Been here 6 months and place has had change in management which caused the place to need major maintenance and groundskeep. Enjoy the quiet community. New manager seems to be cleaning up the place. Hopeful!

I spent two years in this Park... I can summarize it in two items:- They will not return your security deposit and will not issue an itemized cost of it. So, prepare yourself to visit the court to get your deposit back- Forget something called 'maintenance' if you are renting the unit and the lot together.

This place is bordering on ghetto! There are no amenities, the owner doesn't seem to really care about the place, or his tenants, and it badly needs repair and maintenance. There's a serious lack of professionalism here also. It's only redeeming quality is that the space rent is low. The owner is new however, so that's probably going to change soon.

It's not very clean, the landlord takes forever to fix things, asked him to fix something for my sister while she was in the hospital, a year later still not fixed. Wow she won't complain for fear of eviction. I'm watching, and have others watching as well.

New owner is horrible . Same owner as vally vists trailer park. Witch you dont see on the listing..How can one raise end twice wiTh in a span. And all the trailers are run Down. one trailer even has a hole on the out side wall of it. And wants to charge 400 -600, lady you crazy . I would go somewhere else if I was someone looking

awful. Mice terds in the fridge . land lord came up with bogus reaons to keep the deposit. Tony refuses to give good reference but I would recommend homelessness before I recommended this place.
