Renalto and his team were able to successfully re-attach my 1989 F150's roof supports to the inner side of the roof skin. To do this a 3M adhesive product must be used specifically to bond body panels to each other. His team followed the instructions to the tee. The roof skin has stayed attached to the support panels for over a year now. It takes an attention to detail boss man to make sure this process is done correctly the first time. Renalto knows how to fix any body-work issue that arises no matter how difficult and no matter what car or truck it is. Renato and all his employees at Quality Paint and Body are AWESOME they went over and beyond to get my car completely done from damages from auto theft. This place is the worst body shop on the planet. DO NOT LEAVE your vehicle here. They are involved in Insurance Fraud on a regular basis. I ended up getting my car after I found out about the insurance fraud. They turned a $10,000 job into over $23,000 just so they could remodel their house. When this was brought to my attention, I went to get my car out of their shop immediately.They held my car and wouldn't give it to me saying that I had to wait for a final bill, however, they could not produce a final bill. I had asked for it for over 3 weeks and they still couldn't get one together. We had to get the police, sheriff's office and the city district attorney involved.I took my car the next day to a dealership and they were amazed at how bad the paint job was done. We will end up having to redo everything that they did.

I was in an accident, this was the tow company that showed up and towed my car to Quality Paint and Body. I had a very bad feeling about the place after my husband and I spoke with them . We wanted my car taken to a place we trusted, a few hundred yards on the same side of the street. The owner said it would cost $50.00 to take my car. When they got my car to destination (after several hours) the driver-owner DEMANDED from other business that they pay him immediately $238.00! The owner of destination point told driver-owner that it wasn t handled as such, that insurance would be involved. Driver-owner of White Sands Towing and Quality Paint and Body took my car back to their shop until we arrived to pay them to release my car!! Both towing and paint and body are sleazy operations . I agree with other reviews..STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES!!!

I agree this is the WORST BODY SHOP in town. I'm in the military, 2 years ago after coming back from overseas. They had my truck for 6 years to do body work and paint. They were paid in full to ensure it to be road worthy when I showed up. My truck wasn't even painted, put back together, lost parts and claimed my bumper with my license plate was stolen. They shattered my windshield taking it out and wanted me to pay, pick up for them to install.3 months after getting my truck back started getting paint bubbles all over the truck. I have a fender well rusted out. a crack in the tail gate where a dent was finding out it was filled in with bondo. Also, paint runs inside the cab.In trying to get them to finish my truck so I could travel to Virginia and check into my next command. He was more worried about getting his new shop up and running. Boy! was I pissed.I have a 1978 ford super cab, paid them $7,400 to have my truck back in a condition that now I have to pay someone else to redo the whole truck.

Their customer service is awful, I was on the phone with someone and they were extremely rude to me. Their service is of bottom quality. Worst place in town. I cannot stress how much this place sucks.
