not win heart over. Wayyyyyyy too much armor all on EVERYTHING. Other than that. A golden experience.

Service department saved the day!! I was passing through Alamogordo pulling a camper when I started hearing a noise. I turned around and went to Vision Ford and spoke with Service Advisor Andrea Archuleta. She was able to get someone to take a look and discovered it was a broken axle shaft. If I hadn't stopped, I would have been left stranded or worse. Although I had to stay overnight, they went above and beyond to get the part needed the next day and get me on the road. My best experiences with Ford dealerships have always been in smaller towns. Had I had this issue in El Paso, I would likely still be waiting to get it fixed for weeks to come. Thank you, Andrea and everyone who worked to get this issue repaired quickly and get me home.

THE WORST SERVICE ADVISORS!! I brought my truck for some warranty work. I am not from the area and was in town for 2 weeks. It started when i was told i would receive a call when they diagnosed the problem. I had to call them 3 times to get my service advisor to find out they don't have a part and they would order a new one. I was ensured that the part needed would be delivered 3 days before i needed to leave and could be installed that day. that being the case i asked for a loaner vehicle, they didn't have one, but i fell under Ford's warranty rental car plan. They would call me back when they could find me a rental. The next day rolls around and no call. so i call back 2-3 times with the advisor telling me there was no update. the only call back i received in this entire process was that a rental was available and i needed to get Enterprise 15min before they closed. I went 4 more days without any feedback from the service department. I finally called the day before the part should have arrived and they tell me they have no record of where the part is. I call back the next day when they should have received the part and they can not tell me anything. I was forced to go to a local parts shop and purchase the part and have them replace it, because now it's too late to have anyone else do it. to top it off it cost double what i was quoted to do the work. the next part is they had another advisor come tell me that they would not cover the rental car because i would not wait for the OEM part. the manager assured me they would file a warranty reimbursement with Ford, but now the advisors will not respond. I would have never scheduled them to do the work, nor would i have gotten a rental if i was not ensured the work would be done before i needed to leave town. There is NO communication from these people and absolutely zero accountability. the slimy way they had the other advisor and manager talk to me about the rental instead of the advisor i dealt with the entire process tells me someone messed up and they were trying to cover it up.

Worst service department I have found to date.Read the reviews the service department is consistently booking appointments that never show up in the service system. I had booked an appointment about three weeks in advance and called two days prior to confirm; discovered they never actually booked it.Was informed at booking, three weeks prior, that the computer flash recall would take 2-3 hours and confirmed the same information when calling in two days prior. When showing up, I was informed the computer flash recall would take the entire day.Once again, read the reviews. This dealership is consistently telling customers the service will take a few hours and then it turns into the next day. One reviewer below left his truck at 8am for an oil change and tire rotation, a two hour service. Dealership ended up keeping his truck 24 hours to complete the service!Bottom line, this department has a consistent lack of performance. Take your hard earned money to another dealership. Use your money as a vote for them to improve through lack of business.

Where to begin!? I wish I could give this dealership no stars! The worse experience I have ever dealt with. The same as what the previous poster said about communication is nothing at this dealership, they didn t tell us correct information and our vehicle is still NOT fixed! It s all true. We had to call over and over again because they said they would call back and NEVER did! Do not go here! If you have to drive a distance to the next nearest ford, do it! It ll save you a headache!

Check Engine light came on after first service. Warranty repair on visit one, didn't fix problem so Warranty repair on Second visit, still Not repaired, so Warranty repair on Visit three. Had to come back for FOURTH time and now was charged $750 for "Out of Warranty" repair. Shown broken "crushed part" and told it was "damaged by a collision" so was not in Warranty. Four trips and Service Manager called Ford to ask what he could do to effect repair. Now think about this "WHY" did they not see this damage on the FIRST, SECOND or THIRD" TRIP???? Bumper to bumper warranty, all the while they DID NOT SEE what was in front of them. Owner will not return my calls.

I have brought my 2012 Ford Fusion in twice for services, ranging from an oil change, having the driver side door mechanism replaced (did not open from the inside), to a factory recall on an changing out an airbag. The service staff is professional and polite, down to Earth and easy to engage with about work being done on the vehicle. I appreciate the ride from and to the dealership while my vehicle was in thier care. If Ford still made the Fusion or Vision Ford has a low mileage one on the lot I would purchase it because of the service I receive at their dealership. Thank you for the hard work, patience and understanding.

Took my vehicle in with several specific things I knew needed fixed. Instead left with a $417 bill and all they did was run an unneeded diagnostic test (I told them what was wrong), change the oil and a filter. They did not fix the AC, which is blowing hot air, or change out the tire sensor. What a rip off. I have taken my Ford vehicles to them for years, never again. I am fuming! Oh, and BTW, they charge $159 per hour for labour.

Update: Was in a few weeks ago and they are better than ever. Defiantly recommend them for servicing your Ford.Older Review: Service was great and the staff as very helpful. Vince in the service department is the best service advisor they've ever had. I'm so glad he is there, call him to get anything you need done.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERETotal scam of a dealership . I had my PTO inspected for a diagnosis because it was leaking and I wanted to know the issue. $88 and 3 hours later I was told they had opened the drain plug (there is no drain plug on these parts by the way only fill ports) and the tech had found metal chunk inside. They also stressed that the vehicle needed to get repaired immediately and it was unsafe to drive. I followed their advice and tried to get the car into service as soon as the part arrived. I was told it would be done on one date and when I called back the date kept getting further extended. After deciding to fix the problem myself, I noticed the techs never touched the fill port on the part (looked as if it had been untouched). Communication at this dealership is nonexistent. They ll tell you what you want to hear and then change their answers to things important regarding when repairs will be done and you can bring your car in. If you don t take my word for it, look at the many many google reviews of detailed customer complaints that have never been addressed or dealt with. So glad I didn t continue with Vision to repair my vehicle and saw the negative reviews not only online but talked with people in town itself.
