This car dealership is above average. They provide straightforward and transparent service. The staff is approachable and humble. They process paperwork swiftly and can accommodate to the customer's payment methods. It is strongly recommended as a place to seek vehicles.

I bought a car recently and worked with Mr. Richardson himself, he was fair and honest and willing to negotiate. When I found out a few weeks after I got the car that all the tires needed to be replaced Mr. Richardson even let me use his corporate account through Discount Tire to get a new set so I would get his discount. I would definitely get a vehicle from them again.

This was my second purchase of a vehicle from Richardson Motors. Ryan was great to work with. Gave me a fair price for my trade-in and fair price on the car I purchased. Their selection of vehicles, and condition of the vehicles is far better than several of the other local dealers I shopped at. Highly recommend you check them out if you're looking for a clean pre-owned car or truck.

I was looking for a 2nd vehicle. Ryan and Robby were great to work with. No pressure, answered my questions, let me look and test drive, and negotiated a fair price. Their selection of cars, and the condition of the cars was far better than most that I had looked at locally. Highly recommend you check them out.

ATTENTION MILITARY PERSONEL!!!I needed a vehicle for my new station, which Richardson motor co. knew was not anywhere in the area. I ended up buying a vehicle from them and thought it was odd the engine oil was slightly overfilled. Turns out when I got to where I was going the engine had consumed oil. Took it to a shop and sure enough the motor was bad and needed a full rebuild. When I called to tell Mr. Richardson I needed to return the vehicle he flew off the handle on the phone talking about litigation and even resorted to calling me names. He wouldn t accept faxes or emails of the documentation from the shop. It was only when my parents arrived in his dealership was he willing to accept responsibility. (I was within the NM lemon law) Had my parents not been in the area this would have turned out differently. Now after a month of it being in the shop I have it back and Richardson footed the bill. Absolutely rotten way to do business.

I bought an 06 Tundra from Ryan, he was accomodating and helpful to make sure I was able to get all the paperwork I needed to transfer the title to Texas ownership. He answers his phone and actually helps you after the sale is done!

I gave them one star because I had to choose something. He likes to say, "I've been here 30 years and I've marked it down to get people in the door." Wait, wait. I know you have because I have lived in Alamo off and on since the 80's, so I know, and you make the car at the right price and allow people to make the decision to what they can make. Not saying you have to take that but don't say I won't even take 3 thousand less in cash to take a vehicle off your hands. Wow dude. I thought I would give you another chance and come and see what you had to offer and you acted like you were doing me a favor. Alamogordo is a small town and this place is over priced because there is a military base 25 minutes away depending on lights. So we left and went to Kory's down the road. OMG we bought the same car with the same miles, color, and all the features for 1500 less. Thank you Richardson Motors for messing up. Apprieciate you.

Please save your time and money paid a car in full sold me a vehicle that the air conditioner don t work gave me the run around for fixing it then says he don t remember what the dealership told him cause he s playing stupid so he won t pay for it with a vehicle they sold that has over 5k in fixings!!! Sad to do this to a single mother

These people will sell you junk and then refuse to work with you when you need to get your money back. They are very rude and will cuss you out on the phone. They make excuses as to why they can't help you. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Bought a truck from him , he said was well maintained , but in reality the transmission has issues, wires all over the place disconnected, power steering overfilled because it leaks, and when I told him about it he just threw his hand up and said " Good luck" yea after a good amount of money the truck is drivable but not that dependable if I could id give -5 stars

This company is trouble looking for a place to happen. There are too many dissatisfied customers for me. Sorry, Mr. Richardson, but looks like your son didn't take care of the business you worked hard to build. Shame on them for not doing the right thing.
