Had a turbo replaced on a 2011 Ram 3500. They scheduled me in very fast. Excellent installation and the time Brandon took to explain the trouble codes and service bulletin recommended options was greatly appreciated. I had a couple of questions about the operation of the new unit and they graciously performed the diagnostics with me so I could view the programmer. Shout out to John and Gregg and the office staff. Oh yeah, and they came in under quote! Great job! Will definitely do business again.

Great work, price is fair and they find ways to help reduce the cost. We needed extensive repairs and were not in a hurry, which was good because like all diesel mechanics they are in high demand. The work was done with expertise and full explanations of work and pricing. Highly recommended!!!

Awesome customer service! Quick to answer road calls. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. The mechanic that replaced my brake chamber on my freightliner semi truck did an awesome job. I would highly recommend this company for vehicle repairs! Thank you

Great folks. I believe its the only shop in the area for big rigs and heavy equipment. I have seen first hand Neudorfs go above and beyond to get drivers back up and running as fast as they can.

Our RV broke down 90mins outside of Alamogordo and this is where our tow truck driver brought us. We arrived after close, but the tow driver assured us we could just stay in the RV until morning. They knew we were coming, but we didn't have an appointment and they still looked at the RV that first day and had the parts and issue resolved by the end of the second day. And nobody seemed to mind that we stayed in the RV in their parking lot while the work was being done, which was a huge relief. We have two cats in the RV and moving them and ourselves to a hotel would've cost much more. Obviously this is just my experience, but based on that, I highly recommend this place.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Excellent work they had my truck fixed & back on the road the same day. I've waited a month to post this because I was hoping they had also fixed a intermittent problem too. Unfortunately the intermittent persists. But that's not their fault. My one suggestion would be a waiting room other then the sales floor.

I don't care how good any mechanic is, $140 for a check up Is absolutely ridiculous especially for a regular car. What's worse is they couldn't even identify the problem so I wasted 3 hours just sitting down waiting for something to happen. I ended up going with another great mechanic in town and he fixed my issue (had a leak near the thermostat) in just 1 hour. Meanwhile, the people at Neudorf took 3 hours only to tell me they couldn't identify the issue but suggested they start by replacing my water pump, AND wanted to charge $800 in total for the pump. I really don't think I should've paid $140 to be told they don't know what the problem is, so I'm saving anyone else the trouble cause apparently this isn't the first time this happens. Maybe this is a good place to take a truck to , but if you have a car, my recommendation is listen to what the lower ratings say about this place. Waste of money and waste of time, do not try Neudorf.

I'd find somewhere else. The general manager is very rude and inconsiderate. It's not that they have a lack of knowledge or can'tdo it, it's just that they have an ugly way of treating people. Not worth your time, there are better places and friendlier people elsewhere.

These guys had some bad reviews so I was a little worried, but I got here and they were absolutely amazing! I mean if I could give them more than five stars like 10 stars I would! They worked on my truck for 2-4 hours and didn't charge me for it. I dealt with a few different people and even the owner every single one of these people are absolutely amazing and incredible to work with hands down some of the nicest people I've dealt with on the road. I'd recommend these guys to anyone that had any issue and you're in Alamogordo New Mexico or close by!!!

I was unsatisfied with an issue that I had there. Nothing to do with the workmanship. It was billing error. Once they were made aware of the issue they contacted me and corrected it.They are super friendly people I even thought that of them when I had my issue.Everyone makes mistakes that s what makes us human. I hesitate to give this low of a review, however, the remanufactured CAT injectors they installed caused great damage to my engine requiring a rebuild. The remanufactured injectors are not programmable because the flow rate is not tested by the remanufacturer.ADDED TO REVIEW AFTER SHOP COMMENT: The computer report run by the shop showed that the injectors had not been programmed. I remember waiting for a while at the shop the day we picked the rig up because the mechanics were having trouble finding the correct codes to program the injectors. In the end it seemed that they worked it out, but that was betrayed by the fact that the cylinders ultimately were filling incorrectly resulting in damage to cylinder walls, pistons, and the head. Plus the computer report that the shop showed me. The report also showed that the turbo was lacking boost from what appears to have been years based on the engine hours at first recording.Unless all the computer codes are bogus and can be manipulated at will to show whatever the mechanic wants it to showUltimately this is more of a review on the remanufactured fuel injectors than it is on Neudorf, but I don't know where they came from

Great and fast service. The technician Bo came to diagnosis in his own truck on the to the shop then returned to complete the work. I highly recommend this business

Had the oil and filters changed on my old dodge diesel with the Schafer s synthetic oil. The tech noticed that I had some loose exhaust manifold bolts and re-torqued them all to make sure I didn t have any problems in the future. They went out of their way to get me back onto the road. They even stayed there past the quitting time to get me back onto my way. They were great. I really was impressed with their service and expertise in the repair done on my truck

The trunk or treat festival was awesome!!! Best I've ever been to! Normally you go around in 5 minutes then leave but we actually spent a good chunk of time enjoying ourselves because they had a lot of things set up. Took alot of thought and effort. Thanks for putting it on!!

We were traveling through on our way to CO. we broke down and towed to Neudorf's. They looked at our truck (2015 Ram 3500 dually diesel) right away. We explained that we needed to get back on the road. They worked on our truck all day the next day and even stayed late to get us repaired and back on the road. I had a water pump go out and break my belt on the way through New Mexico got towed there. They had me back up and running in under 2 hours staying after hours so we could get back on the road. Great service and very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Travel trailer tongue A frame was cracked. Replaced A frame with stronger steel, quick quote and worked with insurance company. Good communication, great welding and fab work, good price and timeline to complete work. Very happy with services.

Outstanding. Needed six RV motorhome tires installed. I asked for mobile service. Tires were ordered and arrived the next day. Installation began the following day. Installer completed the job in an hour and a half. I did nothing to the motorhome in preparation for tire installation. All employees we came in contact with were teriffic.

I had my driver side steer tire blow out. I called them and spoke with a nice lady I belive her name was Amy. She said they could have a tech out to me within 30 minutes and she didn't lie they were there and I was back on the road within a hour I recommend them

I would give 10 stars if I could. This place went above and beyond to help some out of towners in trouble. Brian Neudorf and his crew spent the day helping us fix our generator on our van.. they did everything and more to get us back in service. Brian even kept his shop open after hours while him and his mechanics solved the issues we needed. If you need help and are in this town or close by this is the place to go and the prices where outstanding..We would like to thank you, your employees, and family.
