I last did business with this place 2 years ago, when I paid for work they had done to renovate a Prowler camper. The female half was rude every time I called, referred to my project as a disaster . Both parties had terrible communication when I called to check on my camper and the project took 6 months. I am writing this review now because two years later they sent pictures of the project for no reason, as it has been completed for a long time. Additionally, if you look at their Facebook page the man is some kind of cult pastor. No wonder they don t have reviews enabled on Facebook. The work seems to be quality so far so that s good. But I would not recommend this business based on trash customer service.

After 8 months and over $10,000 to fully renovate a 1994 travel trailer which I was told needed a new roof and new tires: 1: huge dent in the new tin roof which pools water, and now leakes inside on the floor. 2: New inside roof panels not fully finished leaving a section above the microwave with a big split, and a section before the doorway to the bathroom you can actually push on like painted over cardboard. 3: No new tires. I was told they were going to be put on. Cost me another $750( borrowed to do that). The owner literally told me the tires on it, when he told me to come pick it up (which were 11 year old tires) were not ones he would drive on. 4. Fuses that blow constantly. 5: Warped interior wood from leak a month after monsoon started.6. Peeling paint on cabinets(he actually painted over some areas with contact paper). 6: Owner told me he would disinfect the fresh water tank. After I took possession, found the filler hose so brittle it had to be replaced. The other hoses to the fresh water tank were filled with black mold. 7: I had a new hot water tank ordered. He told me it was not "rv approved" , and would see what else he could find. Recieved this "full renovation " with no working hot water tank. Another $200 I had to borrow to have it repaired.8: refrigerator does not work on propane (owner knew I would be exclusively boondocking due to finances). So no usable refrigerator. 9: I specifically asked about the weight of this trailer and was told it would be fine for me to tow. Would not let my friend tow it to have it weighed while it was on businesses property when it was finished (I asked several times during the restoration process about weight). It is too heavy for my truck to safely tow, so if I want to use it, I have to ask others with bigger tow vehicles to do it for me.He knew this was to be my home. As a senior with a serious chronic health problem, this "professional, who puts God first" has a lot to answer for. This has completely devastated my already difficult life.

I LOVE mom and pop shops, and supporting local businesses and I'm glad we had the opportunity to call them out to service our fridge. They were absolutely swamped, and we had a hard time getting getting in contact with them initially, though we called and showed up within 2 hours! They helped us figure out exactly where our fridge went wrong, and advised us how to proceed. I would recommend their service again!

He got me right in and allowed me to stay in my motorhome while he worked on it. I was shocked when I was called to pick it up and the bill was almost $2,000. They agreed to let me to pay $1,600 of the bill and take my rv since I live in it. I m sad to say I started receiving text messages from them worried about the balance on my bill just two days after I picked it up (which we had agreed I would pay on the 9th). I feel like they way overcharged on the labor but since no one is keeping track but them I can t dispute it. The issue with my leveling system still isn t fixed but no way I d ever take it back!I continued receiving text messages harassing me for the balance of less than $300 after they agreed I could pay it on the 9th. This is where I grew up. I guess their hometown attitude is more of an the customer doesn t matter attitude nowadays. I had to borrow the money from a friend in order to get them to leave me alone. The receipt even says I was allowed until Tuesday which would be the 9th. I won t ever go back.
