We just experienced the most disagreeable and ornery person working at Print Plus. My granddaughter, who just turned 18, went in to get fingerprinted for her first job. The woman yelled at her because she didn't have her ID out and ready for her to look at. (No one else was in the store) For the remainder of her time there, the employee was rude, brusque, and grumpy to my granddaughter, who was nothing but pleasant and cooperative. If you have a choice of where to go for fingerprints, choose elsewhere. If you do have to go here, beware. You will probably get verbally abused by this employee.

Very courteous and professional. I ordered fliers for my professional auto detailing business, and will be coming back for all future fliers and business cards I need. The quality of my fliers which included an actual live action photograph as well as a lot of other graphical things going on the photograph portion was flawless, the coloring and the fades were perfect. Seriously high quality printing and I look forward to doing business here for years.

The most complete print shop in Otero county. You name it, they can probably pull it off. They let you see the work to insure you and they are on the same page before they print. And they are friendly and affordable on top of that. What else could one ask for?

Had to get fingerprints done here and the gentleman that did them sat on a chair behind the counter barking orders while I basically did them myself. Several had to be done over numerous times because I was doing each one myself while he stared at a screen behind the counter. I asked for a receipt that would include my TCN number for my proof that the fingerprints went through. He refused to give me a receipt and said he couldn't because of the new system? Very unprofessional and terrible attitude. I will drive to Ruidoso Downs or Las Cruces next time I have to get fingerprints.

Needed to place multiple orders from up here in Ohio for an event taking place down there in New Mexico. Ed was incredibly helpful, extremely quick with turnaround and very friendly throughout the entire process. I work with printing places all over the country and this was honestly one of the best experiences I've had.

Awesome service and quality. Used their fingerprint services twice for school. Had posters and signs made. Very happy with the results Highly recommend them.

Decided to print photos for Christmas at local business. Stuff is friendly but the quality of print is way off. At the end got "sandy" pictures with visible pixels and yellowish line across each of 15 photos. Pixels I accepted like "oh, well". But if I saw that line at the time of pick up I would definitely return it all. Maybe Print plus is good with business cards but definitely not photos. Anyway, spent almost 3 times more than I would spend at Walmart for much better quality.

We all want to shop local and then sometimes we are forced to shop here. I've purchased something here on three different occasions and the cashiers are intrusive, pushy, and put out. Makes me want to spend money elsewhere
